September 15at 05:05am CIA Jet Crashed With 4 Tons Of Cocaine On Board A Gulfstream II jet, aircraft # N987SA, allegedly used to transport Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) rendition prisoners from Europe and America to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba crash-landed Sept. 24, 2007 in Mexico carrying a cargo of over four tons of cocaine. It is suspected the Gulfstream jet ran out of fuel as it traveled from Colombia to the United States. Federal Aviation Association records list the plane in question as belonging to Atef Hanna of Tarpon Springs Florida, but at the time of the incident, it was registered to Donna Blue Aircraft, Inc. of Coconut Creek, Florida. According to an article in The Tampa Tribune, Donna Blue Aircraft, Inc. was a front for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE claims it sold the aircraft to Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)-suspected drug smugglers as part of an undercover operation immediately prior to the crash in Mexico.N987SA1 The ICE undercover agent who brokered the deal, former racecar driver Don Whittington, pled guilty to federal tax charges in 1987. According to an affidavit accidentally unsealed then subsequently resealed, Whittington is currently under investigation for using a Colorado Springs resort and spa to launder profits from the sale of this and other aircraft used in smuggling busts.

KNMI-weerwaarnemer Peter de Vries heeft kans gezien de wolk te fotograferen die onlangs nieuw benoemd is door de Wereld Meteorologische Organisatie (WMO): de altostratus undulatus asperitas. De undulatus asperitas of bubbelwolk, zoals dit type wolken sinds kort wordt genoemd, was eind augustus bij buiig weer in Nederland te zien. Peter de Vries maakte de foto’s in Drenthe kort voor de passage van een actieve buienlijn. Windschering De asperitas ziet eruit als je “een onrustig golvende zee vanaf de onderkant bekijkt”. Volgens wolkenexpert Pier Siebesma van het KNMI ontstaat de wolk onder onstabiele weersomstandigheden met krachtige luchtstromingen. Dit wolkentype komt vooral in bergachtige streken waar het heuvellandschap de luchtstromingen kan beïnvloeden maar soms ook boven Nederland. Ook windschering, een sterke toename van de wind met de hoogte, speelt waarschijnlijk een rol bij de vorming van deze zeldzame wolken. De WMO heeft afgelopen zomer besloten om de officiële classificatie van wolken uit te breiden met de altostratus undulatus asperitas. De Cloud Appreciation Society, een internationale groep van wolkenliefhebbers, ontvangt sinds 2005 foto’s van leden uit de hele wereld van deze golvende wolken. De naam altostratus undulatus asperitas wordt begin volgend jaar opgenomen in de nieuwe uitgave van de internationale wolkenatlas, de wolkenbijbel van de meteorologen.

Bezig aan het 65ste boek denk ik meer en meer "kunnen / willen mensen wel zaken begrijpend lezen". In de 14 kritische boeken heb ik duidelijk alles beschreven wat er met ons als mens gaande is. De wegen zijn duidelijk beschreven en het lot is duidelijk. Nu na ruim 7 jaren blijkt er iemand te zijn die de moeite heeft genomen om alles wat rond een bepaald onderwerp gaat, moord Wiels, uit te pluizen door alle initialen in te vullen met de connecties zoals ze volgens hem liggen. Na dagen op het document getuurd te hebben blijkt dat het sterk vereenvoudigd is. Zouden werkelijk alle connecties verbonden worden dan spelen nog meer mensen onder elkaars vleugels. Vragen kwamen bij mij
naar boven zoals: Nu is het moeilijk om een volledig schema te maken, en daar kan ik over mee praten, want dan zou je een krant vol hebben aan namen, bedrijven en vreemde zaken. Duidelijk werd meer en meer dat er maar een bepaalde hoek belicht was. Ook zijn er opmerkelijke namen te vinden en zaken waar ik nog niet direct een verband zag. Wel is duidelijk dat dit stuk papier een boodschap is, een "eye opener' en zeker een overzichtelijk overzicht wat er achter de moord van heer Wiels zit en speelt. Jammer is dat deze zaken niet serieus worden genomen door onder andere justitie en haar corrupte / afgeperste mensen in die hoeken van het gerecht. Maar dan zie je het schema en dan is duidelijk wat er achter zit en waarom dit zogenaamde "recht" zo krom handelt. Later besefte ik dat het een set-up kon zijn maar dat werd snel teniet gedaan omdat er te veel werk ingestoken is om mijn boeken uit te pluizen. Ondanks dat ik alle schema's heb en alles heb zoals in mijn boeken is beschreven, was het toch even moeilijk dit verband te zien. Opzet zit er niet achter maar de boodschap is wel naar buiten en voor mij duidelijk. Wat de mensen ermee gaan doen is maar een vraag want we wonen in een angstmaatschappij waar de pers en nodige mensen zo omgekocht zijn of onder druk staan dat ze openlijk mogen afpersen, dreigen en andere mensen hun leven onmogelijk maken. Kijk wat de lokale pers doet en die persoon die zich machtig voelt als persvoorlichter van een corrupte organisatie. Als een oud-medewerker van deze justitie als antwoord geeft "geld" op de vraag; Waarom justitiële medewerkers corrupt zijn, wil dat antwoord "geld" heel veel zeggen. Wat doe je dan met dit soort documenten? Waar kun je je recht nog halen? Helaas niet bij de huidige corrupte justitiële organisaties die een slaaf zijn en omgekocht en afgeperst worden door een maffia die het voor het zeggen heeft en dat allemaal in naam der Koning! 7 uur gebeld door een goede vriend van me. Hij vertelde me dat
hij 1 1/2 uur geleden bezoek heeft gehad van 3 Zuid-Amerikanen.
Ze waren bij hem thuis maar hij was op dat moment niet aanwezig.
Deze man stelde de laatste weken onze justitie en haar minister
aan de kaak.

