July 31at 05:12am Het hele weekend nog extra controles Schiphol Op de toegangswegen naar Schiphol wordt extra gecontroleerd. © ANP Ook vanavond en morgen wordt er nog extra gecontroleerd bij Schiphol. Reizigers moeten rekening blijven houden met wegblokkades, controles van auto's en extra controles in de aankomst- en vertrekhal. "De maatregelen
gelden tot nader order", zegt een woordvoerder van de Marechaussee.
"De situatie wordt continu bekeken maar de huidige maatregelen
blijven voorlopig van kracht." Reizigers moeten rekening
houden met lange rijen en een langere wachttijd. Schiphol adviseert
reizigers ruim op tijd naar de luchthaven te komen. Vanmorgen werden er extra maatregelen bij de luchthaven getroffen in verband met 'een signaal dat betrekking heeft op de luchthaven'. Wat dat signaal precies inhoudt, is niet duidelijk. De extra maatregelen zijn genomen na overleg met de Nationaal Coördinator Terrorismebestrijding en Veiligheid (NCTV). De NCTV laat aan RTL Nieuws weten dat de dreiging vergelijkbaar is met de situatie rondom Sensation. Bij dat dancefeest een maand geleden werden vanwege een dreiging ook extra maatregelen genomen. Toen mochten er bijvoorbeeld geen auto’s in het transferium onder de Arena komen te staan.
July 31at 05:09am Geheime documenten MH17 bij justitie De Duitse privé-detective Josef Resch heeft opnieuw papieren binnengekregen die te maken hebben met de MH17-aanslag. Het gaat om een spionagedocument dat vorige week in het holst van de nacht door een onbekende in zijn brievenbus werd gestopt. Resch heeft de stukken inmiddels aan justitie in het Duitse Karlsruhe gegeven. De papieren worden toegeschreven aan de Oekraïense geheime dienst SBU. Op de interne brief, enkele dagen na de aanslag op de Boeing 777 opgemaakt, staan een handgeschreven en ondertekende onderzoeksopdracht met de naam van SBU-baas Vasily Grytsak. De vertaling van de brief vindt u onderaan dit artikel. Scheldwoord In de brief van een SBU-kolonel van de afdeling contra-spionage in de zelfverklaarde volksrepubliek Luhansk valt te lezen dat de geheime dienst destijds een Russische Oekraïner op korrel kreeg. Hij wordt ‘Katsap’ genoemd – een scheldwoord voor Russen in Oekraïne – en zou voor de Russen hebben gewerkt. Katsap vertelde journalisten blijkens het document dat hij getuige was van de MH17-aanslag en verklaarde dat het Oekraïense leger het toestel neerhaalde. Katsap had een leidinggevende positie bij een staatsbedrijf en daardoor klaarblijkelijk veel invloed op locale autoriteiten. De SBU schrijft dat hij vanwege zijn functie bij informatie kon ‘die schadelijk is voor de Oekraïense staat’. Van de man werd vastgesteld dat hij voortdurend contact had met pro-Russische rebellen in Luhansk die de SBU ‘agenten en officieren’ van Poetins geheime dienst noemt. Omdat hij van het ene naar het andere verblijfadres trok en meerdere paspoorten had, werd Katsap gelinkt aan de veiligheidsdienst. Geen grap Privé-detective Resch denkt de stukken echt zijn. “Het lijkt bepaald geen grap. Wat van belang kan zijn, is het handschrift en de handtekening op de Oekraïense brief. Die kunnen door iemand herkend worden. Ik vind het in ieder geval belangrijk genoeg om aan de Duitse justitie te verstrekken. En ik heb weinig trek in nog een huiszoeking.” Resch’ woning in Bad Schwartau werd in maart al door de politie overhoop gehaald. Daarna werd hij urenlang door de Duitse opsporingsdiensten als getuige gehoord. De onderzoeker kwam in de kijker bij justitie vanwege naspeuringen door zijn onderzoeksbureau Wifka naar de aanslag op MH17. Resch loofde via zijn website liefst 47 miljoen dollar die zijn onbekende opdrachtgever voor de gouden tip over had. Bankkluis In juni liet de Nederlandse justitie beslag leggen op een bankkluis van Resch in Zürich. Het OM denkt dat de Duitser over informatie kan beschikken die leidt naar de aanslagplegers. Zijn stukken worden volgens de speurder binnenkort overgemaakt naar het landelijk parket in Rotterdam. Justitie wilde dat gisteravond niet bevestigen. Maar Resch zegt daarover te zijn bericht. Volgens de Duitser lag er niets dat van belang is in zijn bankkluis. Het enige dat volgens hem naar MH17 verwijst, is een A4-tje. Daarop liet Resch weten dat er niets in zijn safe te vinden is en schreef hij onder meer: ‘De CD is ergens anders opgeborgen, het geld voor de oplossing van MH17 is uit voorzorg ook ergens anders.’
Het is een kwestie van tijd maar de leugens komen eens naar boven.

Bewijzen Hier wil ik wat bewijzen geven waar ik zelf mee te maken heb gehad en die aan tonen dat het Openbaar Ministerie cq justitiële apparaat achter veel lokale ellende zit. Allemaal zijn aangiftes geweest die verdwenen zijn in een onbekende lade of gecoverd zijn door leden vanuit de justitiële hoek. Bewijs 1 De moorden momenteel op het eiland. Er zijn nu al ruim 10 moorden gepleegd in verband en rond Campo. Mensen worden vergiftigd, andere verdwijnen en weer andere krijgen de kogel. De namen van de moordenaars en wie achter deze moordgolf zit zijn bekend. OM wil er niets van weten want duidelijk is geworden dat het dan te veel en te diep in het OM zelf terechtkomt. De PG zwijgt in alle talen omdat hij bang is dat de opdrachtgever naar buiten komt. OM hoopt samen met de gehele justitie dat na vele moorden het probleem vanzelf oplost en het weer rustig gaat worden onder die mensen die justitie in de tang hebben. Bewijs 2 Al vele jaren vecht ik tegen de vieze zaken in de gevangenis. Er wordt gemarteld, eten wordt verdeeld niet onder de gevangenen maar onder het personeel, drug- en wapensmokkel, veel overheidsgeld verdwijnt en dat allemaal via de bewaarders. In het totaal zijn er over de 60 aangiftes gedaan tegen bewaarders en over alles wat daar mis is. In de tijd van heren Goedgedrag, Dick en Piar konden we nog met deze mensen overleg plegen en probeerde men zaken nog aan te pakken. Nu zijn we zo ver dat een Minister van Justitie en een Procureur Generaal zich verschuilen en onvindbaar zijn. Wel zijn het deze 2 mensen die grote leugens verkondigen bij Nederlandse rapportages. Alle papieren bewijzen zijn in ons bezit en veel zijn als aangiftes gedeponeerd bij justitie. Keer op keer blijkt dat de aangiftes verdwijnen en dat zelfs medewerkers toe geven dat ze verdwenen zijn. Maak je daar melding van wordt men kwaad en doet men er alles aan om personen te ontslaan van wie ze vermoeden dat deze de klokkenluiders zijn! Men gaat zelfs zo ver dat er leugens naar de pers worden gestuurd en dat men verbiedt dat er nog iets van de zijde van de klokkenluiders gepubliceerd wordt. Uit verklaringen van journalisten blijkt dat justitie dat verbod heeft opgelegd en dat in een zogenaamd democratisch land. Bewijs 3 In de tijd van het boekje "Geboren voor één cent" werd ik meerdere malen bedreigd. Er was zelfs een geval waar een bekend persoon een geweer op mij richtte en ik het kon afwenden dat er werkelijk geschoten werd. Bij aangifte vertelde de toen aanwezige officier van justitie dat ze niets kon doen en de man, die zeer bekend is op dit eiland, er niet over kon aanspreken. Nooit heeft Justitie iets met deze aangifte gedaan en wat later toen ik het nog eens aanhaalde, werd bevestigd door de persvoorlichter dat ik deze nooit had ingediend (lees, dus ook verdwenen). Deze aangifte is nog wel in mijn bezit maar daar had men geen interesse meer in. Bewijs 4 In diezelfde tijd hadden we een overijverige politicus. Veel van haar documenten die alsmaar op internet verschenen, bleken veelal vervalsingen te zijn. Deze dame viel geheel door de mand toen ze faxen liet zien waarop duidelijk bleek dat de tijden niet klopten. Kort daarna werd ik bedreigd door deze dame omdat ik fel bezig was met het kinderleed op Bandabou en ik vele aanwijzingen had dat er vanuit de politiek niets gedaan werd. Deze politicus ging op internet me bedreigen dat er wel eens kinderporno op mijn computer zou kunnen staan! Kort daarna werd er ingebroken op mijn computer en heb ik gelijk al mijn gegevens eraf gehaald. De verdere troep die op mijn computer was gezet, heb ik vastgelegd voor justitie. Deze is toen overhandigd aan de gouverneur daar toen al bekend was dat justitie samenspeelde met de politiek. Ondanks dat het bij de gouverneur lag kwam het niet verder, niemand nam deze zaak op omdat door deze persoon aan te pakken ook Nederlandse politici bij betrokken worden. Bewijs 5 2010 deed ik aangifte van een wekelijkse container die van Curaçao naar, of Rotterdam en als het te heet was naar Antwerpen gaat, volgeladen met coke. De bankafschriften van 10tallen miljoenen werden niet geverifieerd door de BAB en de grote bank hoefde deze niet te verantwoorden. De aangifte kwam nooit verder dan de Gouverneur omdat zowel de PG als Gouverneur en ik bedreigd werden en bleek dat veel werd beschermd vanuit justitie. Het was namelijk een goede vriend van justitie en het koninklijk huis dat daar achter zat. Bewijs 6 In de tijd van heer Donner had ik nog wel eens contact met die man. De man van justitie schreeuwde veilig vanuit Nederland dat hij justitie lokaal wel eens zou gaan doorlichten en zaken aan zou pakken. Ik schreef heer Donner direct een mail en vertelde hem dat het een geweldig idee was maar…. Ik vroeg of hij al eens eerder een bezoek had gebracht aan dit eiland? Nee, was zijn antwoord maar komende week zit het in de planning. Ik schreef hem terug dat ik een weddenschap wilde aangaan met hem. Deze was; Ik wed dat binnen 24 uur dat u geland bent op het eiland Curaçao uw bewering van aanpak justitie 180 graden gedraaid zal zijn. Ik lichtte het toe met dat hij de eerste avond/nacht op dit eiland bezoek zal krijgen in zijn hotel en dat hij alles zal herzien. Heer Donner kwam en
binnen 24 uren stond al in de eerste krant dat hij het verkeerd
had ingeschat wat betreft justitie Antillen (was voor 10-10)!
Ik schreef heer Donner meteen en natuurlijk geen antwoord meer
want er was meer gaande ook rond mezelf. Later ontmoette ik heer
Donner op Barber. Hij keek me aan knikte bevestigend en liep met
gebogen hoofd verder. Bij de zaak Spelonk bleek dat de toenmalige politie en justitie zich schuldig maakten aan vervalsingen van verklaringen, martelen, het vervalsen van handtekeningen en het bewijsmateriaal vernietigen. Dat werd gedaan om de zaak door OM zo snel mogelijk te laten afhandelen. Dat zien we overigens nu nog. De jongens werden veroordeeld en OM met de PG wilden de zaak niet heropenen omdat er teveel wees naar grove fouten vanuit justitie. Pas toen advocaat heer Knoops beloofde geen klachten in te dienen tegen justitie en ook niet te praten over de vervalsingen, mocht de zaak opnieuw voor de rechter. We moesten onze monden houden anders kwamen deze jongens niet vrij. De jongens kwamen uiteindelijk vrij maar die personen die martelden en die vele valse verklaringen hebben gemaakt, werken nu nog en zijn nooit vervolgd. Bewijs 8 Reeds 7 jaren geleden deed ik de eerste aangifte over een man en een vrouw die werken onder het koninklijk huis om kinderen zonder ouders of familiebanden te leveren, die dan gestuurd worden naar verre plaatsen op deze wereld om hen zogenaamd "te heropleiden en passend te maken" voor hun groep die zij vertegenwoordigen (vrijmetselarij). Ondanks het doorgeven heeft OM nooit iets gedaan tegen deze mensen en lopen ze nu nog vrij rond op het eiland Curaçao! Bewijs 9 Enkele jaren geleden stuurde ik een belangrijke brief naar zowel lokaal de gouverneur, ministers, justitie en veiligheidsdienst. Een brief die aangetekend naar al deze mensen is verstuurd en veelal aangekomen is. Maar wat bleek, de aangetekende brief werd geweigerd door de toenmalige minister president heer Asjes en de VDC (veiligheidsdienst). Toen ik de brieven terug kreeg, bleek dat er vele stempels op stonden en door niemand open was gemaakt want het zegeltje wat ik er op had gezet was nog intact. We praten dus over twee aangetekende brieven die dus op 2 plaatsen geweigerd werden! Later bleek dat men deze brieven niet mag weigeren en altijd moet boeken als ingekomen stukken. Maar interessant was dat vanuit justitie de brief al gelabeld en de inhoud bekend was. Men wist duidelijk dat het ging om een "kennisgeving" en zeer belangrijk was en dat het uit naam van de koning van Nederland kwam. Zo is dus officieel de kennisgeving nooit beland bij de minister president en bij de veiligheidsdienst! Uiteindelijk heeft de minister president beide brieven, door mij persoonlijk afgegeven, aangenomen en er kennis van genomen. Bewijs 10 Het Openbaar Ministerie heeft een woordvoerder, een man die in dienst is van justitie en moet zorgen dat het "geslepen" nieuws de wereld wordt ingebracht. Nu hebben ze ook een Facebook pagina en iedereen mag daar vragen of opmerkingen plaatsen. Na 2 van mijn vragen werd ik al geblokt door deze man. Vragen aan PG hierover zijn nooit beantwoord maar het werd zo erg dat deze man me wel begon te bedreigen. Toen ik daar tot 2 maal toe een aangifte tegen gedaan heb bij de PG heer Schram is er nooit enige reactie geweest, laat staan dat er iets ondernomen is. Blijkt dat een werknemer van justitie onbeperkt burgers mag aanvallen, afpersen met zogenaamde aangifte en dat een officier van justitie mij wel eens zou gaan ondervragen. Justitie is een verlengde van de maffia en burgers zijn hun slaven. Bewijs 11 Vrij in het begin van mijn leven op dit eiland werd ik op parkeerplaats Hato in mijn nek geslagen omdat ik volgens 2 bewakers niet goed geparkeerd stond. Ik werd afgevoerd en er was niets wat ze verder konden doen en ik kon dus weer na enkele minuten gaan. Ik deed aangifte bij justitie in de stad en er zou gekeken worden wat men kon doen. Na maanden was er nog niets gebeurd en dat werd bevestigd door de persoon die we belden. Weer enkele maanden verder werd er doodleuk verteld dat de aangifte kwijt was maar dat men ook niets kon doen in deze zaak. Gelukkig was het bedrijf waar de 2 overijverige bewakers werkten wel willend om de zaak uit te zoeken en de bewakers werden ontslagen. OM/justitie kon niets doen omdat later bleek dat een van die bewakers een familielid was van iemand bij justitie! Dat was de eerste aangifte die verdween en niet verder kwam. Bewijs 12 We woonden in een hofje met 6 andere huizen. In één van de huizen achter in het hofje woonden twee gezochte vuurgevaarlijke Colombianen die zwaar in de drug dealden. Niemand durfde iets te doen laat staan iets te zeggen. Ik noteerde alle nummerborden van de wagens die daar drugs gingen kopen. Samen met mijn schoonvader (oud-politiechef) gingen we wat later aangifte doen dat de gezochte Colombianen achter bij ons woonden en drugs dealden. Let wel; Anderhalf jaar later en na meerdere malen bellen kwamen er 3 politiewagens het hofje binnenrijden recht naar ons huis. "Waar zijn die Colombianen?", was de vraag en ik vertelde hen dat deze 5 maanden geleden waren vertrokken. Ik vertelde de persoon met zijn vele strepen; "Wacht ik heb alle nummerborden van hun afnemers" en liet hem een schriftje zien. Hij werd lijkwit want wat bleek, er stonden nummers bij van politiewagens en bekenden die zelf daar kwamen halen. Nooit hebben we nog iets gehoord van deze streepjeskoning. Na 12 bewijzen Justitie is een omgekeerde wereld, men verplicht je volgens de wet melding te maken van onrechtmatige zaken. Is dat gebeurd zal justitie zorgen dat deze onrechtmatigheden, rechtmatig worden of zo afgeschermd worden dat men aangevers kan veroordelen. Recht is krom en justitie en de gehele rechterlijke macht zijn beschermheren van de maffia en een machtige club. Een club die nu nog zwaar bezig is in kinderhandel en -misbruik en beschermd wordt door de drug-, wapen- en bankwereld. Ik wil hierbij dan ook verklaren dat ik door zal gaan met het opentrekken van deze elitegroep die veel schade toe brengt aan ons menselijk bestaan totdat de ware criminelen aangepakt gaan worden, al zitten die veelal in hun eigen gelederen. July 30at 05:13am 'Gewiste WhatsApp-gesprekken te achterhalen' Ook als WhatsApp-gebruikers berichten verwijderen, wissen of archiveren, blijven forensische sporen achter van alle gesprekken in de nieuwste versie van de app. De enige manier om hiervan af te komen, is om de app volledig te verwijderen. Dat stelt althans onderzoeker Jonathan Zdziarski. De onderzoeker, die eerder bekendheid vergaarde toen hij zei dat er een backdoor in iOS7 zat, stelt overigens dat het niet ongebruikelijk is voor applicaties die gebruikmaken van SQLite dat er sporen op achterblijven. Sporen verdwijnen pas als deze meerdere keren zijn overschreven. In het geval van WhatsApp helpt het dus ook om de app compleet te verwijderen. In dat geval verdwijnt de complete SQLite-database namelijk van je smartphone. Zdziarski wijst erop dat het niet verdwijnen van de gesprekken op WhatsApp de privacy van gebruikers ernstig kan aantasten. Als een back-up wordt gemaakt, wordt ook de chatdatabase van WhatsApp gekopieerd. Dat betekent dat die zal verschijnen in de iCloud back-up en in de back-up van de desktop. De back-up van de desktop kan worden gecodeerd via de versleuteloptie voor back-ups in iTunes, maar dat werkt niet voor de iCloud. Daar kunnen opsporingsdiensten als die daarvoor van de rechter toestemming hebben gekregen dan bij als Apple ook meewerkt.