Een nieuwe hoek in een blog die dagelijks door tussen de 7 tot 12 duizend mensen wordt gelezen! Het vrijdagdocument Afgelopen vrijdag 9
september 2016 lag er 's morgens vroeg een bruine enveloppe in
mijn brievenbus met een enkel A4tje met vele namen, bedrijven
met links die naar elkaar liepen. Bij het bestuderen van het document leek het er al snel op dat het allemaal rond de moord van heer Wiels hing en dat de vele links wel erg dicht op een hoop lagen. De belanghebbende van deze moord en de uiteindelijke links die naar de ware toedracht lopen. Toen ik mijn boeken en mijn schema's erbij ging halen bleek al snel duidelijk dat er aardig wat namen maar ook bepaalde links kwamen vanuit deze boeken. De initialen waren ingevuld en er was iemand die de links legde en er een totaal overzicht van gemaakt heeft. Het werd nog duidelijker toen ik mijn schema's langs dit document legde. Toch kwamen er namen in het document voor die ik nog niet snel kon plaatsen en zeker de lijn Pizziolo was wel erg ver uitgewerkt. Doch alles kwam bij een plaats terecht en dan op naar de absolute top. Het was beangstigend en in eerste instantie vroeg ik om hulp bij enkele bekenden die allemaal stil werden en niet durfden te gaan bekijken waar de oorsprong lag. Weer andere meende dat het document onjuist was en dat de hiërarchie anders lag, iets wat vreemd is want de hiërarchie in de maffia is duidelijk te zien en ook door mij uitvoerig beschreven. Zo probeerde ik ook enkele personen van de lokale pers om hulp te vragen maar deze waren in zijn geheel van de aardbodem verdwenen. Geen wonder want vele genoemde personen in dat document zijn hun geldschieters! Zo besefte ik dat het een "bloeddocument" was wat in mijn bus was gelegd. Dat maakte dat ik direct een kopie naar heer Schram en het Openbaar Ministerie heb gestuurd zodat ook zij weten dat dit document in omloop is. Niet dat ik vanuit deze hoek iets verwacht maar als burger blijf je wettelijk verplicht dit soort zaken door te geven. Na het tweede nachtelijk onderzoek was duidelijk dat heel veel uit mijn boeken was genomen maar dat de onderste blokken met confirmaties en enkele opmerkingen in slecht Nederlands niet terug te vinden waren in mijn files. Er waren dus citaten gezet van kennelijk belangrijke zaken waar de schrijver weet van heeft. Opmerkelijk was de naam van de vrouw van heer Wiels en de eerste poging voor een aanslag op heer Wiels in Bonaire! Wat ook opviel waren de notities rond het kamp Pizziolo wat blijkbaar een belangrijke rol speelt in dit document. Ik blijf oproepen om mensen die meer weten dan wat er in het document staat contact te zoeken met mij. Want buiten dat de persoon veel werk heeft verricht om dit alles uit te zoeken is het ook een document wat zegt dat de gehele justitiële top "bewust" aan het dwalen is in diverse zaken en zo ook in het geval moord Helmin Wiels. Wat positief is, is dat er toch mensen blijken te zijn die zaken uit willen zoeken, alleen zijn ze nog als de dood om ermee naar buiten te komen. Voor mij zullen er nog veel slapeloze nachten komen want hier staat veel beschreven op een simpel A4tje. De stilte is doorbroken en laten we hopen dat justitie eindelijk het lef gaat tonen en nu weet dat de bevolking ook de show doorheeft die ze opvoert en vele onschuldige aanwijst in vele zaken. Recht is krom momenteel maar personen zoals bij het "vrijdagdocument" zouden meer gehoord moeten worden. De tijd zal het leren.

Wie er achter het lek zit, of waarom er is ingebroken is onduidelijk. Ook is onduidelijk hoe lang het systeem lek was. De hack werd namelijk toevallig ontdekt; het dataverkeer wordt in de gemeente Almelo niet structureel gemonitord. In samenwerking met de Informatiebeveiligingsdienst van de Vereniging van Nederlandse Gemeenten (VNG) moet worden achterhaald wat er precies is gebeurd. Wethouder Javier Cornelissen noemt het lek "verschrikkelijk", maar sluit niet uit dat het te laat is om uit te vinden hoe er is ingebroken, of door wie. Gemeenten Eerder dit jaar lekten ook duizenden persoonsgegevens van inwoners van Rotterdam en Oegstgeest door een datalek. De Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens trok dit jaar al aan de bel; gemeenten zijn volgens de privacywaakhond niet goed op de hoogte van de privacyregels.

September 11at 05:03am Quantum mechanics, though firmly tested, is so weird and anti-intuitive that famed physicist Richard Feynman once remarked, "I think I can safely say that nobody understands quantum mechanics." Attempts to explain some of the bizarre consequences of quantum theory have led to some mind-bending ideas, such as the Copenhagen interpretation and the many-worlds interpretation. Now there's a new theory on the block, called the "many interacting worlds" hypothesis (MIW), and the idea is just as profound as it sounds. The theory suggests not only that parallel worlds exist, but that they interact with our world on the quantum level and are thus detectable. Though still speculative, the theory may help to finally explain some of the bizarre consequences inherent in quantum mechanics, reports RT.com. The theory is a spinoff of the many-worlds interpretation in quantum mechanics — an idea that posits that all possible alternative histories and futures are real, each representing an actual, though parallel, world. One problem with the many-worlds interpretation, however, has been that it is fundamentally untestable, since observations can only be made in our world. Happenings in these proposed "parallel" worlds can thus only be imagined. MIW, however, says otherwise. It suggests that parallel worlds can interact on the quantum level, and in fact that they do. "The idea of parallel universes in quantum mechanics has been around since 1957," explained Howard Wiseman, a physicist at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, and one of the physicists to come up with MIW. "In the well-known ‘Many-Worlds Interpretation’, each universe branches into a bunch of new universes every time a quantum measurement is made. All possibilities are therefore realised – in some universes the dinosaur-killing asteroid missed Earth. In others, Australia was colonised by the Portuguese." "But critics question the reality of these other universes, since they do not influence our universe at all," he added. "On this score, our "Many Interacting Worlds" approach is completely different, as its name implies." Wiseman and colleagues have proposed that there exists "a universal force of repulsion between ‘nearby’ (i.e. similar) worlds, which tends to make them more dissimilar." Quantum effects can be explained by factoring in this force, they propose. Whether or not the math holds true will be the ultimate test for this theory. Does it or does it not properly predict quantum effects mathematically? But the theory is certain to provide plenty of fodder for the imagination. For instance, when asked about whether their theory might entail the possibility that humans could someday interact with other worlds, Wiseman said: "It's not part of our theory. But the idea of [human] interactions with other universes is no longer pure fantasy." What might your life look like if you made different choices? BAML also notably highlights Nick Bostrom's three probable scenarios for the human race, which are 1. extinction before reaching a "posthuman" stage, 2. reaching posthuman existence but not simulating evolutionary history, and 3. we are in the matrix already. Reading Bostrom's 2003 paper, however, makes clear we'd never really have access to full knowledge of any of these scenarios because, as Bostrom concludes, "Unless we are now living in a simulation, our descendants will almost certainly never run an ancestor-simulation." This "if true, then true, otherwise false" construct means none of this philosophical struggle really matters anyway. We're either in the matrix or we're not. And if we're not, we're unlikely to create the matrix because if the matrix were plausible it would've been created anyway. And we'd be in it. The investment implications remain unclear.

September 10at 05:07am The Church of Scientology loses tax exempt status In a unanimous decision by the Supreme Court today, the eight justices ruled in favor of revoking the Church of Scientology’s tax-exempt status in the United States. Under the ruling, Scientology will still be able to operate as a business but no longer as a non-profit religious organization. The case was brought forward by the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division after concluding a two-year-long investigation into the inner workings of Scientology. The investigation, along with an extensive audit, found the group to be a “criminal operation with a sole purpose of making money”. The eight justices agreed with the IRS and its findings that Scientology was neither a religion or fell under the guidelines of a non-profit charitable organization. CI Special Agent, Tom Downey, worked closely with IRS Chief Counsel Criminal Tax Attorneys during the course of the investigation. “If private schools had similar prices to the courses in Scientology, students would receive the absolute highest level of education by the top educators in the country,” Downey said. “But in reality, based on the ridiculously high cost of Scientology, there is no school out there that even exists. The best schools in this country charge a fraction of the exorbitant amounts of money that Scientology charges its members.” Paul Horner, a spokesperson
for Scientology, told ABC News the ruling is “discrimination
based on religious beliefs”. For years, Scientology’s claim of ten million followers has been widely disputed. In 2011, former editor, and longtime Scientology foe, Tony Ortega, wrote the following in The Village Voice: “According to the latest survey, the total number of people who identify as Scientologists is just 25,000 in this country of more than 300 million human beings.” Scientology teaches that 75 million years ago an evil galactic overlord named Xenu, ruler of a Galactic Confederacy, decided to tackle overpopulation by rounding up 13.5 trillion people in DC-8-like spacecraft, flying them to Earth (then known as Teegeeack), dropping them in the volcanoes of Hawaii and vaporizing them with hydrogen bombs. Their spirits, known as thetans, attached themselves to humans at the dawn of man, and according to Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard is the root cause of all our fears, confusion and problems. For humans to reach a clear state, thetans must be removed from the body through therapy sessions, known within Scientology as auditing. Scientology adherents must work through eight stages of auditing over a period of many years to reach this clear state, each of which costs thousands of dollars to partake in. It was these costs that the court took issue with, ruling that they far outstrip average course fees for educational establishments. Sarah Bradley, a spokeswoman for Sock It Forward, a group that provides the homeless and those less fortunate with brand new socks, told ABC News she lost her family because of Scientology’s disconnection policy. “I was born into Scientology,” Bradley said. “When I turned seventeen I began to question some of their beliefs. My family, who are all members, told me to stay quiet, but it was too late and I was excommunicated from the church. Scientology’s upper management told me I was no longer able to see or talk to my family ever again,” Bradley said. “It broke my heart, I couldn’t even say goodbye to them. They were told by Scientology if they had any communication with me that they would be excommunicated too. My family chose Scientology over me.” Holding back tears Bradley says, “I just hope my family is proud of me, all that I’m doing with my life and everything I’m doing to help the homeless. I wish more than anything to see them one day; I love and miss them so much.” Downey told reporters
that Scientology spends tens of millions of dollars every year
doing what no other religious non-profit organization does. For years, the Church of Scientology often pointed to their tax-exempt status as proof that it is a recognized religious entity in the United States. And there’s no disputing that tax-exempt status has been a huge boon to the Scientology industry. With such few members, but billions in real estate holdings, the Church of Scientology has been called “the most famous small business in the world,” with its tax exempt status saving the Church an estimated $20 million a year on property taxes alone. Roberto Sigmond of Amnesty International told ABC News that revoking the Church of Scientology’s tax-exempt status in the United States is a huge win. “From all the deaths Scientology has caused over the years to its phony drug rehabilitation program, this is a great day for anyone that believes in human rights.” After originally being recognized as a tax-exempt religious organization in 1957, Scientology’s tax-exempt status was lost in a 1967 IRS audit. As part of the effort to regain tax exemption during the late 1970s, Scientologists repeatedly infiltrated the IRS, copying large numbers of documents and at one point placing an electronic bugging device in an IRS conference room. These actions took place within a program code-named Operation Snow White. Eleven high-ranking Scientologists, including Hubbard’s wife Mary Sue Hubbard, were sentenced to time in prison for acts surrounding this operation. L. Ron Hubbard himself was named as an unindicted co-conspirator as investigators could not link him to the crimes. The United States is not the first country to revoke Scientology’s tax exemption. In October of last year, a Dutch court revoked Scientology’s status as a “public welfare institution” and the tax exemption that goes along with it. Janine Pieters, reporting in the NL Times, said the court ruled that sales of Scientology’s courses and therapy sessions are aimed at profit-making and that it does not therefore belong on the tax authorities charity list. Beginning April 6th, 2016, The Church of Scientology will no longer receive tax exemption in the United States. Attorneys for Scientology have 30 days to appeal the case, although it is not yet clear whether they will or not.