cancer Their ink is not currently regulated in the EU, with cheap Chinese imports causing concern Tattoos can cause cancer and mutations - and one colour is potentially more toxic than others, according to scientists. Research by the European Chemicals Agency to be published imminently is investigating possible risks associated with being inked. The agency said: “Many reports show significant concerns for public health stemming from the composition of inks used for tattooing. “The most severe concerns are allergies caused by the substances in the inks and possible carcinogenic, mutagenic or reproductively toxic effects.” Inks are not currently regulated in the EU. If any particular chemicals are found to be harmful as thought, they will be banned. An agency spokesman said: "If it is found that a restriction is needed, a formal proposal to restrict the substances will be submitted within one year to initiate the process." Red ink has been linked to dermatitis - swelling and soreness - due to it containing mercury sulphide while. Meanwhile red, blue, green and purple ones are more likely to cause granulomas – little ridges of bumps on the skin. The public will be asked to contribute to the research. The NHS has also warned of the dangers of ‘black’ or ‘neutral’ henna. Different to authentic henna, which is orange in colour, this darker substance it may contain levels of a chemical dye ‘so powerful and toxic that it is illegal to use it on the skin’. The NHS warned: “If you see a shop or stall offering to paint black tattoos onto your skin, don’t be tempted to get one. It could leave you scarred for life and put you at risk of a life-threatening allergic reaction.”

He still rails against a whole host of perceived injustices, with the West generally in his line of fire. Isabelle Kumar of Euronews interviewed him about terrorism, Cuba and the future of Europe. Isabelle Kumar: “The world in 2015 seems a very unsettled place but if we take a big picture view do you feel optimistic or pessimistic about the general state of play?” Noam Chomsky: “In the global scene we are racing towards a precipice which we are determined to fall over which will sharply reduce the prospects for decent survival.” Isabelle Kumar: “What precipice is that?” Noam Chomsky: “There are actually two, one is environmental catastrophe which is imminent and we don’t have a lot of time to deal with it and we are going the wrong way, and the other has been around for 70 years, the threat of nuclear war, which is in fact increasing. Noam Chomsky: “We know why. Iran has very low military expenditures, even by the standards of the region, let alone the United States. Iran’s strategic doctrine is defensive, it’s designed to hold off an attack long enough for diplomacy to start, and the United States and Israel, the two rogue states, do not want to tolerate a deterrent. No strategic analyst with a brain function thinks that Iran would ever use a nuclear weapon. Namely supporting Israeli policy. For the last 40 years the greatest threat to Israel has been its own policies. If you look back 40 years, say to 1970, Israel was one of the most respected and admired countries in the world. There were lots of favorable attitudes to it. Now, it’s one of the most disliked and feared countries in the world. In the early 70s Israel made a decision. They had a choice and they made a decision to prefer expansion to security and that carries with it dangerous consequences. Consequences which were obvious at the time – I wrote about them and other people did – if you prefer expansion to security it is going to lead to internal degeneration, anger, opposition, isolation and possibly ultimate destruction. And by supporting those policies, the United States is contributing to the threats that Israel faces.” Isabelle Kumar: “That’s brings me to the subject of terrorism then. Because that is really a global blight and some people, I think including yourself, will say that this is blowback for US terrorist policy around the world. How far is the US and its allies responsible for what we’re seeing now in terms of the terrorist attacks around the world?” Noam Chomsky: “Remember the worst terrorist campaign in the world by far is the one that’s being orchestrated in Washington. That’s the global assassination campaign. There’s never been a terrorist campaign of that scale.” Isabelle Kumar: “When you say global assassination campaign…?” Noam Chomsky: “The drone campaign – that’s exactly what it is. Over large parts of the world, the United States is systematically, publically, openly – there’s nothing secret about what I’m saying, we all know it – it’s carrying out regular campaigns to assassinated people who the US government suspects of intending to harm it someday. And indeed it is, as you mentioned, a terror generated campaign, and when you bomb a village in Yemen, say, and you kill somebody – maybe the person you were aiming at maybe not – and other people who happened to be in the neighbourhood – how do you think they are going to react? Isabelle Kumar: “You describe the US as the leading terrorist state. Where does Europe fit into that picture then?” Noam Chomsky: “Well, that’s an interesting question. So for example there was recently a study. I think it was done by the Open Society Foundation… the worst form of torture is rendition. Rendition means you take somebody you suspect of something, and you send them off to your favourite dictator, maybe Assad or Gadaffi or Mubarak, to be tortured, hoping that maybe something will come out of it. That’s extraordinary rendition. The study reviewed the countries that participated in this, well obviously the Middle East dictatorships because that’s where they were sent to be tortured, and Europe. Most of Europe participated; England, Sweden, other countries. In fact, there’s only one region in the world where nobody participated: Latin America. Which is pretty dramatic. And first of all Latin America has now become pretty much out of US control. When it was controlled by the United States, not very long ago, it was the world’s centre of torture. Now, it didn’t participate in the worst form of torture, which is rendition. Europe participated. If the master roars, the servants cower.” Isabelle Kumar: “So Europe is the servant of the United States?” Noam Chomsky: “ Definitely. They are too cowardly to take an independent position.” Isabelle Kumar: “Where does Vladimir Putin fit into this picture? He’s painted as one of the greatest threats to security. Is he?” Noam Chomsky: “Like most leaders, he’s a threat to his own population. He’s taken illegal actions, obviously. But to depict him as a crazed monster who is suffering from brain disease and has Alzheimer’s, and is a rat-faced evil creature, that’s standard Orwellian fanaticism. I mean, whatever you think about his policies, they are understandable. The idea that Ukraine might join a Western military alliance would be quite unacceptable to any Russian leader. This goes back to 1990 when the Soviet Union collapsed. There was a question about what would happen with NATO. Now Gorbachov agreed to allow Germany to be unified and to join NATO. It was a pretty remarkable concession with a quid pro quo: that NATO would not expand one inch to the east. That was the phrase that was used.” Isabelle Kumar: “So Russia has been provoked?” Noam Chomsky: “Well, what happened? NATO instantly moved into East Germany and then Clinton came along and expanded NATO right to the borders of Russia. Now, the new Ukrainian government, the government established after the overthrow of the preceding one, now the parliament voted 300 to 8 or something like that, to move to join NATO.” Isabelle Kumar: “But you can understand why they would want to join NATO, you can see why Petro Porochenko’s government would probably see it as protecting their country?” Noam Chomsky: “No, no, no, no. That’s not protecting. Crimea was taken away after the overthrow of the government, right. And this is not protecting Ukraine, it is threatening Ukraine with major war. Now that’s not protection. The point is, this is a serious strategic threat to Russia, which any Russian leader would have to react to. That’s well understood.” Isabelle Kumar: “If we look at the situation in Europe though, there’s also another interesting phenomenon that’s taking place. We’re seeing Greece moving towards the East, potentially, with the Syriza government. We’re also seeing Podemos, which is gaining power in Spain, also in Hungary. Do you see that there is a potential for Europe to start shirting and aligning itself more with Russian interests?” Noam Chomsky: “Take a look at what’s happening. Hungary is a different situation entirely. Syriza came into office on the basis of a popular wave which said that Greece should no longer subject itself to policies from Brussels and the German banks which are destroying the country. The effect of these policies has been actually to increase Greece’s debt relative to its wealth production; probably a half of young people are unemployed, probably 40% of the population is living under the poverty line, Greece is being destroyed.” Isabelle Kumar: “So should their debt be written off?” Noam Chomsky: “Yes, just like Germany’s was. In 1953, when Europe wrote off most of Germany’s debt. Just like that, so that Germany would be able to reconstruct from wartime damage.” Isabelle Kumar: “But then what about all the other European countries…?” Noam Chomsky: “ Same story.” Isabelle Kumar: “So Portugal should have its debt written off, Spain should have its debt written off…?” Noam Chomsky: “Who incurred this debt? And who is the debt owed to? In part, the debt was incurred by dictators. So in Greece it was the fascist dictatorship, which the US supported, that incurred a large part of the debt. The debt I think was more brutal than the dictatorship, and that’s what’s called in international law, “odious debt” which need not be paid, and that’s a principal introduced into international law by the United States, when it was in their interest to do so. Much of the rest of the debt, what is called payments to Greece are in fact payments to banks, German and French banks, which had decided to make extremely risky loans with not very high interest and are now being faced with the fact that they can’t be paid back.” Isabelle Kumar: “I’d like to ask this question now, from Gil Gribaudo, who asks, “How will Europe transform then, versus the existential challenges it’s facing?” Because yes there’s the economic crisis, and there’s also a rise in nationalism, and you’ve also described some cultural fault lines which have been created across Europe. How do you see Europe transforming itself?” ? Noam Chomsky: “ Europe has serious problems. Some of the problems are the result of economic policies designed by the bureaucrats in Brussels, the European Commission and so on, under the pressure of NATO and the big banks, mostly German ones. These policies make some sense from the point of view of the designers. For one thing they want to be paid back for their risky and hazardous loans and investments, and the other thing is that these policies are eroding the welfare state, which they’ve never liked. But the welfare state is one of Europe’s major contributions to modern society, but the rich and powerful have never liked it and the fact that these policies are eroding it is good from their point of view. There’s another problem in Europe, it’s extremely racist. I’ve always felt that Europe is probably more racist than the United States. It wasn’t as visible in Europe because the European populations in the past tended to be pretty homogeneous. So if everybody is blonde and blue-eyed, then you don’t seem racist, but as soon as the population begins to change racism comes out of the woodwork. Very fast. And that’s a serious cultural problem in Europe.” Isabelle Kumar: “I’d like to end, because we’re very short of time, with a question from Robert Light on a more positive note. He asks, “What gives you hope?” Noam Chomsky: “ What gives me hope is a couple of things we’ve talked about. Latin American independence for example. That’s of historic significance. We’re going to see it right now, in the Summit of Americas meeting in Panama. In the recent hemispheric meetings, the United States has been completely isolated. It’s a radical change from 10 or 20 years ago, when the United States ran [Latin American affairs]. In fact the reason why Obama made his gestures towards Cuba was to try to overcome American, US isolation. It’s the US that’s isolated, not Cuba. And probably it will fail. We will see. The signs for optimism in Europe are Syriza and Podemos. Hopefully there is finally a popular uprising against the the crushing, destructive economic and social policies that come from the bureaucracy and the banks, and that’s very hopeful. Kennedy” July 27, 2014 Political Ears Editorial Staff Conspiracy 1 (PP) The “deathbed confession” audio tape in which former CIA agent and Watergate conspirator E. Howard Hunt admits he was approached to be part of a CIA assassination team to kill JFK was aired this weekend – an astounding development that has gone completely ignored by the establishment media. Saint John Hunt, son of E. Howard Hunt, appeared on the nationally syndicated Coast to Coast Live radio show to discuss the revelations contained in the tape. Hunt said that his father had mailed cassette the tape to him alone in January 2004 and asked that it be released after his death. The tape was originally 20 minutes long but was edited down to four and a half minutes for the Coast to Coast broadcast. Hunt promises that the whole tape will be uploaded soon at his website. Howard Hunt names numerous individuals with both direct and indirect CIA connections as having played a role in the assassination of Kennedy, while describing himself as a “bench warmer” in the plot. Saint John Hunt agreed that the use of this term indicates that Hunt was willing to play a larger role in the murder conspiracy had he been required. Hunt alleges on the tape that then Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson was involved in the planning of the assassination and in the cover-up, stating that LBJ, “Had an almost maniacal urge to become president, he regarded JFK as an obstacle to achieving that.” Asked if his father followed the conspiracy theories into the Kennedy assassination, Saint John said the elder Hunt did follow the work of AJ Weberman, a New York freelance writer, who in the early 70’s first accused Hunt of being one of three bums who were arrested in Dealy Plaza. The so-called bums (pictured above) were interrogated and later released by authorities shortly after the assassination. Weberman, one of the founders of the Youth International Party, the Vippies, published photographs of the tramps and found that two of them bore striking similarities to Hunt and Frank Sturgis, also named by Hunt in the tape as having been played a role in the assassination conspiracy. Asked for his opinion as to whether his father was indeed one of the Dealy Plaza tramps, Saint John, in a stunning revelation, said one of the tramps indeed looked much like his father did in 1963 (see comparison above). CIA operative Frank Stugis’ striking resemblance to one of the “tramps”. Other researchers believe the “Hunt tramp” to really be Chauncey Holt, who apparently later confessedto the fact. Charles Harrelson was allegedly identified as the third tramp. Saint John Hunt said that shortly before his death, his father had felt “deeply conflicted and deeply remorseful” that he didn’t blow the whistle on the plot at the time and prevent the assassination, but that everyone in the government hated Kennedy and wanted him gone in one way or another. Kennedy’s promise to “shatter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter the remnants to the wind” was being carried out and this infuriated almost everyone at the agency.