Electromagnetic weapon attack precision-tuned to the brain frequencies of unique individuals can put unknowing victims into an induced state of forced fatigue, involuntary yawning, deep sleep -- or, conversely, forced wakefulness -- within a matter of minutes, according to victim accounts and supporting published literature. Fluoridated water with ADHD, Obesity and Depression New research shows there is a strong correlation between water fluoridation and the prevalence of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, in the United States. It’s the first time that scientists have systematically studied the relationship between the behavioral disorder and fluoridation, the process wherein fluoride is added to water to prevent cavities. The study, published in the journal Environmental Health, found that states with a higher portion of artificially fluoridated water had a higher prevalence of ADHD. This relationship held up across six different years examined. The authors, psychologists Christine Till and Ashley Malin at Toronto’s York University, looked at the prevalence of fluoridation by state in 1992 and rates of ADHD diagnoses in subsequent years. Yes, you read that right. This relationship held up across six (6!) different years examined for ADHD. That’s pretty sobering. Yet just the other day I had a “skeptic” (I plan to reclaim that name as we are the real skeptics who are skeptical of things like fluoride) tell me that fluoridated water has been proven safe “beyond a shadow of a doubt” It was on a pretty popular thread I had with thousands of reads. What is more sad is that dozens of “skeptics” liked his post. People blindly drinking the kool- aid (or in this case fluoridated water) telling themselves “science” has proven it so (Actually scientists are telling us now that it can make us fat, depressed and give us ADD) Scientists and doctors used to tell us smoking was safe too. Let’s give them another 50 years and see what the majority says about fluoridated water. Methinks they’ll shun it like cigarettes. We also didn’t know that most Europeans have rejected the use of fluoridated water (interesting how Americans are deemed crazy for making such a suggestion) but in Europe? It’s the norm (that’s not counting the UK) From the second article about the study which shows weight gain and depression as a direct result of fluoridated water: Fluoride added to local water supplies in England may cause depression and weight gain, a new study suggests. Scientists warn local authorities should cease adding the mineral to drinking water in the interest of public health. The research, conducted by a team of scientists at the University of Kent, indicates that particularly high numbers of underactive thyroid glands occur in areas with high levels of fluoridation. Having analyzed 98 percent of GP practices in England, researchers found underactive thyroids are 30 percent more likely in areas where higher levels of water fluoridation occur. They concluded as many as 15,000 Britons suffer unnecessarily from thyroid problems as a result – a health complication commonly linked to depression, fatigue and weight gain. If it does it in England it’s going to do the same thing here in the US. I’m not sure why this isn’t on the front of every mainstream news channel but am glad Newsweek and a few others are covering these ground breaking published studies.. People ask me frequently what to do about getting the fluoride out of their water. Reverse Osmosis systems help, but they don’t get out all the fluoride. Others prefer to find a source of clean spring water that wouldn’t have added fluoride like most of America’s toxic water supply. If the fluoride weren’t bad enough we also have chlorine and disinfection byproducts which you don’t want to bathe in (or let your children bathe in) let alone drink it. There are even campaigns about “Getting the F out of water” which have involved celebrities from Erin Brokovich to Ed Begley Junior’s new campaign. And while celebrities being involved prove nothing, I think the published studies by Universities speak for themselves. One more quote from the study just out about fluoridated water causing weight gain and depression: As part of their research, scientists at the University of Kent compared the medical records of 7,935 GP practices. The scientists found patients had considerably higher rates of underactive thyroid in practices situated in areas where water fluoridation levels were 0.3 mg/l or higher. Professor Stephen Peckham, of the University of Kent, said his team’s findings are worrying for people exposed to water fluoridation. Underactive thyroid is a particularly nasty condition, according to Peckham, which can spark a host of other health issues. Following the release of their report, scientists based at the University of Kent said local authorities must reconsider the practice of mass water-fluoridation. Call your city and ask if your water is fluoridated. Chances are it is. Ask what the levels are (any level is too high in my personal opinion) Spread the word to friends and family and get a whole house filter or at least a shower filter for you and your family. I truly believe that in 50 more years we’ll realize what a radical mistake we made here in the US (and elsewhere) Funny that the “land of the free” seems to be anything but nowadays, but change will come.. it just takes some time.

Hoe heilig zijn ze
en wat een nobele vereniging! Doch als mensen eens

pagina) dan ziet men dat men kinderbloed nodig heeft om in
de top te komen. Niet de rituelen maar RITUALEN zijn de meest

Ook zijn er, volgens de oudere mensen op Aruba, bij een lid van de vrijmetselarij te sta Cruz aldaar kinderlijkjes gevonden in de tuin. is a poison…It eats you from inside…We think that by
hating someone we hurt them…But hatred is a curved blade…and
the harm we do to others…we also do to ourselves.’ When we are wronged,
it is easy to become bitter and cynical. Often our anger turns
into hate, which only serves to harm us more than the people who
have wronged us. Learning to forgive and move on can be one of
life’s toughest lessons. Ricky Jackson, a man who was released
from prison in 2014 after serving 39 years for a crime he did
not commit is a shining example to all of us on how to do exactly
that. Jackson was convicted of the murder of a man named Harold Franks, along with two friends, in 1975, at the age of 19. The evidence against Jackson was all based on the witness statement of a thirteen-year-old boy, on a school bus that was a block away from the scene. ricky jackson freed The boy, Eddie Vernon, was challenged by classmates at the time, as they all claimed that it would have been impossible for him to have seen the murder from where the bus was. There was no further evidence presented to the jury in Cleveland, Ohio, to back up the unreliable witness statement, but it was enough to see Jackson sentenced to death. Jackson and his friends only avoided execution because of a paperwork error, which opened up the opportunity for them to appeal their charges. At an appeal hearing in 2014, Vernon finally admitted that it had in fact been impossible for him to witness the crime from his position on the bus. He went on to claim that he had been coerced into testifying against Jackson by police. The case once more highlights the flaws in the US justice system. ‘The scale of the miscarriage of justice in Ricky Jackson’s case is staggering,’ said Clive Stafford-Smith, the head of Reprieve, a London-based human rights charity. ‘Much of what went wrong in Mr. Jackson’s case is very familiar: a witness coached by the police into a version of events that would gain an easy conviction; a woeful lack of reliable evidence linking him to the crime; inept lawyering, especially for poor people; a jury or judge not willing to countenance doubt; and a ‘justice’ system where, once convicted, it becomes nearly impossible to overturn a sentence.’ Thanks to his team
of lawyers, Jackson will now receive $2 million in compensation.
However, no matter how high the sum of money is it can never adequately
compensate for taking away nearly forty years of his life and
preventing him from living a normal life. Faced with such a tragic situation, it would be understandable for Jackson to be bitter and angry. However, his attitude towards the situation encapsulates the enduring power of the human spirit. When he was asked if he felt angry about his incarceration after his release, his answer was truly inspiring. ‘A lot of people will want me to hate that person and carry animosity towards him but I don’t,’ he said. ‘As far as that young man is concerned I don’t hate him, I just wish he has a good life… it took a lot of courage to say he lied. De informatie waarover de Amerikaanse nieuwszender beschikt is bekend bij de Nationaal Coördinator Terrorismebestrijding en Veiligheid (NCTV), zegt een woordvoerder. De inhoud heeft geen invloed op het dreigingsniveau in Nederland. Dat blijft ‘substantieel’. Uit de 90.000 pagina’s blijkt dat IS plannen had voor veel zwaardere aanslagen in Frankrijk in november vorig jaar. Winkelcentra en supermarkten stonden op de lijst van doelwitten. Ook in andere Europese landen moest het kalifaat toeslaan, in Groot-Brittannië en ook in Nederland. Er zouden nog steeds slapende cellen zijn die wachten op een signaal om toe te slaan. Volgens terreurexpert Paul Cruickshank van CNN maken IS-aanhangers massaal gebruik van de berichtendiensten Whatsapp en Telegram, die ook door veiligheidsdiensten niet kunnen worden onderschept dankzij de vernuftige encryptie. Elektriciteitsbedrijven zijn deze maand begonnen in het hele land slimme meters te installeren. Zij kunnen dankzij de nieuwe digitale meters op afstand de meter uitlezen, en de gebruikers zelf krijgen beter inzicht in hun energieverbruik. Nu blijkt echter dat er zó slordig met die gegevens wordt omgesprongen, dat het verbruik van elk huishouden met een slimme meter is in te zien voor iedereen die erom vraagt. Sinds de eerste huishoudens als proef een slimme meter kregen, zijn er enkele tientallen websites en mobiele apps op de markt gekomen waarmee mensen hun eigen verbruik kunnen volgen. Het idee is dat consumenten zo gemakkelijk inzicht krijgen in hoe ze op hun energierekening kunnen besparen. Veel van die diensten controleren echter niet of degene die zich aanmeldt, ook daadwerkelijk op het opgegeven adres woont. Op Goeiepeer.nl bijvoorbeeld, een site van Natuur & Milieu en netbeheerders Enexis en Liander, kunnen mensen met een slimme meter hun verbruik vergelijken met dat van anderen. Als iemand een account aanmaakt, stuurt de site een verzoek naar de netbeheerder om de gegevensstroom aan te zetten. Er is geen controle
op het adres. Zelfs het opgeven van een valse naam voorkomt niet
dat je na drie tot vijf werkdagen te zien krijgt hoeveel energie
de bewoners verbruiken. Dat gaat niet verder dan het stroomverbruik
per 15 minuten en de gasmeterstand per uur, maar het is voldoende
om ruwweg te kunnen opmaken wanneer mensen thuis zijn, hoe laat
ze naar bed gaan en opstaan, hoe hoog de verwarming staat en hoe
vaak ze douchen. Een andere website waar mensen inzicht kunnen krijgen in hun energieverbruik, is SlimmemeterPortal.nl. Die site stuurt wél een brief met een unieke code die mensen moeten invullen op de site. Eigenaar Eric Carbijn
vindt het belangrijk om zorgvuldig met de data om te gaan, juist
omdat je er veel uit kunt afleiden. “Ik kan redelijk goed
benaderen hoeveel mensen er in een huis wonen. We hebben weleens
geprobeerd te raden of ze er dochters of zonen hebben, want dochters
douchen veel langer. We zaten eng dichtbij. Zeker als je veel
data hebt om mee te vergelijken, dan kun je heel veel uitrekenen.” Carbijn denkt dat zijn concurrenten geen brief sturen vanwege de extra kosten. “Ik ken geen andere partijen die dat doen. Ze vinden dat een te dure optie.” Folkwin Emaar, als
projectmanager betrokken bij Goeiepeer.nl, geeft nog een reden.
“We hebben er wel bewust over nagedacht of we nog een verificatiestap
zouden inbouwen, bijvoorbeeld een brief met daarin een unieke
code. Maar dat zou een extra drempel zijn voor mensen om mee te
doen. Er is een risico, maar dat dekken we af door mensen akkoord
te laten gaan met voorwaarden waarin staat dat zij echt op dat
adres wonen.” Om gegevens van de netbeheerders te ontvangen, hoeven de ‘onafhankelijke dienstaanbieders’ (ODA) nu alleen met een directieverklaring te beloven dat ze hun uiterste best doen te controleren of hun klanten wonen waar ze zeggen te wonen. In de praktijk vindt
een aantal het voldoende dat nieuwe klanten beloven daar eerlijk
over te zijn. Behalve Goeiepeer.nl controleren ook de app Energy
Vikings en de website Enelogic de identiteit van nieuwe aanmeldingen
niet. Er zijn ook apps die een gebruiker vragen om het nummer
van de meters, maar alleen energieleveranciers zoals Essent kunnen
dat, omdat zij weten welke meter bij welk adres hoort. Het is de netbeheerders en energiebedrijven verboden, op grond van de Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens, om meetgegevens aan derden te geven. Dat mag alleen als een klant daar nadrukkelijk toestemming voor geeft. Zij mogen dat niet afschuiven op onafhankelijke dienstaanbieders en die kunnen hun verantwoordelijkheid weer niet zomaar opzij schuiven in hun algemene voorwaarden, bevestigt het College bescherming persoonsgegevens (CBP). Waarom geven de netbeheerders,
die de energietransportnetwerken in Nederland beheren, de gegevens
uit de slimme meter dan gewoon door zonder vragen te stellen?
André Jurjus, directeur van branchevereniging Netbeheer
Nederland: “Je verwacht niet dat mensen dit doen. Als de
ODA zegt ‘ik heb een mandaat van de klant’, dan gaat
de netbeheerder ervan uit dat de ODA zich aan de wet gehouden
heeft.” Jurjus hoort ervan op dat het mogelijk is om gegevens van vreemden uit te vragen. Helemaal als hij hoort dat we kunnen zien dat hij op zijn eigen huisadres géén slimme meter heeft. “Tot nu toe gingen de netbeheerders ervan uit dat de poort voldoende op slot zat, maar dat blijkt nu te makkelijk gedacht. Wij moeten in de spiegel kijken en ons afvragen wat ons te doen staan.” Er zijn nu ruim 900.000
huishoudens met een slimme meter. De overheid wil dat in 2020
ten minste tachtig procent van de Nederlandse huishoudens een
slimme meter heeft. Weigeren mag en de communicatie met de netbeheerder
uit laten zetten kan ook, maar slechts drie procent van de huishoudens
doet dat. Wanneer u geen slimme
energiemeter wilt, kunt u 2 dingen doen. U kunt de meter ‘administratief
uit’ laten zetten. De meter kan dan niet op afstand worden
uitgelezen. Of u kunt de meter weigeren. U bent niet verplicht uw meterstanden op afstand uit te laten lezen. Heeft u hier bezwaar tegen, dan kan de netbeheerder deze functie uitzetten. De slimme meter werkt dan op dezelfde manier als de huidige energiemeter. U krijgt in dat geval
wel een slimme meter, maar geen tweemaandelijkse overzichten van
uw verbruik. Ook moet u dan nog steeds zelf jaarlijks uw meterstanden
doorgeven, zodat uw energieleverancier uw jaarrekening kan maken. Wilt u de slimme meter echt niet? Dan kunt u hem weigeren. U behoudt dan uw oude meter en kunt geen gebruik maken van nieuwe diensten en toepassingen om energie te besparen. Ook moet u zelf uw meterstanden doorgeven. En u ontvangt geen tweemaandelijks overzicht van uw energieverbruik. Is uw oude meter echt aan vervanging toe, dan ontvangt u een andere meter. Dit is geen slimme meter, maar een digitale meter die niet op afstand uitleesbaar is. Heeft u een slimme
meter geweigerd en wilt u later toch een meter aanvragen? Dan
mag de netbeheerder kosten voor de slimme meter in rekening brengen.