by South American doctors: Brain deformations caused by larvicide chemical linked to Monsanto; GM mosquitoes a 'total failure' (NaturalNews) Despite all the public hoopla, all the cases of microcephaly being discovered in Brazil have never been scientifically linked to the Zika virus. A group of doctors from South America are now saying the brain deformations the world is witnessing are caused by the mass fumigation of low-income Brazilian people with a chemical larvicide, not by mosquitoes carrying the Zika virus. What we're seeing with the brain deformations of children, in other words, is more like the history of thalidomide, a prescription medicine given to pregnant women that caused children to be born with limbs missing. But the official narrative on all this is pushing a false link with Zika in order to justify more chemical fumigation, more vaccines and more genetically engineered mosquitoes. From the doctors at Red Universitaria de Ambiente y Salud (the Red University of Environment and Health), with h/t to GM Watch: (SOURCE document) A dramatic increase of congenital malformations, especially microcephaly in newborns, was detected and quickly linked to the Zika virus by the Brazilian Ministry of Health. However, they fail to recognise that in the area where most sick persons live, a chemical larvicide producing malformations in mosquitoes has been applied for 18 months, and that this poison (pyroproxyfen) is applied by the State on drinking water used by the affected population. It looks like the world's health authorities are using Zika virus mosquitoes as a cover story to conceal the damage caused by toxic chemicals manufactured by powerful globalist corporations. The larvicide sprayed in Brazil, for example, is called "pyriproxyfen," and it's manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical, a corporation known to be a "strategic partner" of Monsanto. The Argentinian doctors' report lists Sumitomo as a "subsidiary" of Monsanto. As GM Watch reports, "Pyriproxyfen is a growth inhibitor of mosquito larvae, which alters the development process from larva to pupa to adult, thus generating malformations in developing mosquitoes and killing or disabling them." Hmmm... a growth inhibitor of developing organisms? Does that raise any question marks with anyone when considering the under-developed cranial and neurological systems of the children being victimized in all this? From the report: Malformations detected in thousands of children from pregnant women living in areas where the Brazilian state added pyriproxyfen to drinking water is not a coincidence, even though the Ministry of Health places a direct blame on Zika virus for this damage, while trying to ignore its responsibility and ruling out the hypothesis of direct and cumulative chemical damage caused by years of endocrine and immunological disruption of the affected population. Doctors from the Brazilian Association for Collective Health (ABRASCO) demand that urgent epidemiological studies taking into account this causal link be carried out, especially when among 3,893 cases of malformations confirmed until January 20, 2016, 49 children have died and only five of them were confirmed to have been infected with Zika. Zika virus doesn't
cause microcephaly! Previous Zika epidemics did not cause birth defects in newborns, despite infecting 75% of the population in those countries. Also, in other countries such as Colombia there are no records of microcephaly; however, there are plenty of Zika cases. The entire reason these brain deformations are being blamed on the Zika virus, we're now learning, is so that powerful chemical companies can sell more toxic chemicals that poison the people and the environment even more! From the doctors' report: Brazilian doctors (Abrasco) are claiming that the strategy of chemical control is contaminating the environment as well as people, that it is not decreasing the amount of mosquitoes, and that this strategy is in fact a commercial manoeuvre from the chemical poisons industry, deeply integrated into Latin American ministries of health as well as WHO and PAHO. It's a vicious cycle, of course: The government sprays chemicals that cause brain deformations in children, but in order to avoid blaming the chemicals, they blame mosquitoes, thereby demanding MORE toxic chemicals be sprayed, causing yet more deformations that demand yet more chemicals and so on. If all this sounds familiar, it's because it's ripped right out of the playbook of the vaccine industry: Many vaccines actually cause epidemics (which is why children who are stricken with measles and mumps have almost always been previously vaccinated against measles and mumps), thereby increasing public demand for more vaccines which cause more outbreaks, ad infinitum. The response: increasing the release in poor areas. Also, we must take into account that the biology of the disease shows that the female only "stings" when it's pregnant and generating eggs after being fertilised by a male; it does it in that state and only then, because it needs blood components in order to develop the eggs. So, if millions of male mosquitoes are released, there will be many more fertilised females looking to suck the blood of mammals, thus increasing the spreading of the disease from infected people to healthy people! Politieke gevangene Gisteren na het schrijven van mijn stukje "Vast" kwamen vele reacties los maar voor het eerst kwam er via mails, en zelfs een persoon via Facebook, de vraag / opmerking "John ben jij een politieke gevangene"? Eindelijk na ruim 6 jaren al in de greep te zitten van de lokale en Nederlandse veiligheidsdiensten zijn er mensen die wakker aan het worden zijn en begrijpen wat er hier werkelijk gebeurt. Het is een verkapte politieke actie om zo iemand de vrijheid te ontnemen waar het land Nederland en de eilanden van de Nederlandse Antillen aan meewerken. Men schreeuwt uit volle borst "Geen slavernij meer, vrijheid en democratie!" Grote woorden die we alsmaar horen uit de politiek en er wordt zelfs beweerd dat Nederland geen politieke gevangenen kent! Nu, de waarheid is anders want wat doet men vanuit Den Haag? Men maakt levens kapot van mensen die te mondig zijn en te veel gezien hebben. Iets wat Den Haag niet wil dat het naar buiten komt. De pedofilie, het spelen met en het offeren van kinderen en het handelen van miljarden in drugs moet binnen de 4 muren blijven en mogen niet naar buiten komen. Ja, in de moderne tijd is dat moeilijk en men kan niet meer gemakkelijk mensen wegsturen naar de eeuwige jachtvelden, of hen levenlang afpersen met zaken. Daarom hebben de veiligheidsdiensten en waaronder ook de AIVD een andere weg ingeslagen en dat is om mensen die niet passen in hun profiel het moeilijk maken en zo hun vrijheden afnemen zonder enige rechterlijke uitspraak! Deze "politieke gevangenen" hebben allemaal het woordje "curatele" achter hun naam staan en dat is in mijn geval nu vanuit Nederland en lokaal al 9 maal bevestigd. Zelfs via fouten van 2 medewerksters heb ik het zelf op de schermen kunnen zien! Ontkennen is dan ook een komische zaak daar het op elke computer, aangesloten op het centrale systeem, voorkomt en dat zelfs in Nederland en sinds kort, wat ik doorkreeg, ook Amerika! Toen ik de Nederlandse AIVD en de Nederlandse politiek aanschreef over het geval politieke gevangene, kwam er vanuit de AIVD een ex-medewerker op mijn pad die eenmalig mij vertelde dat ik de waarheid wel erg duidelijk zag, ik moest oppassen en deze medewerker was weer snel weg van dit eiland. Nu is er een verschil
met mijn geval en het geval politieke gevangene wereldwijd en
dat is dat ik niet opgesloten ben in een gevangenis en er geen
rechters aan te pas gekomen zijn om mij te veroordelen. De veroordeling
is gegaan via de lokale veiligheidsdienst in samenwerking van
de AIVD Nederland en zij hebben het volgende besloten; De reden waarom ik
ongewenst ben is dat ik een gevaar ben voor de samenleving en
zo voor de Nederlandse staat. Het reeds 6 jaar lang niet het eiland normaal kunnen verlaten en wetende dat er diverse landen zijn waar ik niet kan landen bevestigt dat ik een politieke gevangene ben, veroordeeld zonder rechters! De veroordeling van deze diensten staat in de file en ik maak die zeer regelmatig mee. Simpel als ik weer naar een officiële instantie lokaal of Nederland moet en er dan glashard wordt gezegd; Heer Baselmans u bent niet geboren noch werkzaam geweest in Nederland (schriftelijk bewijs). Of zoals ik hier te horen krijg; Heer Baselmans u staat niet in dit systeem. Net zoals Kranchi (gemeentehuis) me opriep, na 31 jaar al wonend op het eiland, met de smoes dat ik niet meer woonachtig was op dit eiland! Mocht het wel zo zijn moest ik me op een bepaalde dag en tijd melden (ook schriftelijk bewijs!). Zaken die zeer regelmatig gebeuren en vallen onder het woordje "curatele" wat in mijn geval wil zeggen "gevangene van het eiland Curaçao". Ik ben blij dat mensen zaken nu door gaan krijgen en mensen na gaan denken en zien dat de zogenaamde eilandelijke en Nederlandse vrijheden niets meer zijn dan een bedrog waar duidelijk mensen als politieke gevangene worden behandeld en geen kant meer op kunnen. Het enige geluk wat ik persoonlijk heb is dat er al zoveel bewijzen zijn wat er werkelijk gaande is rond mijns persoon dat meer en meer de vuile veiligheidsdienst met zijn AIVD vrienden keer op keer door de mand vallen en deze ziekelijke praktijken niet meer kunnen betwisten. Ja, ik ben een politieke gevangene en alle papieren en bewijzen zijn veilig op een plaats mocht de dag gaan komen dat men werkelijk in de fout gaat. Veel is er al doorgespeeld naar het Europees Parlement en de Verenigde Naties zodat ook zij zien dat de rood-wit-blauwe vlag met hun koloniën niets meer zijn dan een dictatuur waar burgers zonder enige veroordeling vastgehouden worden. Ik blijf op dit heerlijk eiland wonen en zal NOOIT gebruik gaan maken van die enkele ticket die me aangeboden is. July 28at 05:07am Australië geschokt door martelbeelden kinderen in gevangenis De beelden werden maandagavond uitgezonden door Four Corners, een journalistiek onderzoeksprogramma van omroep ABC. De opnames zijn gemaakt tussen 2010 en 2014 in het Don Dale-jeugddetentiecentrum in Darwin, de hoofdstad van het Noordelijk Territorium in Australië. In de uitzending is te zien hoe de 17-jarige Dylan Voller met zijn polsen, enkels en nek wordt vastgebonden aan een rolstoel. Over zijn hoofd is een witte kap getrokken. Hij moet zeker twee uur in deze positie blijven zitten. Het incident doet denken aan de gruwelijke beelden die in 2004 naar buiten kwamen uit de Iraakse gevangenis Abu Ghraib. Four Corners legde ook vast hoe Dylan Voller in een isoleercel hardhandig door bewakers tegen de grond wordt gewerkt, ontdaan wordt van zijn kleding en naakt wordt achtergelaten. Daarnaast is geregistreerd hoe bewakers traangas inzetten nadat een jongere probeert te ontsnappen. Het laatste incident vond plaats op 22 augustus 2014 en werd in de media gepresenteerd als een gevangenisopstand. Volgens een verklaring van de gevangenis probeerden zes jongeren te ontsnappen en zouden ze bewakers met wapens hebben bedreigd. Op de beelden van Four Corners is te zien dat slechts één jongen probeert te ontsnappen nadat hij het personeel door de muur heen herhaaldelijk vraagt hoe lang hij al in isolatie zit. In plaats van een antwoord te geven, wordt de 14-jarige uitgelachen. Het personeel noemt hem 'een idioot' en een 'kleine klootzak'. Vervolgens wordt er traangas tegen hem ingezet. Niet alleen de jongen wordt aangepakt, ook vijf anderen worden zonder enige reden belaagd met traangas. De jongeren rennen door hun cellen, verschuilen zich achter hun lakens en matrassen, happen naar lucht, huilen, en hangen boven het toilet. Isoleercellen Het incident vindt plaats in een gespannen periode. Drie weken ervoor wisten vijf jongeren te ontsnappen uit Don Dale. Nadat ze waren opgespoord, werden ze tussen de 15 en 17 dagen in isoleercellen gestopt. De omstandigheden, zo ontdekten een groep advocaten na een bezoek aan de gevangenis, waren inhumaan. Er was geen stromend water in de cellen, het daglicht was beperkt en de jongeren hadden geen toegang tot school of lesmateriaal. Het Kinderrechtencommissariaat in het Noordelijk Territorium bracht in 2015 een rapport naar buiten over misstanden in Don Dale, maar het toenmalige hoofd van de gevangenis ontkende de beschuldigingen. Er werd vervolgens niets mee gedaan. Don Dale is niet lang na het traangas-incident gesloten. De kinderen zijn overgeplaatst naar een gevangenis voor volwassenen. Peter O'Brien, advocaat van Dylan Voller - de vastgeketende jongen - pleit voor onmiddellijke vrijlating van zijn cliënt. 'Hij moet direct hulp krijgen', aldus de advocaat, die een rechtszaak heeft aangespannen tegen de plaatselijke autoriteiten. Voller verkeert al sinds zijn 11e in detentie en is schuldig bevonden aan diefstal en mishandeling. Onderzoek De Australische premier Turnbull liet op de radio weten 'diep geschokt' te zijn. 'Net als alle Australiërs ben ik geschokt en ontzet over de beelden van de mishandeling van kinderen.' Although there are some slight variations from one individual to another, all of the subjects have some memories of their period of clinical death. and a vast majority of them described some very similar sensations. Most common memories include a feeling of detachment from the body, feelings of levitation, total serenity, security, warmth, the experience of absolute dissolution, and the presence of an overwhelming light. The scientists say that they are well aware the many of their conclusions could shock a lot of people, like the fact that the religious beliefs of the various subjects seems to have held no incidence at all, on the sensations and experiences that they described at the end of the experiment. Indeed, the volunteers counted in their ranks some members are a variety of Christian churches, Muslims, Jews, Hindus and atheists. Near-death experiences have been hypothesized in various medical journals in the past, as having the characteristics of hallucinations, but Dr Ackermann and his team, on the contrary, consider them as evidence for the existence of the afterlife and of a form of dualism between mind and body. “I know our results could disturb the beliefs of many people” says Mr Ackermann. “But in a way, we have just answered one of the greatest questions in the history of mankind, so I hope these people will be able to forgive us. Vast Als kunstenaar heb je veelal grote pieken maar nog grotere dalen. Er zijn dagen dat je de wereld aan kunt en als tegenstelling je dan het liefst wilt verschuilen in de kern van deze aardbol. De laatste tijd is er een geweldig dal ontstaan en dat begon maanden geleden toen ik portretten ging tekenen van dictators maar ook mensen die zogenaamd voorbeeldmensen waren. De een na de ander viel door de mand en de grootste ellende kwam bij personen naar boven waar ik het juist helemaal niet van verwachtte. De ware klap kreeg ik werkelijk ik bij het tekenen van Willem Alexander toen er uit zijn energie het offeren van kinderen duidelijk naar boven kwam. Ik kotste, ik walgde van wat hij mij vertelde vanuit deze tekening. Nog nooit heb ik een tekening beschadigd of vernietigd maar na die gesprekken met hem heb ik mijn chirurgenmesje genomen en het grootste deel van het portret weggekrast. Ik was er klaar mee. Tekenen was voor mij vanaf die dag een ware hel, daarbij kwamen er ook nog wat lokale mensen die zeker heel veel te verbergen hadden. Het werd zo erg dat ik nu al 4 maanden geen pen meer aangeraakt heb. Ik kan niet meer ellende zien en ik wil niet meer deel zijn van deze ellendige wereld. Lamgeslagen schrijf ik nu mijn nieuwste boek en ook dat gaat moeilijker en moeilijker. Als klap op de vuurpijl, want een dal is nooit één ding in mijn leven, spelen er nu vreselijke taferelen af in mijn privé leven. Met mijn vader gaat het heel slecht en ik kan deze 88 jarige man niet in mijn armen sluiten daar ik op de lijst sta bij de veiligheidsdienst lokaal en de AIVD in Nederland. 2 plaatsen waar ze me het leven onmogelijk gaan maken zodra ik langs immigratie ga. "Curatele" staat achter mijn naam en de vragen zijn ook al in het systeem. Buiten deze achterbakse missie van deze diensten blijkt dat er hard gewerkt wordt om mensen hun werelden af te breken. Zo hoorde ik dat een van mijn informanten in Nederland het land is moeten ontvluchten. Voor deze persoon is het leven niet meer veilig. Als klap op de vuurpijl komt een andere waarschuwing. Een persoon die veel weet over onder andere het koninklijk huis is vergiftigd vanuit deze hoek. Deze persoon vecht om in leven te blijven. Alles lijkt waarheid te zijn wat deze persoon in het verleden naar buiten heeft gebracht. Het komt duidelijk uit deze hoek daar zij al eeuwenlang met vergif werken. Het dal lijk ditmaal dieper en op zijn diepst en de bodem is nog niet in zicht. Toch vraag je je soms af, hoeveel kan een mens hebben en dan denk ik maar; er zijn ergere zaken. Doch, ik zit vast op een eiland, kan niet terug naar mijn vader die 62 jaren lang mij steunde, kan niet bij mijn 2 vrienden zijn die beiden vechten voor hun leven. Verder blijft de vraag; wanneer zie ik die bodem? Opgeven is geen optie want ik weet dat na elk dal is er een levensgrote berg maar of deze nog zal verschijnen is een grote vraag want ook de uitgang van de diepe put is niet in zicht. Chan then sharply referred to America as “the most corrupt in the world.” Mr Chan revealed that in past interviews granted to the American media, he made similar remarks about the country. “Where does this Great Breakdown (financial crisis) come from? It started exactly from the world, the United States. When I was interviewed in the U.S., people asked me, I said the same thing,” Chan said in the interview. He shifted his attention from the United States, urging his fellow Chinese to support China in building a strong foundation to exert significant influence in the international arena. “I said now that China has become strong, everyone is making an issue of China. If our own countrymen don’t support our country, who will support our country? We know our country has many problems. We [can] talk about it when the door is closed. To outsiders, [we should say] our country is the best,” Chan said. In the past, the American media has labeled Mr Chan as a strong supporter of the ruling Communist Party in China. The Washington Post described Mr Chan as passionately political, a staunch defender of the Chinese Communist Party, and a harsh critic of anyone he considers opposing China’s policies. Mr Chan has a history of making controversial political statements. Sometime ago, he described the actions of Taiwan and Hong Kong, who want to break away from China, as enjoying too much freedom. His comment was widely condemned in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
July 26at 05:03am Wikileaks’ Friday leak of nearly 20,000 Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails reveals many nefarious activities. In light of new evidence the DNC intentionally sabotaged Bernie Sanders while DNC staffers mocked him, Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party continue to be hit with embarrassing revelations. One of the most damning findings of the leak is the fact Clinton and the DNC have worked closely with, manipulated, and bullied media outlets. One email revealed Politico reporter Ken Vogel sent an article discussing the DNC to the DNC before he sent it to his editors. Vogel attached his story in an email titled, “per agreement… any thoughts appreciated,” sent April 30, 2016, to Mark Paustenbach, Deputy Communications Director for the Democratic National Committee. The article, which appeared to criticize, or at least examine, Clinton and the DNC’s fundraising tactics, was forwarded by Paustenbach to Luis Miranda, Communications Director at Democratic National Committee. “Vogel gave me his story ahead of time/before it goes to his editors as long as I didn’t share it. Let me know if you see anything that’s missing and I’ll push back,” Paustenbach wrote. The conflict of interest apparent when a journalist — one who is supposed to be questioning the DNC — allows the DNC access and input to that very investigation can hardly be understated. But first-look deals with journalists who are supposed to be criticizing those in power are not the only media revelations of Wikileaks’ latest leak. Another email, titled “WaPo Party,” revealed the Washington Post held an “unlisted” fundraiser with the DNC. “They aren’t going to give us a price per ticket and do not want their party to be listed in any package we are selling to donors,” wrote Anu Rangappa, Senior Advisor for General Election Strategies for the DNC, in September of last year. Jordan Kaplan, National Finance Director for the DNC, replied, “Great – we were never going to list since the lawyers told us we cannot do it.” Ironically, in November of last year, the Washington Post published an in-depth investigation into the Clinton money machine. The article, entitled, “41 Years. $3 Billion. Inside the Clinton donor network,” questioned the huge flow of cash the Clintons have cultivated over the years. At other points, it marveled at their abilities to rake in so much funding. At no point did it disclose the Post’s fundraiser for Hillary. In February of this year, the Washington Post published an article entitled, “Democratic Party fundraising effort helps Clinton find new donors, too.” The article highlighted Clinton’s success attracting low-level donors, and though it acknowledged her access to big money, it ultimately painted her as moving the party forward. Campaign spokesman Josh Schwerin, who was also involved with managing Vogel’s Politico article, was quoted in the article: “‘Republicans are spending record amounts trying to beat Democrats, and we want to ensure that the Democratic nominee and candidates up and down the ballot are backed by a strong party with the resources needed to win,’ said campaign spokesman Josh Schwerin.” The Post also cited platitudes from Clinton, herself. In yet another brazen instance revealed by the Wikileaks data dump, Debbie Wasserman Schultz attempted to silence MSNBC Morning Joe anchor Mika Brzezinski after the anchor criticized her, particularly for alleged unfairness to the Bernie Sanders campaign. Citing a Breitbart article detailing Brzezinski’s criticisms, DNC employee Kate Houghton notified Wasserman Schultz of the bad press. “On Wednesday, MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ co-host Mika Brzezinski called for DNC Chair Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) to ‘step down’ over her handling of this year’s Democratic presidential primary. After playing a clip of Wasserman Schultz, Brzezinski said, ‘This has been very poorly handled from the start. It has been unfair, and they haven’t taken him seriously, and it starts, quite frankly, with the person that we just heard speaking. It just does.’ Brzezinski added of Wasserman Schultz, ‘She should step down,’” read theBreitbart article, as copied and pasted into Houghton’s email to Wasserman Schultz. Wasserman Schultz forwarded Houghton’s email to Miranda, adding, “This is the LAST straw. Please call Phil a Griffin. This is outrageous. She needs to apologize.” Phil A. Griffin is the president of MSNBC, and Wasserman Schultz ultimately went to him herself. Miranda contacted Chuck Todd of MSNBC — whom Wasserman Schultz also evidently contacted to complain. “Hey Chuck,” Miranda wrote. “Per our conversation earlier today, I’d appreciate it if you passed along the following to the Morning Joe team. I understand Joe and Mika will say whatever they’re going to say in terms of opinion, but at a minimum they should consider the facts on some of the key allegations they’re making.” Miranda proceeded to share a list of talking points regarding fundraising and allegations of voter fraud at the Democratic caucus in Nevada. “Let me know if there’s anything else I can provide,” Miranda concluded. Earlier this year, MSNBC was revealed to employ multiple guest pundits who regularly complimented Hillary Clinton. The corporate news outlet failed to disclose the pundits were also consultants for firms working for the Clinton campaign. Further, as the Intercept reported last year, “The top fundraisers for Clinton include lobbyists who serve the parent companies of CNN and MSNBC.” Such relationships likely demonstrate why Wasserman felt obliged to contact the president of one of the biggest media outlets in the United States to pressure them to change their coverage of her. These close ties denote nearly the opposite of a “free press” intended to provide a balance to the narratives of those in power. In another instance, though no particular media outlet appears to be involved, the DNC discussed crafting narratives against Bernie Sanders. One narrative attempted to cast his campaign as sloppy and disorganized. Another sought to paint him as an atheist to alienate Christians in the South. While the revelations are new in regard to the DNC’s attempts to manipulate and work with the media, they are painfully old when it comes to Clinton. Last year, emails were released from 2011 that showed Clinton’s State Department planted questions for a “60 Minutes” interview with Julian Assange. As then-Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs, Philip Crowley, wrote in an email to Clinton: “60 Minutes assures me that they raised a number of questions and concerns we planted with them during the course of the interview.”
Suggesting the interview would not be embarrassing to Clinton or the State Department, he added, “We will be prepared to respond to the narrative Assange presents during the program.” In truth, those paying attention are already aware Clinton is the quintessential candidate of big money, corruption, and manipulation. Many likely already know of the media’s biases in her favor. But the Wikileaks revelations confirm the fears of Americans who continue to learn their “democracy” is a sham. They provide the concrete, gritty details to prove it. These leaked emails, then, fundamentally serve as an opportunity to witness the machinations of men and women attempting to run the show from behind the curtain — and to, hopefully, hold them accountable.