Cardinal Angelo Amato read a brief biography of Mother Teresa's work, then asked the Pope to canonise her in the name of the Church. Pope Francis responded: "We declare and define Blessed Teresa of Calcutta to be a saint and we enrol her among the saints, decreeing that she is to be venerated as such by the whole Church." The Pope said Mother Teresa had spent her life "bowing down before those who were spent, left to die on the side of the road, seeing in them their God-given dignity". He added: "She made her voice heard before the powers of the world, so that they might recognise their guilt for the crimes of poverty they themselves created." He then repeated: "The crimes of poverty they themselves created." Despite the intense heat, the atmosphere among the pilgrims in St Peter's Square was one of joy, and the service a celebration of the life of this extraordinary woman. Teresa was born an ethnic Albanian, and the Albanian flag was much in evidence, as was the distinctive white habit, trimmed with blue stripes, worn by the nuns of her order, the Missionaries of Charity. In his homily of St Teresa's work, Pope Francis said she had shone a light in the darkness of the many who no longer had tears to shed for their poverty and suffering. It was clear that her life reflected the kind of Church that this Pope is trying to build: one that shows mercy to all and offers practical help for the poorest and for all those in need. Although critics have sought to portray St Teresa as a sinner and a hypocrite, her supporters have been just as vocal in her defence, challenging those critics to live their lives the way St Teresa did, before they cast the first stone. Hundreds of Missionaries of Charity sisters attended the event, along with 13 heads of state or government. Some 1,500 homeless people across Italy were also brought to Rome in buses to be given seats of honour at the celebration - and then a pizza lunch served by 250 nuns and priests of the Sisters of Charity order. One pilgrim, Charlotte Samba from Gabon, told Associated Press: "Her heart, she gave it to the world. Mercy, forgiveness, good works. It is the heart of a mother for the poor." Large TV screens were set up at Mother House in Kolkata for the Vatican ceremony. Worldwide acclaim Mother Teresa founded a sisterhood that runs 19 homes, and won the Nobel Peace Prize. The incidence of flu across the United States is extremely low — there are virtually no outbreaks — and not a single child has died. Yet, the flu vaccine is being pushed as if it’s the greatest health advance ever discovered. “The vaccine is completely worthless, and the government knows it,” says Dr. Blaylock. “There are three reasons the government tells the elderly why they should get flu shots: secondary pneumonia, hospitalization, and death. Yet a study by the Cochrane group studied hundreds of thousands of people and found it offered zero protection for those three things in the general community. It offered people in nursing homes some immunity against the flu — at best one-third — but that was only if they picked the right vaccine.” The government also says that every baby over the age of six months should have a vaccine, and they know it contains a dose of mercury that is toxic to the brain. They also know the studies have shown that the flu vaccine has zero — zero — effectiveness in children under 5. Here’s the bottom line: The vast number of people who get the flu vaccine aren’t going to get any benefit, but they get all of the risks and complications. Flu vaccines contain mercury in the form of thimerosal (ethylmercury), a brain toxin, which accumulates in the brain and other organs. “It’s incorporated into the brain for a lifetime,” says Dr. Blaylock. “After five or 10 years of flu shots, enough mercury accumulates in the brain that every single study agrees is neurotoxic. Mercury is extremely toxic to the brain even in very small concentrations, and there are thousands of studies that prove it.” The changes that we