De rol van het Openbaar Ministerie Maanden geleden startten

Curaçao. Als burger deed ik in het verleden vele zaken deponeren bij de Minister van Justitie, de Gouverneur of Procureur Generaal. De laatste jaren, bij wisseling van de macht, zijn de eerste twee afgevallen als meldpunt daar er absoluut geen vertrouwen meer is in deze mensen. Zo bleef over de Procureur Generaal. Er werd contact gezocht over deze moordpartijen met deze Procureur Generaal en ik wilde de namen van de moordenaars en de opdrachtgever inclusief motief doorgeven aan deze man. Helaas, wat bleek, deze Procureur Generaal blijkt meer in Nederland te zitten dan nog op dit eiland aanwezig te zijn en de aangifte kwam dus maar niet verder. De namen doorspelen naar het Openbaar Ministerie had totaal geen nut omdat enkele van de aan te geven namen, zelf een zeer grote vinger in deze criminele organisatie hebben! Wie kun je dan nog vertrouwen? Waar kun je dan nog terecht? Ondertussen zijn er op en rond één plaats al 9 mensen vermoord. Enkele zijn zogenaamd aan een natuurlijke dood gestorven! In de nacht van zaterdag op zondag kregen 3 mensen de kogel! Ook hier weer in opdracht vanuit dezelfde hoek en komende van de 3 moordenaars die al maanden actief zijn op dit eiland. Maar of het niet genoeg is, er zijn nog enkele extra moordenaars onderweg wat ik binnenkreeg vanuit deze organisatie. Het werk zal intensiever gaan worden volgens berichten vanuit intern. De belangen in de drugs, gokken, wapen- en mensenhandel zijn enorm en de oorlog moet nog starten. Openbaar Ministerie zwijgt in alle talen en publiceert dagelijks haar succesverhalen. Onze Procureur Generaal is in de verste verte niet te vinden en heeft niet het lef en het fatsoen in te gaan op deze ware oorlog die gestart is. Wat er steeds duidelijker wordt is dat er weldegelijk een connectie is tussen de onderwereld en het Openbaar Ministerie. Het is duidelijk dat deze instantie juist de criminelen een hand boven het hoofd houdt en welwillende burgers zonder enig verweer voor de leeuwen gooit. Want waar is de bescherming die men zou moeten hebben bij dit soort meldingen? Waar is het vertrouwen in justitie wat elke dag geschaad wordt. Het is wel een organisatie die betaald wordt vanuit de burgers belastingcenten? Duidelijk is in deze lopende zaak dat het Openbaar Ministerie een deel is van de criminele organisaties die momenteel hier op het eiland gouden tijden beleven. Drugs, gokken, wapen- en mensenhandel maken deze gouden tijden mee omdat ze beschermd worden vanuit de hoek van justitie. Het bewijs is geleverd door een zich verschuilende Procureur Generaal en een zwijgende niet ingrijpende Openbaar Ministerie. Een tweede optie kan zijn, dat het Openbaar Ministerie denkt van "laat ze elkaar maar uitmoorden". Maar ondertussen zijn er wel burgers bij betrokken en handelt dit ministerie als een laffe en afgeperste instantie. Voor verdere informatie,