Pesten We lezen er veel over en er gaat geen dag voorbij dat er wel weer een ernstig verhaal op je scherm verschijnt als gevolg van pesten. Kinderen die zelfmoord plegen en zelfs ouderen die het totaal niet meer zien zitten. Hoe was dat dan vroeger? Ik was en ben een buitenbeentje en dat is altijd zo gebleven. Nu nog word ik zeer regelmatig geconfronteerd met leugens en zaken die op mijn nek geschoven worden. Valse beweringen en zelfs gaat het zo ver dat men zaken beweert waar ik absoluut geen part aan heb. 63 jaren ben ik en 57 jaren ben ik tot nu toe in mijn leven gepest. Ja, soms dacht ik er wel aan om er een einde aan te maken zeker toen ik na de dood van mijn vrouw de meeste schoonfamilie en mijn kinderen uit mijn leven verdwenen. Mijn schoonfamilie heeft er alles aan gedaan om mij hier weg te krijgen en kapot te maken. Het was een hel en zeker een van mijn zwaarste tijden in de wereld van pesten. Als klap op de vuurpijl vernam ik enkele jaren na de dood van mijn vrouw dat men via valse handtekening haar uit het graf heeft gelicht, gecremeerd en ergens uitgestrooid. Dat was de top van het pesten wat een mens een ander aan kan doen. Doch ondanks alle zaken die er gedaan zijn om mijn leven kapot te maken, en dat al vanuit mijn jeugd, is het niet gelukt om mij van deze aardbodem te laten verdwijnen. Zelfs nu dat er weer andere drukdoende bezig zijn om vele onzin over mij via de pers te verspreiden in deze verkiezingstijd. Pesten is er altijd geweest en pesten hoort bij het leven. Als kind maakt het je hard want in de latere maatschappij is het niet veel beter en wordt er veel gepest vanuit je werk of in het dagelijks leven. Pesten is geen reden om een persoon daartegen te beschermen want het is juist pesten wat mij sterk heeft maakt. Zo kun je zelfs vechten tegen de hoogste tegenstanders zonder dat het je eigen leven kost. Pesten is een leerschool en zal door elk individu gedragen moeten worden. Om dat dan af te gaan schermen en zelfs extra aandacht aan te besteden maakt dat de beschermde persoon het alleen moeilijker gaat krijgen en het leven niet meer ziet zitten. Wil je werkelijk kinderen, personen helpen die momenteel aan de top staan van de pestwereld is het het beste dat je er bent voor hen maar niet aan hun leed toe geeft. Pesten is de ware leerschool van het leven en elk persoon krijgt wat deze nodig heeft. Neem je dat pesten af zal de toekomst een ondragelijke hel worden met de dood als gevolg en dat is puur omdat je hen de leerschool heeft ontnomen. John H Baselmans-Oracle

Judge Milas “Butch” Hale from Sherwood, Arkansas has been accused of running a “modern-day debtor’s prison” after he recently sentenced a 44-year-old man with pancreatic cancer to 90 days in jail. President and Executive Director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law Kristen Clarke said of sentencing people like this to jail: “People are doomed for failure when they appear before the court, and most significantly trapped in this never-ending cycle of expanding debt. With the resurgence of debtors’ prisons, we will continue to see people cycle in and out of jails and prisons across our country merely because of their inability to pay fines and fees tied to low-level, nonviolent offenses.” Lee Robertson, the man with pancreatic cancer, first ran into trouble in 2009 when he was diagnosed and began his first round of chemotherapy. His sickness forced him to stop working, which eliminated his source of income and made it impossible for him to sustain himself. In the course of two weeks, Robertson wrote 11 checks to stores for small amounts ranging from $5 to $41 that all bounced. lee1After six years and seven arrests, Robertson ended up in Hale’s courtroom, where Hale said that the cancer patient owed the court $3,054.51 in fees and restitution. Robertson had been unable to pay these fines and checks because his pancreatic cancer has prevented him from returning to work. Hale has come under loads of scrutiny for the way he runs the “hot checks division,” which is a court that assesses cases dealing with bad checks. The judge is now under investigation for the questionable practices he employs in his court. The lawsuit outlines the lucrative system used, in which no family or friends are allowed to accompany the defendant and the defendant must sign a form that waives the right to an attorney. This leaves those being prosecuted completely vulnerable and unable to properly defend themselves or make an argument in their favor. The suit claims that the court acts as an extension of a collections agency, essentially collecting money from those living in poverty in order to contribute more money to the city’s budget every year. Each overdrawn check can bring in $400 in fines and fees, not including the restitution to pay back the amount of the check. “This is a broken court system that disregards due process rights at every turn,” Clarke added. Hopefully justice will be served to this judge and others involved in this “scheme” so that less people living below the poverty line won’t have to continue to be huge contributors to the city’s budget. om een berg cocaïne op te sporen, ga je bijna niet vinden.
In het zuiden van Frankrijk is 350 kilo van het witte poeder in
beslag genomen. De drug werd gevonden in een Coca-Cola-fabriek,
melden Franse media. Het is één van de grootste drugsvangsten van dit jaar in het Franse Signes, ten noorden van Toulon. Tijdens het uitladen van een container op het terrein van het pand werd de cocaïne ontdekt. Er zat naar schatting voor 50 miljoen euro aan drugs in de container. Het lijkt er in eerste
instantie op dat geen van de medewerkers van de fabriek wat met
de vangst te maken heeft. De container was afkomstig uit Costa
Rica en zou volgens de papieren alleen concentraat van vruchtensap
bevatten. Hoewel er tegenwoordig geen cocaïne in de razend populaire frisdrank zit, was dat vroeger anders. Coca-Cola is uitgevonden door apotheker John Pemberton, die het als medicijn ontwikkelde. Het zou tegen hoofdpijn en vermoeidheid werken. De reden dat het uiteindelijk Coca-Cola is gaan heten, komt door de twee 'medische' ingrediënten: een extract van cocabladeren en kolanoten. De cocabladeren zitten
er nog steeds in, al is dat sinds 1905 wel op een andere manier.
De bladeren worden sindsdien gedecocaïniseerd. Hoe dat precies
in zijn werk gaat, willen woordvoerders tot op de dag van vandaag
nog niet zeggen. Het verwerken van cocabladeren die nog werking
hebben, is niet nieuw: Pemberton nam het idee over van het Franse
drankje Vin Mariana, dat ook cocaextract bevatte. Mocht je het drankje graag gebruiken voor iets anders dan drinken, dan zijn er een aantal broodjeaapverhalen. Cola lost geen (bloed)vlekken in je kleding op, maakt je haar niet lichter, werkt niet tegen diarree en werkt in combinatie met een aspirientje niet als lustopwekker. Ook is Coca-Cola niet degene die de Kerstman bedacht. En mocht je bang zijn volledig op te lossen als je in een ketel vol Coca-Cola valt, dan is dat ook niet zo. Ooit was het gerucht dat een medewerker van de fabriek in een ketel vol met het zwarte drankje was gevallen en dat alleen zijn gebit werd teruggevonden.