Norway Terror Attacks
a False Flag: Washington DC, July 24, 2011 – The tragic terror attacks in Norway display a number of the telltale signs of a false flag provocation. It is reported that, although the world media are attempting to focus on Anders Behring Breivik as a lone assassin in the tradition of Lee Harvey Oswald, many eyewitnesses agree that a second shooter was active in the massacre at the Utøya summer youth camp outside of Oslo. It has also come to light that a special police unit had conducted drills or exercises near the opera house in downtown Oslo which involved the detonation of bombs during 2010– exactly what caused the bloodshed a few hundred meters away this Friday. Further research reveals that United States intelligence agencies had been conducting a large-scale program of recruiting retired Norwegian police officers with the alleged purpose of conducting surveillance inside the country. This program, known as SIMAS Surveillance Detection Units, provided a perfect vehicle for the penetration and subversion of the Norwegian police by NATO. A motive for the attack is also present: as part of its attempt to mount an independent foreign policy, including the imminent diplomatic recognition of a Palestinian state as part of a general rapprochement with the Arab world, Norway was leading the smaller NATO states in dropping out of the imperialist aggressor coalition currently bombing Libya. Norway was scheduled to stop all bombing and other sorties against the Gaddafi forces as out of August 1 at the latest. Finally, the CIA limited
hangout operation known as Wikileaks has already furnished a prefabricated
off-the-shelf case for incompetence and malfeasance against the
current Norwegian government that is doing all these things –
in the form of a series of real or doctored dispatches which document
the alleged negligence of this government in dealing with the
terrorist threat, all in the view of US State Department officials. As noted, world press and media of the Anglo-American school have immediately battened onto Breivik as an archetypal lone assassin cast in the mold of Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan Sirhan, and so many others. The problem for the terror mythographs is that , in most of these cases, there is credible to overwhelming evidence that these figures could not have acted alone. Among more recent loan assassins, Breivik could be compared to Major Nidal Hasan of Fort Hood, Texas, whose shooting spree dates back to November 2009. Hasan is accused of having killed seven people. At the time, it was considered remarkable that Hasan had managed to kill so many armed soldiers on the military base. But early reports suggested that there were one or two other shooters in addition to Hasan. As usually happens, these extra shooters were soon expunged from the hegemonic media narrative.1 In the Norwegian case, the evidence that Breivik was not alone in claiming his fearful toll of victims is clear and convincing. Here are some excerpts from a report published by the Oslo newspaper VG: “Several of the youths who were at the Utøya the shooting drama, told VG that they are convinced that there must have been more than one perpetrator. Marius Helander Røset believes the same thing: – I am sure that there was shooting from two different places on the island at the same time, he said. Witnesses: – There were two people Police believe Anders Behring Breivik (32) is the perpetrator who was dressed as a policeman , and have charged him for two terrorist attacks. Young people interviewed by VG describe an additional perpetrator – who was not wearing a police uniform. The person was following them around was 180 centimeters tall, had thick dark hair and a Nordic appearance. He had a pistol in his right hand and a rifle on his back. – I believe that there were two people who were shooting, says Alexander Stavdal (23)…. At the press conference Saturday morning opened the police said that there could have been several perpetrators and emphasized that there is an ongoing investigation.”2 The presence of a second
shooter is of course most inconvenient for the lone assassin theory,
since it represents incontrovertible evidence of a criminal conspiracy,
the very thing which the media coverage is usually anxious to
avoid. In the Norwegian case, the reports of a second shooter
seemed to be persistent enough 36 hours after the main event so
as to hold out some hope that the entire official version can
be brought down on this particular. Another telltale critical sign of a false flag operation is the holding of drills or exercises –allegedly for counterterrorism purposes — by the police or the military at the same time as the terror attack, or shortly before the real terror attack begins. Sometimes, the terror drills or exercises are scheduled to begin slightly after the time when the actual terror attack occurs. For large-scale terror actions, which the Norway attacks were, it is not uncommon for the drills to occur well in advance – 9/11, for example, was the result of capabilities which had been built up over a period of several years, as well as of future drills stretching well into 2002. In these cases, it is often discovered that the self-styled anti-terror drill or exercise contains a simulated action or event which strongly resembles the real world terror attack, the one which actually kills people. The media will then refer to an astounding coincidence or a weird happenstance, but the reality is that the terror drill has been taken live or flipped live in the form of real killings. Once the drill has occurred, the capabilities, hardware, etc., which it has created can remain in place to be mobilized at the desired moment. The secret is that the legally sanctioned drill has been used to conduit or bootleg the actual butchery through a government bureaucracy whose resources are required to run the terror but in which there are many officials who cannot be allowed to know what is happening. The Norway events provide a very clear illustration of this principle. In Oslo, a powerful bomb went off in or near the building which houses the office of the Prime Minister. Exactly as we would expect, special anti-terror police had been drilling setting off bombs in a nearby part of the Norwegian capital in advance, specifically during 2010. The public had not been informed in advance, but found out what was happening when they began hearing bombs in the opera house district, less than a kilometer away from the prime minister’s office which was attacked on Friday. Here is a report from the newspaper Aftenposten: “Armed police were seen in the area around the opera house in Oslo, and violent explosions could be heard over large parts of the city. No one knew that this was all a matter of practice. The Information Section of the Oslo police deeply regrets that the public was not made aware of the seemingly dramatic exercise….It was the emergency squad, the national police special unit against terrorism, which was conducting a drill in the cordoned off area at Bjørvika pier. According to a press release from the police, nearly a day after the exercise, the drill consisted of training in the controlled detonation of explosive charges….The exercise will continue for the rest of Wednesday night and a few more explosions are expected….The exercise followed a familiar pattern for all anti-terror forces around the world: The men lowered themselves down from the ceiling and into through the window that had just been blown out, while they fired hand their weapons.”3 Peter Power of Visor
Consultants told BBC Radio Five in the wake of the London subway
bombings of July 7, 2005 that his firm had been conducting an
exercise based on explosions going off in substantially the same
stations of the London underground at the same times when the
real explosions had actually occurred. The Norwegian events exhibit
the same kind of strange coincidence. The targets of the Norwegian terror attacks are all expressly political, including government offices and a summer youth camp of the ruling Labor Party, and thus point in the direction of politics. The government of Norway is currently a coalition composed of the Labor Party, the Socialist Left Party, and the Center Party. Norway has traditionally attempted to cultivate a pro-Arab foreign policy, as seen in its sponsorship of the Oslo peace accords between Israeli Prime Minister Rabin and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat in the mid-1990s. The current government has announced its intention of granting diplomatic recognition to a Palestinian state in the near future. When the destabilization of Libya began last February, the Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre of the Labor Party warned Norway’s partners in the NATO alliance against getting involved. But soon after this, Norway gave in to US pressure and agreed to participate in NATO’s bombing of Libya for an initial period of three months, sending six planes which have carried out an estimated 10% of all the bombing raids mounted by the Atlantic alliance. However, as the end of its three-month commitment had passed, Norway had reduced its contingent to four planes during the month of July, and had announced on June 10 that it was planning to withdraw altogether from the NATO bombing coalition no later than August 1. The Norwegian decision to drop out of the NATO attack coalition was associated with a similar move by the Netherlands, which was announced on that same day of June 10. The Dutch had decided to maintain their contingent of six planes, but will no longer take part in bombing attacks on ground targets. Henceforth, the Dutch are willing only to help enforce the no-fly zone through air interdiction. There was therefore the potential that Norway’s example could trigger a general tendency by the smaller NATO states to quit the bombing coalition, in which their collective presence is highly significant. Leading figures of the Norwegian government were among the first to undercut the supposed rationale for the NATO bombing, while urging negotiations: ‘”The solution to the problems in Libya are political, they cannot be solved by military means alone,” Norwegian Prime Minister Stoltenberg told reporters gathered for a conference in Oslo on May 13. “We are very much supporting all efforts to find a political solution to the challenges we are facing in Libya,” he added. government, the Socialist Left Party, opposed an extension, but
a compromise was reached to stay in the operation until Aug. 1
with fewer planes. “It is wise to end the Norwegian fighter
jet contribution. Now Norway should apply its efforts to find
a peaceful solution in Libya,” Socialist Left Party lawmaker
Baard Vegar Solhjell said.’5 The Norwegian decision to stop waging war against Libya, the first of its kind by any member of the Atlantic alliance, has attracted the attention of diplomatic observers, one of whom commented that the current government in Oslo has advocated “a distinctly more peaceful approach to global policies by the Norwegian government…. [despite] recent pressure from the US on Norway to contribute more in Libya military campaign. Norway has been resisting that pressure and pushing for a more peaceful approach to the US-led NATO attacks on Libya and refused to provide weapons to NATO, finally announcing last month that Norway would quit its military role in Libya by August 1. In March, as the US was rallying unilateral support to invade Libya, Norway’s minister of foreign affairs Jonas Gahr Støre was one of the few nations to warn the US against armed intervention in Libya. Norway initially supplied six fighter jets for Libya operations and has carried out about 10% of the Libya strikes since 19 March. However, US officials singled out Norway and Denmark for their ‘lack of commitment’ to the mission to oust Gaddafi… Other Norway-Libya links include Norway’s major oil- and fertilizer-related interests in Libya: the Norwegian state-owned Statoil, which has about 30 employees at its Tripoli offices….[Norway’s] businesses have conducted major business operations in Libya, in co-operation with Qaddafi’s regime.”6 At the present stage
of the inquiry, the best estimate of a motive for the Norwegian
attacks is to punish the country for its independent and pro-Arab
foreign policy in general, and for its repudiation of the NATO
bombing coalition arrayed against Libya in particular. US and NATO intelligence have been shown to possess extraordinary capabilities inside Norway, many of which may be operating outside of the control of the Norwegian government. In early November 2010, the Oslo television channel TV2 exposed the existence of an extensive network of paid assets and informants of US intelligence recruited from the ranks of retired police and other officials. The ostensible goal of this program was the surveillance of Norwegians who were taking part in demonstrations and other activities critical of the United States and its policies. One of the Norwegians recruited was the former chief of the anti-terror section of the Oslo police.7 Although the goal was supposedly merely surveillance, it is possible to imagine some other and far more sinister activities that could be carried out by such a network of retired cops, including the identification and subversion of rotten apples on the active-duty police force. Some of the capabilities of a network of this type would not be totally alien to the sort of events that have just occurred in Norway. The official name for the type of espionage cell which the United States was creating in Norway is Surveillance Detection Unit (SDU). The SDUs in turn operate within the framework of the Security Incident Management Analysis System (SIMAS). SIMAS is known to be used for spying and surveillance by US Embassies not just in the Nordic bloc of Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, but worldwide. The terror events also raise the question of whether SIMAS has an operational dimension. Could this apparatus represents a modern version of the Cold War stay behind networks set up in all NATO countries and best-known under the name of the Italian branch, Gladio? The Norwegian government
needs to find out. Thus far Norwegian ministers have asserted
that they never approved the SIMAS network of SDUs. “We never
knew about it,” claimed Norway’s Justice Minister Knut
Storberget and Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in chorus.

According to this article, while ‘talking about an attempt by the Police Security Service (PST) to track one particular suspected Al Qaeda terror cell, a cable written by the US Ambassador to Norway, Barry White, describes [how Norwegian authorities] … refused the help of the UK authorities to put surveillance on a potential suspect and adds: “Not only will they not put their own resources on him…but they also just turned down the visiting UK intel service’s offer of two twelve-person surveillance teams.” The cable goes on to say the UK and US intelligence services analyzed coded conversation between terror suspects and decided it warranted surveillance. But, says the cable, “PST instead found a way to interpret the same translated coded conversation in a rosier, less threatening light, an interpretation which makes little sense to the US or UK.”’ A catalog of even the most recent failures and fiascos of the FBI and the CIA in the so-called Global War on Terror would help to put these hypocritical judgments into proper perspective, but it would also be too voluminous to be appended here. Another damaging particular appears made to order for an attempt to blame the alleged bungling of the Norwegian government for the Oslo bomb attack: ‘The memo also reveals how, despite apparently having surveillance on the suspect, the PST lost track of bomb-making equipment which was being stored in an apartment after it was apparently removed without investigators’ noticing. The PST then failed to track one suspect for 14 days because the investigator assigned to him was called away on another job. The memo concludes: “The PST is in over its head…it simply cannot keep up.”’ Another State Department memo dished up by Wikileaks, supposedly written in 2007… adds: “The official police (PST) threat evaluation…states that international terror organizations are not a direct threat against Norway. A memo written in 2008 shows how the US felt that Norway was not awake to the possibility of a potential terrorist attack. The cable reads: “We repeatedly press Norwegian authorities to take terrorism seriously. We will seek to build on this momentum to fight the still-prevalent feeling that terrorism happens elsewhere, not in peaceful Norway.” And a cable written just last year adds: “The PST still viewed Denmark as more of a target than Norway, for reasons very specific to the cartoon controversy.” 8 The government of Norway
needs to go on the offensive and establish the whole truth of
what has just occurred. Otherwise, that government is likely to
succumb to the internationally orchestrated campaign which the
Wikileaks documents so clearly foreshadow.

Waren vroeger de terroristen opstandige jongeren met enkele wapens die dan een trein of gebouw gijzelden met enkele mensen, zijn het nu wilde hersenloze personen die met bommen om hun nek lopen of met wapens eindeloos schieten in het niets. Tenminste zo moeten we deze "terroristen" zien. Heeft iemand wel eens nagedacht wat het doel is van deze zogenaamde terroristen? Ze stellen ultimatums of eisen simpel de aanslag op, hebben geen werkelijke doelstellingen en geen zaken waarvan je als gezond denkend mens zou denken dat het iets bijdraagt aan het geheel. Soms moet het een ideaal lijken dan weer een vrijheid voor een of andere groep of enkele personen maar verder komen we niet. Simpel zielige zaken die dan liefst nu gegoten worden in een of ander geloof met hun absolute afgod. In de naam van Allah wordt nu veel naar buiten gebracht maar zijn we misschien vergeten wat het katholieke geloof deed vóór deze Allah rage? Of zijn we vergeten wat de joodse hoek heeft uitgespookt? We zien dat deze zogenaamde terroristen actief zijn in de zwakkere landen, landen die uiteen aan het vallen zijn en landen die menen dat ze de Amerikaanse grootmacht nog moeten volgen. Juist... nu komen we op het land waar terrorisme verzonnen is. Want is het niet frappant dat er alsmaar gastjes rondlopen met wat bommen om hun nek juist in de landen aangesloten, of connecties hebben met Amerika? Valt het niet op dat het wat enkelingen zijn, allen met een paspoort op hun zak die wat lopen te schieten? KickAss Torrents have been shut down Bad news for pirates
as the Kickass Torrents websites have been taken down after the
alleged owner of the torrent hosting site was arrested in Poland
with several criminal charges from the United States. Kickass Torrents is one of the largest torrent sites since The Pirate Bay which has recently just moved from their previous Sweden address. Now, officials have managed to get the Kickass Torrent site down including all of its servers and domain names associated with them. As of this writing, all of the websites of KAT are offline. These include kat.cr, thekat.tv, kickass.so, kastatic.com, kickass.to, kat.ph and kickasstorrents.com. The federal officials have arrested the alleged owner of Kickass Torrents named Artem Vaulin in Poland, Variety has learned. There are several evidences that the U.S. authorities have against Vaulin who hails from Ukraine. Kickass Torrents has recently boomed in popularity after The Pirate Bay has been offline for several months and weeks at a time. The site became an alternative for those who were not able to download from TPB and it quickly became one of the largest torrent sites of all time. Unfortnunately, their future seems to be short-lived as the site has already been taken down. There are no news as to when it will be online again or if it will still have the chance to resurface from being taken offline. The formal complaint against KAT states that KickAss Torrents is currently valued at over $54 million thanks to their advertising revenue which can reach up to $22.3 million annually, NDTV reported. Vaulin is being blamed for the several hundred million dollars-worth of damage that the site has done to the music and film industry Besides KAT and The Pirate Bay, there are still other alternatives available. Kim Dotcom is even planning to resurrect the highly controversial Megaupload website that has been taken down several years ago for hosting illegally obtained files such as movies, music and video games. Vaulin will be given until August 29 to prepare his extradition appeal against the U.S. government. For now, people who are used to KAT or Kickass Torrents would have to use The Pirate Bay again for their pirating needs.

Wat kunnen we doen. Na het vele lezen van de dagelijkse ellende in de pers of op internet krijg je het idee dat er geen uitweg meer is. De wereld is verdorven en is bezig met een ondergang. Doch zelf heb ik dat nooit zo gezien. Je ziet dat vele mensen in zware depressies komen en zelfs zo ver gaan dat ze zichzelf of anderen wat aan doen of zelfmoord plegen. Ook zie je vele mensen zich verschuilen achter de vele soorten drugs, alcohol of medicijnen. Mensen zijn depressief en er is geen uitweg meer. De wereld is aan het vergaan, mensen om je heen doen elkaar pijn, er is geen onderlinge tolerantie en mensen schieten elkaar dood. De bommen vliegen om je oren en de vliegtuigen vallen met bosjes neer of verdwijnen in het niets. Dan hebben we nog de vele ziekelijke geloven waarvan elke leider denkt dat zijn geloof het ware geloof is. Doffe ellende dus en er is geen uitweg meer, althans zo wil men het ons laten doen geloven. Dat we in deze moordpartijen geloven is omdat we onze ogen hebben gesloten en niet meer luisteren naar ons gevoel. Want wat is er werkelijk aan de hand? Al jaren is er wereldwijd een soort "terreurteam" wat bestaat uit acteurs, medici en special effect mensen, fake militairen en politie agenten. Acteurs die de gehele wereld rond reizen om zogenaamde terreuroefeningen te houden. Je kunt dat beschrijven als een Hollywood gepakt in een Boeing vliegtuig wat zo de grote steden af reist rond de wereld. Mensen die betaald worden via een duistere kas veelal vanuit een Amerikaanse elitegroep werkend en levend rond de wereld. Een groep die het grootste gewin heeft bij deze ellende. Deze filmset en hun acteurs voeren overal hun show op, en of het nu Parijs, Nice, Stockholm, Turkije of een neervallend vliegtuig is, we zien dezelfde acteurs met links en rechts wat mensen vanuit het dagelijks leven. Onschuldige mensen worden betrokken in de moordpartijen via deze acteurs. Dit spel is al jaren bezig en komt ten goede van een ziekelijke groep die de wereld wil doen geloven dat we aangevallen worden door terroristen en bloederige moslims. Niets is minder waar en we zien dat keer op keer duidelijk als de show wordt opgevoerd. Nice was een farce en Turkije was een spel wat van twee kanten een overwinning is. Dezelfde acteurs en vreemde situaties ziet men steeds terugkeren zeker als mensen vanuit het publiek filmopnames maken. De beelden van particulieren komen veelal niet overeen met de beelden van de reguliere pers. Life streamingen die we nu steeds meer zien laten de ware toedracht zien. Bombings zijn niets meer dan een filmset, welke bombing we ook nemen. Hetzelfde met de bloederige moordpartijen zelfs die van Anders Behring Breivikv op een eiland wat nu duidelijk blijkt dat deze man opgedragen werd om kinderen te vermoorden. Buiten enkele kinderen lokaal genomen werd het merendeel aangevuld met acteurs die nu allemaal nog springlevend zijn! Kortom, we worden alsmaar voor de gek gehouden en de vele schreeuwende en treurende acteurs doen gewoon hun dagelijks werk rond de wereld! Waarom dit toneelstuk? Komen we op de vraag;

kunnen we alle namen en gezichten van de acteurs gaan publiceren
en zo aantonen dat al het geweld door hen in scene wordt gezet!
Er vallen nauwelijks doden! Let wel, er worden inderdaad burgers
gedood omdat een burgerleven niets waard is! Er zijn nauwelijks
ware zwaar gewonden door bommen of door aanslagen! Dat alles is
een weldoordachte film uitvoering! Buiten actief zaken op internet zetten en lokaliseren en rapporteren is het zaak dat wij als weldenkende mensen niet de haat en nijd verspreiden die deze acteurs/elite willen. Het zijn niet de zwarte -, blanke bevolking, politie, moslims of welk geloof of ras dan ook. Het is een elitegroep die weldoordacht al jaren dit spel aan het spelen is. We weten dat Kennedy niet werd vermoord zoals men ons voorliegt maar zo ook Fortuyn, van Gogh, Borst, Mandela, Gaddafi en ga zo maar door. Het zijn allemaal grote leugens en geschiedvervalsing. Zoals ook ons altijd geleerd is dat Hitler zelfmoord pleegde terwijl hij wel 83 jaar is geworden en dat met bescherming vanuit Amerika! De leugens zijn zo enorm. We moeten daarom zorgen dat de mensen gaan inzien dat men in leugens gelooft en zelfs leugens na leeft als blinde schapen. Om tot een betere wereld te komen kan dat alleen maar als we elkaar respecteren en elkaar weer als volwaardige mensen zien. Let wel, zelfs van je grootste persoonlijk vijand weet je niet waarom hij/zij die daad tegen je deed. Het is zaak dat we weer met elkaar gaan werken aan een betere toekomst en niet geloven dat we achteruit aan het gaan zijn en dat alles aan het vergaan is. We moeten gaan inzien dat de wereld nog steeds doorgaat met al het mooie dat het ons dagelijks biedt. Nemen we enkele mensen die nog steeds veel in het nieuws komen en zelfs grote zaken in beweging hebben gebracht en nog brengen. De laatste dagen is Recep Tayyip Erdogan veel in het nieuws na de staatsgreep die er zogenaamd geweest is. Ik schrijf zogenaamd omdat steeds meer blijkt dat Recep Tayyip Erdogan zelf zijn eigen greep naar de macht wilde versterken. De man begon zoals elke leider wilde doen en dat is het beste voor zijn mensen en het allemaal los koppelen van het wereldsysteem wat zwaar onder Amerikaans invloed is en zelfs sterk bepaald wordt door Amerikaanse invloeden. Vele leiders hebben dat met de dood moeten bekopen en dan denk ik aan de heren Muammar Gaddafi, Nelson Mandela en Adolf Hitler. Zij probeerden los te komen van deze joodse oevrheersers en werden veelal afgeschilderd als vreselijke mensen en waarvan later bijvoorbeeld Nelson Mandela juist de hemel in werd geprezen omdat hij gebroken was door Amerika en zijn club. Recep Tayyip Erdogan volgde in het begin de huidige leiders zoals Xi Jinping, Vladimir Poetin die beiden ver boven de Amerikaanse machten staan. Beide leiders hebben het slim aangepakt en hebben financieel letterlijk heel Amerika bij de ballen. Als deze twee heren per direct alles opeisen is de stekker uit Amerika en dat is wat maakt dat Amerika er alles aan zal doen om "vriendje" te blijven met deze heren. Ook Recep Tayyip Erdogan was, zoals ik schreef, goed op weg maar bleek de laatste tijd steeds meer aan hoogmoedswaanzin te lijden. Dat was duidelijk te zien aan hoe hij de laatste tijd denkt dat hij zijn visie op kan leggen op andere landen op de wereld. Als je de leiders van China en Rusland ziet dan hebben ze weinig bemoeienissen in het buitenland, ze blijven daar ver van weg. Ze delegeren alles vanuit hun eigen land, zetten daar de regels en infiltreren in de vele systemen rond de wereld. Ze doen mee of trekken zich terug, maar gaan geen zaken opleggen in andere landen. Daar is de kink in de kabel bij heer Recep Tayyip Erdogan gekomen. Die meent wereldwijd zijn wetten op te kunnen leggen. Daarom kun je spreken van werkelijke hoogmoedswaanzin. Zelfs Kim Jong-un heeft dat door en zal alles in zijn eigen landje doen en blijft ver van zaken opleggen in het buitenland. De staatsgreep van Recep Tayyip Erdogan was een beetje een domme zet en hij heeft niet veel geleerd van zijn reeds overleden medeleiders die zaken wel anders aanpakten. Muammar Gaddafi, Nelson Mandela en Adolf Hitler waren duidelijk bezig met hun land. Alleen Adolf Hitler maakte dezelfde fout, net zoals Napoleon en zo Recep Tayyip Erdogan het ook nu maakt. Het snakken naar macht en ego is de dood van elke leider. Hier maken ze fouten. Zoals we ook nu zien is het Turkse volk verdeeld. Een eigen volk aanvechten is een onmogelijke zaak. Je kunt duizenden soldaten (zogenaamde verraders), rechters en hooggeplaatste doodschieten maar het zal je niet die macht geven die je denkt te hebben. Heer Recep Tayyip Erdogan, u was goed bezig en u was de weg ingeslagen om een andere standaard te zetten maar u heeft zich laten beetnemen door macht, ego en hoogmoedswaanzin. De macht die Amerika ook denkt te hebben. Het door u en uw staf opgezette circus zal zeker geen stand houden en misschien kunnen uw medecollega's rond de wereld u dat bevestigen. Amerika is niet te bevechten door spelletjes te spelen die zij zelf spelen op de wereld, Amerika is te bevechten zoals uw collega's Xi Jinping en Vladimir Poetin het doen. Misschien kunnen zij de schade voor u nog beperken, de keuze is aan u. And, more importantly, are they really as safe as we're all being told they are? Some 65 million American homes already have them, and more are being converted all the time, even against the will of some homeowners. And yet many doctors agree that smart meters are a potential health threat due to constant releases of radiation. Smart meters operate via a two-way communications system in which energy usage is tabulated wirelessly inside the meter and transmitted to the energy company that owns it. No longer do energy trucks have to go around town once a month to check individual meters; everything is done automatically and wirelessly. Pretty simple, right? It might be simple in functionality, but not so much in technicality. The constant pulses of energy as smart meters communicate both with electrical appliances inside the home, and with the energy company, are a radioactive threat that's about 100 times greater than that of a mobile phone, science has found. This is a tremendous radioactive load when you consider that smart meters operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The fact that they never turn off means they're a lot like talking on a cell phone constantly, without end. But, it gets even worse. Independent studies have revealed that both the strength and frequency of smart meter pulses make them exceptionally threatening. The Center for Electrosmog Prevention, a California nonprofit group, estimates that one smart meter emits the radiation equivalent of about 160 mobile phones. Other studies have concluded that smart meters emit not 100 but 1,000 times the radioactive load of a typical cell phone. Daniel Hirsch, a radiation expert and instructor at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), published a paper refuting the findings of the California Council on Science and Technology (CCST), which concluded based on industry data that smart meters are safer than mobile phones. Hirsh countered that: "... the cumulative whole body exposure from a Smart Meter at 3 feet appears to be approximately two orders of magnitude higher than that of a cell phone, rather than two orders of magnitude lower." July 20at 05:01am People Are Deleting Pokémon Go ASAP After Finding Out Disturbing Fact A new Pokemon phone game was released and has taken over social media in the last few days, a sequel of sorts to a video game that was popular in the 1990s. The new game is called Pokemon Go. The basic concept of the game is walking around capturing Pokemon. However, the app’s users are unknowingly compromising all their personal information (including pictures) in their Google account. This includes information from prior to the time the app was downloaded. According to Popular Science: While Pokémon GO users (there are millions and millions of them already) are collecting all 150 of the game’s fictional species of creatures, Niantic and Nintendo are gaining access to and collecting a lot of your personal information. It’s not just the ability to track your location, or the fact that the app is linked with your Google account that’s worrisome; most users accepted a level of invasive monitoring willingly, given the game is about GPS-based hunting. But the app gives away way more than that to the company. Way more. Anyone who signed up for Pokémon GO with a Google account (the other option, a Pokémon.com account, is unavailable right now) has perhaps unknowingly given Nintendo and developer Niantic (formerly owned by Google, but still part of Google’s investment portfolio) full account access. That means they can see/edit/collect just about anything related to your Google account. Emails, photos, documents, all of your past location and search history: it can see all of this stuff, from even before you started using the app. It can also send emails as you—kind of the number one, red flag, alarm bell hacker opportunity in the digital world, aside from banking. Apparently users have decided that their privacy isn’t worth the pleasure of chasing Pokemon around their neighborhood. Good choice, America.

Amerika zal verdwijnen De toekomst weten we niet en dat is maar goed ook anders zouden vele mensen nu zelfmoord plegen. Doch er zijn vele tekenen dat er een grote kentering komt in hoe de aarde geregeerd zal worden en hoe mensen met elkaar om zullen gaan. De grootmachten zullen verdwijnen en Amerika zal als een van de eerste zijn die uit elkaar valt. Het land wat veel ellende veroorzaakt op deze aardbodem zal als eerste het onderspit delven en zal ten onder gaan aan hun eigen heb- en bemoeizucht. Als je denkt dat je alles kunt regeren als mens, dan heb je nog nooit de geschiedenis van deze aarde werkelijk bestudeerd. Alle pogingen mislukten om het totale gezag te krijgen over deze bol want simpel het gezag is er al en zal niets anders toelaten. Als Amerika gaat vallen, en dat in een vrij korte termijn, dan zullen er ook veel van de mensen gaan verdwijnen. De overbevolking zal haar tol eisen en ook dat proces is al zeker 20 jaar in gang gezet. Volkeren worden, zoals vanouds, tegen elkaar opgezet en het grootste gedeelte van de mensheid zal uitgedund worden. Door het inmengen van natuurwetten, zeker via de Hadron Collider, zullen er nog meer grote rampen gaan komen en deze zullen zeer veel mensenlevens gaan kosten. Toch zal er rond de wereld nog genoeg mensen overblijven die verder leven zowel onder de grond als op het aardoppervlak. De wereld zal na deze rampen drastisch gaan veranderen en mensen zullen hun oude krachten weer oppakken en gaan gebruiken. Regeringen zijn er dan niet meer nodig, alleen zullen er coördinatiepunten zijn die het geheel coördineren en in goede banen leiden. Mensen gaan werken aan een hoger level en zullen diep in de materie verder gaan van leven volgens de energie die er in dit universum zaken bepaalt. De huidige onvrede, oorlogen en het elkaar uitmoorden zal verleden tijd gaan worden. Mensen worden één. Mensen gaan, na vele duizenden jaren bestaan, beseffen dat ze verder kunnen komen als ze gebruik gaan maken van ieders krachten en de krachten van het geheel. July 19at 05:12am Politierechter Sylvia Taalman, bekend onder de twitteraccount @iRechter, is al eens eerder in opspraak gekomen omtrent haar extreme twitter gedrag en heeft zichzelf recent opnieuw in de kijker gespeeld met nieuwe uitlatingen. In een uiting van persoonlijke frustratie reageert rechter Taalman met een tweet op de klacht die door Actiegroep Stop Oppressive Stereotypes (SOS) aanhangig is gemaakt bij attractiepark de Efteling. De klacht gaat o.a. over een attractie genaamd ‘Monsieur Cannibale’ die zichtbaar achterhaalde raciale stereotypering perpetueert en normaliseert. Een attractie waar kinderen dagelijks aan bloot worden gesteld en steeds meer stemmen opgaan om deze te verwijderen. WSJ+?journaliste Gisela Williams schreef in 2014 ook al over het racistische karakter van deze attractie, waarna zij doodsbedreigingen ontving.
Taalman vind dit alles blijkbaar grote onzin. Zij heeft er duidelijk geen moeite mee om haar persoonlijke frustraties te openbaren en acht het gerechtvaardigd een hele groep mensen weg te zetten als aanstellers. ‘Tenzij jullie, dat racistisch vinden’, schrijft zij. Wat zou zij bedoelen met jullie? Alle gekleurde Nederlanders? Alle Nederlanders die aanstoot nemen aan wat zij racistische stereotypering vinden? Sowieso alle Nederlanders die ‘Monsieur Cannibale’ als kwetsend ervaren. Zo twitterde zij eerder ook al haar mening over maatschappelijk gevoelige onderwerpen als Zwarte Piet, ‘Zwarte Zaterdag’ (in referentie aan ‘Black Friday’; een onderwerp van discussie in de Verenigde Staten omdat de naam gerelateerd is aan het slavernijverleden) en nu dus opnieuw over zwarte stereotypering in de Efteling. In “grappende taal” geeft zij te kennen dat ze niet gediend is van kritiek op racisme.
Meerdere van haar tweets die eerder al door Tubantia waren voorgelegd ter keuring bij de rechtbankpresident konden inderdaad niet door de beugel. De Almelose rechtbank, die als eerste heuse twitter-richtlijnen opgestelde mede dankzij het twitter gedrag van rechter Taalman, brachten dit nieuws als primeur via datzelfde account van @iRechter. Het account waar – verwarrend genoeg – in onverklaarbare tegenstrijdigheid, alle professionele titels van Sylvia Taalman genoemd staan als rechter en voorzitter van de Commissie van Toezicht P.I. Almelo, maar zij zogezegd onder ‘persoonlijke titel’ tweet. Wat hebben we aan twitterende rechters? De bedoeling van de pioniersactie van de Almelose rechtbank was de transparantie in rechtspraak voor burgers te bevorderen. Rechtspraak.nl geeft daarbij aan dat dit o.a. gaat om; het aankondigen van uitspraken, activiteiten en evenementen, nieuwsberichten naar aanleiding van uitspraken, nieuwsberichten over wetgevingsadviezen en standpunten van de?Raad voor de rechtspraak en nieuws over de rechtspraak. Allicht speculeer ik nu, maar ik neem aan dat de rechtbank niet doelde op sociaal maatschappelijk provocerende tweets publiceren die voor negatieve aandacht zorgen. Zo schreef Fiatjustitia.nl over rechtelijke objectiviteit in verwijzing naar de toenemende beïnvloedbaarheid van rechters door de media en publieke opinie; “Een goede rechter behoudt natuurlijk zijn objectiviteit en laat zich niet meeslepen door wat zich om een zaak heen afspeelt, maar de rechters waarvan de ruggengraat iets minder stevig is zouden op deze manier toch hun objectiviteit kunnen verliezen.” Wat hebben wij aan twitterende rechters die er eigen regels op na gaan houden omdat zij zich continue geneigd voelen zich mee te laten slepen? Liever genieten van ‘vrijheid van belediging’ dan onpartijdigheid? We lijken te vergeten dat vanuit een professionele hoedanigheid een rechter in Nederland de plicht heeft objectief en onpartijdig te zijn. Die onpartijdigheid lijkt inmiddels ver te zoeken. Haar plicht lijkt rechter Taalman niet te weerhouden zeer opvallende en voor sommigen zeer kwetsende meningen de wereld in te twitterden. De sociaal maatschappelijke implicaties van haar publieke gedrag zetten aan tot een vertrouwensbreuk van een hele groep Nederlanders – myself included – jegens ons rechtssysteem. De machtspositie, bevoegdheden en invloed die rechters genieten horen niet misbruikt en gemakkelijk in twijfel getrokken te kunnen worden. Wat nu steeds sterker begint te lijken op het begin van een uitholling van rechtelijke onpartijdigheid op sociale media, lijkt overigens onbelangrijk voor de dominante groep witte Nederlanders in onze samenleving; velen juichen deze bizarre uitspraken zelfs toe en geven openlijk aan blij te zijn dat rechter Taalman zich niet zo “politiek correct” uit. Ik denk echter niet dat we een grote fantasie nodig hebben om te kunnen bedenken wat de reactie van deze mensen zou zijn geweest wanneer een rechter bijvoorbeeld zou twitteren dat hij/zij Zwarte Piet een racistisch figuur vindt. Dan zou ongetwijfeld de pleuris uitbreken en zou men onmiddellijk van een schandaal spreken. Dit scenario is echter hoogst onwaarschijnlijk aangezien nog steeds minder dan 2 procent van alle advocaten en rechters in Nederland een migranten achtergrond hebben versus de 40 procent niet-blanke studenten, jaar in jaar uit, zoals sociologe Sylvia van der Raad al eerder aangaf in een artikel in Trouw. Van diversiteit is dus op geen enkele wijze sprake. Witte Nederlanders mogen zo’n beetje alles roepen, gebruik makende van de ons zo dierbare ‘vrijheid van belediging’. Zolang de mening van meerderheid wordt gehonoreerd in beledigende uitspraken, is alles prima. Geen vuiltje aan de lucht. En zo blijven de controversiële tweets van rechter Taalman in de publieke arena rondzweven, kwetsend, zonder substantieel weerwoord, om naast te beledigen ook – wel zo prettig – ons zelfbeeld van witte neutraliteit en objectiviteit in stand te houden. Misschien waant rechter Sylvia Taalman zich wel ‘onaantastbaar’, aangezien zij zich zo weinig bekommerd om haar imago ten aanzien van niet-witte Nederlanders. Misschien heeft zij nooit het gevoel een risico te nemen door zich op deze overduidelijke partijdige wijze uit te drukken. Misschien denkt zij onbewust te kunnen rekenen op de steun een groot deel van de Nederlandse bevolking. Taalman heeft in ieder geval nergens last van. Het gaat immers ook niet over haar of 98 procent van haar vakgenoten.

Dat zei EU-commissaris Johannes Hahn (Uitbreiding) maandag. Na de mislukte coup zaterdag pakten de Turkse autoriteiten zo’n 3000 vermeende coupplegers op, variërend van commandanten tot gewone militairen. Ongeveer eenzelfde aantal rechters en aanklagers werd aangehouden. ,,Het lijkt erop dat er iets is voorbereid. De lijsten waren beschikbaar, wat erop duidt dat deze gebruikt zouden worden in een bepaalde fase”, zei Hahn. ,,Ik ben zeer bezorgd. Het is precies wat we vreesden.”

over telefoontapes van twee CIA-agenten die de bommen aan boord
van MH17 zouden hebben geplaatst. Zonder hulp van de Nederlandse
veiligheidsdiensten zouden de bommen volgens Sokolov nooit aan
boord van het toestel kunnen zijn gebracht. Deze false flag-operatie was er volgens Sokolov op gericht de reputatie van Rusland onderuit te halen zodat er sancties konden worden opgelegd, de wereld te laten zien dat Rusland een ‘barbaars land’ is en de NAVO-aanwezigheid in Europa, met name Oekraïne, te verstevigen. De BBC laat ook de burgerjournalisten van Bellingcat aan het woord, die van mening zijn dat Poetin erachter zit. Zij baseren zich op informatie die op het internet staat. De Boeing 777 van Malaysia Airlines werd op 17 juli 2014 neergeschoten in het oosten van Oekraïne. Alle 298 inzittenden kwamen daarbij om het leven.

Alhoewel de natuur het beperkt houdt tot twee geslachten, mannelijk of vrouwelijk, kunnen wij mensen natuurlijk veel meer geslachten aan. Wanneer men kinderen van 12 jaar volpropt met hormonen die een sekseverandering teweeg moeten brengen, wordt dat kindermishandeling genoemd. We maken steeds meer vreemde veranderingen mee in onze maatschappij. Zoals mensen die zich steeds vaker niet happy voelen met het geslacht waarmee ze geboren zijn en die dit willen veranderen. Dit gaat nu zelfs zover dat er artsen zijn in Engeland die hormonen voor sekseverandering voorschrijven aan 12-jarige kinderen. Zo is er een arts in Wales, Dr. Helen Webberley, die toegeeft dat ze een aantal patiënten onder de 16 behandelt met hormonen voor geslachtsverandering, waaronder een 12-jarig meisje die op dit moment als jongen door het leven gaat. Dit kind heeft al sinds zijn negende zogenaamde puberteitsblokkers genomen en wil nu beginnen met een testosteron behandeling. Deze zijn via het Engelse NHS (ziekenfonds) pas beschikbaar vanaf 16-jarige leeftijd. Echter, Dr. Webberley is van mening dat als kinderen weten welk geslacht ze willen, ze niet hoeven wachten totdat ze 16 zijn om met deze behandeling te kunnen beginnen. Webberley zei in een interview met de MailOnline onder andere: “Dit is een uitzonderlijk duidelijk geval van een kind dat leeft als een jongen en die wil opgroeien met zijn vriendjes die jongens zijn, maar nog geen behandeling kan krijgen via de NHS”. “NHS weet dat ze een probleem hebben omdat de ze het aantal doorverwijzingen niet aan kunnen. Ze beschikken niet over genoeg artsen die geïnteresseerd zijn in dit onderwerp”. “We moeten een manier vinden waarop we snel dit soort gevallen kunnen behandelen, zodat de specialistische klinieken zich meer met de moeilijke gevallen kunnen bezighouden.” Voor Dr. Webberley zijn het eenvoudige gevallen, andere mensen denken daar heel anders over. Dat zijn de mensen die het niet eens zijn met het behandelen van 12-jarigen met geslachtshormonen. Eén van die mensen is psychiater Dr. James Barret die in een interview met de Guardian vertelde dat veel kinderen na de puberteit alsnog anders gaan denken over sekseverandering. Het Amerikaanse College voor Kinderartsen (ACP) zegt: “Het conditioneren van kinderen in het geloof dat het gezond is om levenslang chemische middelen te slikken en chirurgische ingrepen te ondergaan om van geslacht te veranderen, staat gelijk aan kindermishandeling”. Steeds vaker blijkt uit berichten in de media dat er een enorme toename is van kinderen en volwassenen die in de war zijn over wie of wat ze nu eigenlijk zijn. De vraag die dan ook rijst, is waardoor er zo’n sterke toename ontstaat van dit soort zaken? Eén van de mogelijke factoren zouden alle giftige stoffen in onze leefomgeving kunnen zijn. In ons dagelijks leven zijn wij blootgesteld aan talloze giftige stoffen in zowel ons voedsel als ons drinkwater. Giftige stoffen die kunnen zorgen voor een verstoring in de hormoonhuishouding. Dit probleem neemt niet af met de tijd, maar wordt juist erger. BPA is een chemische stof die wordt gebruikt in plastic flessen. Deze stof noemt men ook wel een endocrien verstoorder. Een stof die chaos kan veroorzaken in het estrogeen niveau bij vrouwen, waardoor een vroege puberteit kan ontstaan, geboortedefecten, onvruchtbaarheid en andere ernstige gezondheidsproblemen. Dit soort giftige stoffen noemt men in het Engelse gender-bending vergiften. Als je dat woord letterlijk vertaalt, krijg je iets als “geslacht-verbuigend”. Dat gecombineerd met allerlei hormonen die worden toegediend bij een 12-jarige maakt dat de ACP volkomen gelijk heeft wanneer ze zeggen dat het hier een vorm van kindermishandeling betreft. Het antwoord ligt hoe dan ook niet bij chemische middelen, maar meer bij een gebalanceerd natuurlijk dieet die het beste begint met een ontgiftingskuur voor het lichaam. Daarmee creëer je in ieder geval een natuurlijke hormonenbalans bij zowel volwassenen als kinderen. Wat ook je mening mag zijn over de verschillende geslachtsmogelijkheden van tegenwoordig, één ding is wel duidelijk en dat is dat kinderen beschermd dienen te worden tegen in de eerste plaats de gender-bending giftige stoffen in hun leefomgeving en in de tweede plaats tegen chemische seksebehandelingen op jonge leeftijd. Pas als ze de puberteit voorbij zijn, komen ze op een punt waarop ze in staat zouden moeten zijn om zelfstandig dat soort beslissingen te nemen en niet eerder. Daarnaast spelen meer duistere en sinistere motieven een rol in de totale geslachtsverwarring zoals die tegenwoordig overal wordt gepromoot. Zo probeerden Die Grünen in Duitsland in het parlement van Brandenburg een campagne te lanceren voor het accepteren van verschillende geslachten. in common with religion than you might expect Hannah Gould Hannah Gould is an anthropologist and curator, researching contemporary religion, technology and commerce Over the past week, tens of thousands of people have taken to roaming the streets, interacting with invisible beings that now inhabit our cities. These fanatics speak in a special language, undertake hours of devotional activity, and together experience moments of great joy and great sorrow. It is an obsession, many say, that has taken over their lives, and for which they will sacrifice their bodies. They understand the world in a way the uninitiated cannot. What sounds like a sudden global religious conversion, is, of course, the launch of Pokémon Go, an augmented reality smartphone game that has restarted the popular culture phenomenon of Pokémon. In many ways, however, Pokémon and religion are not so far apart. From kami to Caterpie: Pokémon’s mythological origin story Pokémon owes much of its its conception to creator Satoshi Tajiri’s childhood love of bug collecting, but the mythology and animist religious history of Japan also provided rich inspiration. Shintoism, Japan’s oldest religion, teaches that the world is inhabited by thousands of kami, or gods. When made offerings of food and incense, kami bestow good luck in business, studies and health, but when disrespected, they can turn vindictive. In many cases, the parallels are clear: the water/ground Pokémon Whiscash bears a strong resemblance to namazu, a catfish who causes earthquakes in Japanese mythology; meanwhile, grass/dark Pokémon Shiftry is clearly a tengu or goblin. Similarly, Pokémon also live in trees, rivers, rocks and the sky. In Pokémon Go, when offered food and incense, Pokémon become your allies, rewarding players with points and special items. Alternatively, they can run away or resist capture. In her 2006 book Millennial Monsters, scholar of contemporary Japan Anne Allison argues that popular culture phenomenon such as Pokémon demonstrate a kind of “techno-animism”, which imbues digital technologies with a spirit or soul. This type of animism is embedded in commodity consumerism, where emotive ties between people and things are used to push products. But it is equally a means of fighting the dislocation of modern life by allowing consumers to create meaning, connection and intimacy in their daily routine. Two strangers cross in a busy city street, swipe their phones frantically to capture a Bulbasaur, and smile at one other. This traditionally spiritual notion – that the material world is alive with beings – has had widespread influence in contemporary Japan. It is apparent in the rampant “cute culture” that labels as kawaii everything from household appliances to aeroplanes. And it surfaces when Marie Kondo asks her readers to thank their shoes and socks for their hard work at the end of each day, in her book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing. This techno-animism also goes some way to explain why robots have been so welcomed into Japanese hearts and homes. Religion meets technology meets capitalism We tend to think of religion as diametrically opposed to contemporary technology. In common terms, religion is ancient, transcendent and sacred, invoking the intangible realms of morality and belief, while technology is mechanical, material, modern and profane. But religions have always relied on the latest technologies to spread the gospel – think the Gutenberg Bible and the invention of the printing press. It’s not surprising then that today, religion has moved online: devotees can download the iRosary application to conduct Catholic prayer on-the-go, listen to podcasts of punk Buddhist dharma, and conduct ancestor worship online. Modernisation theory, inspired by Max Weber, famously claimed that as societies evolve, religious belief is replaced by scientific rationality. This “disenchantment of the world” was viewed as the inevitable outcome of capitalism. But religion has won, and now resides alongside contemporary capitalism – admittedly, not always comfortably. Pokémon Go is already entangled in a market economy, with pay-to-skip in-app purchases on offer. And as Clem Bastow commented for the Guardian earlier this week, the directive for individual players – “Gotta Catch ‘Em All!” – certainly rings with capitalist zeal. It will be interesting to see how this relationship develops. Companies and shops that have been designated Pokéstops – where players can earn points and items – are already learning how to lure players towards them; allowing businesses to pay for Pokéstop status (so far predetermined by Niantic labs) seems like the next logical step. How will the devoted Pokémon Go community react to this incursion of profiteering into their sacred space? The neighbourhood church As many have said, what’s compelling about Pokémon Go is its immersive play, which blurs reality and fantasy. Using the phone’s GPS and camera functions, it projects a layer of augmented reality onto a mapped streetscape. This allows players to simultaneously inhabit two worlds – one geographic and one imaginary – leading to both humour and danger when they collide. Pokémon Go is not the first to do this. Mega Japanese game franchises such as Yokai Watch and Monster Hunter, both of which draw heavily on Shinto mythology themselves, have similarly launched offline congregations of devotees, who meet in real life cafes and parks to complete online missions in tandem. And location-based mobile games such as BotFighters have been popular since the early 2000s. The unavoidable comparison here is Ingress, a capture-the-flag augmented-reality game, released by Pokémon Go creator Niantic in 2013, with the backing of Google Maps data. But because Pokémon has nostalgia, a cult following, and cute culture on its side, it promises to transform our offline landscape on a scale never encountered before. And if the real world has entered the game, then perhaps the opposite is also true. Last week, I saw two Pokémon Go players stopped in the middle of the pathway, staring intently at a real bird. “I wonder what it’s combat power is?”, one asked. Of course, the idea that all or most Japanese genuinely believe their world is inhabited by gods is as ridiculous as the suggestion that all Pokémon Go players do. Not all Shintoists believe kami really exist, and not all Christians believe communion wine and bread are the actual blood and body of Christ. What each groups of devotees have in common, however, is that they act as if these beliefs were true. I would know: I have spent the last week trouping around the city in a desperate attempt to capture Charmander. So far, the gods have not been in my favour.

Hij handelde in cocaïne met Mexicanen en had een groot lek in de Rotterdamse haven. Dat blijkt uit vertrouwelijke stukken van het omvangrijke onderzoek 26Melogale, naar de ’groep Dawes’ met Emiel B., de Britse topgangster Robert Dawes en de in 2014 geliquideerde Amsterdammer Gwenette Martha. De Telegraaf heeft deze stukken ingezien. B. werd al sinds begin 2014 nauwlettend in de gaten gehouden door de Britse en Spaanse opsporingsdiensten. In Nederland begon het onderzoek naar de woonwagenkampbewoner met een informatie van de Dienst Landelijke Informatie Organisatie in juli 2014. Die ging over een groot lek in de Rotterdamse haven. B. en Martha hadden douaniers en havenmedewerkers omgekocht en konden zo met gemak cocaïne importeren. Coke kwam ook via de Spaanse haven Algeciras Nederland binnen. Het onderzoek naar B. en medeverdachten is nog in volle gang. Eind juli verschijnen ze voor het eerst voor de rechter.

July 17at 05:04am Hof zet machtig China in zijn hemd China claimt dat bijna de hele Zuid-Chinese Zee aan het land toebehoort. Onzin, zo vonnist het VN-arbitragehof in Den Haag. China laat zich vanouds niet veel gelegen liggen aan de buitenwereld, maar dinsdag kreeg het een pijnlijke tik op de vingers van een tribunaal van het Permanent Hof van Arbitrage. Dit liet niets heel van de Chinese claim dat vrijwel de hele Zuid-Chinese Zee op historische gronden aan China toebehoort. China moet zich gewoon, net als andere ondertekenaars, netjes aan het internationale verdrag over het zeerecht houden, concludeerden de arbiters. Daarmee viel het laatste restje juridische én morele rechtvaardiging voor China’s expansieve beleid in de Zuid-Chinese Zee weg, althans in niet-Chinese ogen. De Chinese inspanningen van de laatste jaren om atollen in de Spratly-eilanden en de Paracellen, die bij hoog water amper boven water blijven, om te turnen tot heuse eilandjes met een eigen exclusieve economische zone van 200 mijl en in sommige gevallen ook een militaire basis werden zo gereduceerd tot ordinair landjepik door een groot en machtig land. Een schrale troost voor China was dat de arbiters bepaalden dat soortgelijke pogingen van andere landen om een exclusieve economische zone bij de Spratly-eilanden te vestigen evenmin genade in hun ogen zouden vinden. De eilandjes, vaak niet meer dan rotsen, zijn daarvoor te klein. Het tribunaal van het
Hof, dat onder de VN valt, gaf China nog een paar vegen uit de
pan. Zo had het ten onrechte Filippino’s gedwarsboomd bij
visserij en bij het boren naar petroleum in de internationaal
erkende Filippijnse exclusieve economische zone. Ook had het koraalriffen
in de Spratly-eilanden ernstig beschadigd en bedreigde diersoorten
als zeeschildpadden en oesters gevangen. Bovendien was China,
terwijl het tribunaal zich nota bene al boog over de Filippijnse
klacht, op volle kracht doorgegaan met alle zandspuiterij bij
atollen en de militarisering ervan. De Global Times, spreekbuis van de Chinese regering, had meteen experts uit eigen stal klaar staan om commentaar te geven op de uitspraak. „Het tribunaal is selectief met zijn bewijsmateriaal”, vond Xu Liping van de Chinese Academie van Wetenschappen. „Het Hof is helemaal niet eerlijk of gezaghebbend.” Een andere Chinese zeerechtexpert, Wang Hanling, oordeelde: „De uitspraak door het tribunaal werd gedaan zonder voldoende steun.” Beijing heeft al gezegd dat het de uitspraak van het Hof naast zich neer zal leggen en aangezien het Hof van Arbitrage geen middelen heeft om zijn uitspraak daadwerkelijk op te leggen, betekent dit dat er vooralsnog weinig in de situatie in de Zuid-Chinese Zee zal veranderen. Maar het is zelfs voor een sterk land als China onprettig om gezichtsverlies te lijden en door de rest van de wereld te kunnen worden weggezet als een land dat zich niet bekommert om de internationale rechtsorde, als een soort schurkenstaat. Juist daarom had China ook geprobeerd – zonder veel succes – andere landen te vinden die zijn ‘historische’ claims op de Zuid-Chinese Zee steunen. De zaak mondde dus uit in een victorie voor de Filippijnen, die de zaak in 2013 aanhangig hadden gemaakt bij het Hof van Arbitrage. „We hebben op elk punt van betekenis gewonnen”, constateerde Paul Reichler, een van de advocaten van de Filippijnen, verheugd. In de straten van Manilla gingen mensen zelfs uitgelaten de straat op met Filippijnse vlaggen. Sommigen huilden van ontroering. Verzoenende koers De vorige maand aangetreden Filippijnse regering van president Rodrigo Duterte reageerde echter terughoudender. Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Perfecto Yasai omschreef het besluit van het Hof zonder veel enthousiasme als „een mijlpaal” en zei dat de regering de uitspraak eerst wilde bestuderen. Er zijn aanwijzingen dat Duterte een meer verzoenende koers wil varen ten opzichte van China dan zijn voorganger Benigno Aquino, onder wiens bewind het arbitragehof werd ingeschakeld. In elk geval maken de Filippijnen vooralsnog geen aanstalten om – met de uitspraak van het Hof in de achterzak – China te verdrijven uit hun eigen exclusieve economische zone. Mogelijk heeft de regering ook al contact gehad met Beijing over nieuwe Chinese investeringen in de Filippijnen. Bij een harde koers riskeert Manilla daarentegen niet alleen minder investeringen maar bij voorbeeld ook minder Chinese toeristen. Met spanning wacht de wereld, en in het bijzonder de landen in de regio, af wat China’s volgende stap zal zijn. Bijna niemand verwacht dat het zich alsnog bescheidener zal opstellen in de Zuid-Chinese Zee. Integendeel, veel analisten houden er rekening mee dat China extra hard zal proberen meer greep te krijgen op het gebied. Zo zou Beijing kunnen verlangen dat vliegtuigen die over de Zuid-Chinese Zee willen vliegen zich identificeren bij de Chinese autoriteiten. China heeft er al op gezinspeeld dat het het zeerechtverdrag kan opzeggen. Uniek zou die positie niet zijn. De VS zijn zelfs nooit tot het verdrag toegetreden. De ironie is dat de uitspraak van het hof wel eens tot meer instabiliteit in de regio kan leiden. Er zouden scherpere confrontaties kunnen komen tussen China en de buurlanden, die zelf ook territoriale aanspraken hebben in de Zuid-Chinese Zee. En misschien ook tussen de VS en China. China hield de laatste dagen demonstratief een marine-oefening bij de Paracel-eilanden. De VS op hun beurt stuurden een vliegdekschip en hebben de laatste maanden marineschepen dicht langs door China geclaimde eilanden laten varen.
July 17at 05:01am South Dakota police officers are strapping people to beds and having catheters forcibly inserted into their urethras in order to extract urine from them, attorneys say. According to attorneys for a Pierre man charged with felony drug ingestion who is asking a judge to throw out evidence in his case from an involuntary urine sample, the policy is not new. State prosecutors say the practice is legal but many disagree. Dirk Landon Sparks said his constitutional rights were violated on March 14 following a report of a domestic disturbance. After being taken into custody, a judge signed off on a search warrant for Pierre police to obtain blood or urine after officers claimed Sparks had become fidgety. When Sparks refused to comply voluntarily, attorneys say the cops transported him to Avera St. Mary’s Hospital where he was strapped to a bed while a catheter was forced into his penis so that a urine sample could be extracted. Sparks was charged with obstruction, two counts of felony drug ingestion, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after his urine tested positive for THC and methamphetamine. In a motion filed May 16 in Hughes County, attorneys for Sparks argued that forced catheterization was not explicitly authorized by the judge in the warrant for blood or urine, meaning that Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures were violated. A Lake Andes attorney who has represented several clients that have had urine samples forcibly taken, Tim Whalen, said healthcare workers at the Wagner and Platte hospitals routinely preform the extractions without anesthetic. Another Lake Andes defense attorney, Pam Hein, said forced catheterization “has been going on for years,” and that she has viewed the issue from both perspectives having worked as Charles Mix County State’s Attorney and Bennett County State’s Attorney. Hein said when an officer has suspicion of drug use, he can request a warrant for testing but the threat alone is usually enough to obtain a sample. She said only when voluntary testing is refused does force become necessary, but added that she thought the process was being abused. The Pierre police department and the Hughes County State’s Attorney office have not offered any comment on the Sparks case or the practice for forced catheterization as a whole. It’s not clear now often forced catheterization is being utilized in South Dakota but Attorney General Marty Jackley said the practice is permitted with a signed court order under state law. He referenced several cases that he said supported the legality of the practice. ACLU South Dakota legal director Courtney Bowie disagreed however, and said there are definitely some serious legal concerns to consider, especially when taking into account the sex of suspects, officers, and health workers involved in an extraction. “It would be completely improper for people to place a catheter on an individual of the opposite gender,” Bowie said. “That would border on an unlawful assault, battery or rape.”

En ter gelegenheid daarvan stelt de Politieke Scheurkalender de vraag of koning Willem-Alexander eigenlijk wel van Willem van Oranje afstamt. Het antwoord is verbijsterend. ‘Nee, onze koning is geen afstammeling van de Vader des Vaderlands, Willem van Oranje.’ Aldus de makers van de kalender, een samenwerkingsverband van het Historisch Nieuwsblad, het naar de historicus Maarten van Rossem genoemde tijdschrift Maarten! en ProDemos, Huis voor democratie en rechtsstaat, dat subsidie ontvangt van het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties en de Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal. Rechte lijn Dat de koning niet zou afstammen van Willem van Oranje zou groot nieuws zijn. Het klopt dan ook niet. Er loopt wel degelijk een rechte lijn van Willem-Alexander naar de vader des Vaderlands en wel via diens kleindochter Albertine Agnes (1634-1696). Zij trouwde met Willem Frederik van Nassau (1613-1664). Hij was overigens een verre neef van haar, want de kleinzoon van Jan van Nassau, de jongere broer van Willem van Oranje. De huidige Oranjes stammen af van dit echtpaar, dat via de vrouwelijke lijn dus rechtstreeks met Willem van Oranje is verbonden. De makers van de scheurkalender moeten zich schamen. Ook als ze geen aanhangers van de monarchie zijn en liever een republiek in Nederland gevestigd zien.