Waarom lijkt de tijd voorbij te vliegen naarmate we ouder worden? Uit onderzoek blijkt dat de perceptie van tijd wel degelijk sneller lijkt te gaan voor oudere mensen, waardoor het voor hen lijkt dat het altijd 'druk, druk, druk' is. Verschillende theorieën kunnen het fenomeen verklaren. Een mogelijke uitleg is dat onze interne biologische klok stilaan verandert. Als we ouder worden, vertraagt ons metabolisme en gaan ook het hartritme en de ademhaling het wat rustiger aan doen. Bij kinderen verlopen deze biologische processen veel sneller, waardoor het lijkt dat er veel tijd voorbijgaat. Een andere verklaring zegt dat de perceptie van tijd gelinkt is aan de hoeveelheid nieuwe perceptuele informatie die we absorberen. Wanneer we veel prikkels krijgen, hebben onze hersenen meer tijd nodig om de informatie te verwerken. Vandaar dat die specifieke periode langer lijkt te duren. In dat opzicht kan misschien ook de 'slow motion'-perceptie die we ervaren op het moment net voor een ongeval, verklaard worden. De onvertrouwde omstandigheden betekenen immers dat er veel nieuwe informatie moet worden opgenomen. Fascinerende plek Misschien rapporteert ons brein de informatie gedetailleerder wanneer we geconfronteerd worden met nieuwe situaties, zodat het net de herinnering van de gebeurtenis is die trager lijkt te gaan dan de gebeurtenis zelf. Maar hoe valt dit dan te rijmen met onze leeftijd? De theorie zegt dat hoe ouder we worden hoe vertrouwder we zijn met onze omgeving. We raken vast in een routine en we merken de details niet meer op in onze huizen of op ons werk. Voor kinderen, daarentegen, is de wereld een fascinerende plek met elke dag nieuwe ervaringen, waardoor ze heel wat breinkracht nodig hebben, wat de tijd dus trager lijkt te doen gaan. Dus, hoe meer we vertrouwd raken met de dagdagelijkse ervaringen van het leven, hoe sneller de tijd lijkt te gaan en doorgaans gaat die vertrouwdheid met de dingen des levens hand in hand met de leeftijd.

02at 05:03am Energy companies are billing them as the "green" solution to traditional meters. But are so-called "smart" meters really all that smart? And, more importantly, are they really as safe as we're all being told they are? Some 65 million American homes already have them, and more are being converted all the time, even against the will of some homeowners. And yet many doctors agree that smart meters are a potential health threat due to constant releases of radiation. Smart meters operate via a two-way communications system in which energy usage is tabulated wirelessly inside the meter and transmitted to the energy company that owns it. No longer do energy trucks have to go around town once a month to check individual meters; everything is done automatically and wirelessly. Pretty simple, right? It might be simple in functionality, but not so much in technicality. The constant pulses of energy as smart meters communicate both with electrical appliances inside the home, and with the energy company, are a radioactive threat that's about 100 times greater than that of a mobile phone, science has found. This is a tremendous radioactive load when you consider that smart meters operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The fact that they never turn off means they're a lot like talking on a cell phone constantly, without end. But, it gets even worse. Independent studies have revealed that both the strength and frequency of smart meter pulses make them exceptionally threatening. The Center for Electrosmog Prevention, a California nonprofit group, estimates that one smart meter emits the radiation equivalent of about 160 mobile phones. Other studies have concluded that smart meters emit not 100 but 1,000 times the radioactive load of a typical cell phone. Daniel Hirsch, a radiation expert and instructor at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), published a paper refuting the findings of the California Council on Science and Technology (CCST), which concluded based on industry data that smart meters are safer than mobile phones. Hirsh countered that: "... the cumulative whole body exposure from a Smart Meter at 3 feet appears to be approximately two orders of magnitude higher than that of a cell phone, rather than two orders of magnitude lower." Smart meter radiation is a constant threat to the health of you and your family This is problematic, because electromagnetic pollution like the kind emitted by smart meters is highly damaging to the body. There are reports of chronic headaches, seizures, insomnia, dizziness, heart palpitations, tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and other symptoms associated with exposure to smart meters. Even the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) agrees that smart meters are a potential threat, especially to people with preexisting health conditions. The group issued a recommendation stating that: "... no Smart Meters be [in the homes of patients with neurological or neurodegenerative diseases, genetic defects, cancer, and other conditions] and that Smart Meters be removed to a reasonable distance from patients' homes." This would be great if every household that's been given or offered a smart meter had the option to reject it. But in most cases, customers are forced to accept a smart meter in place of their traditional meter – and if they are offered the choice of an "opt-out," it's often with the caveat that the customer pay a monthly penalty fee. As a conscious consumer, it's your job, as it is mine, to get the word out about smart meters. Start informing your friends, family members and neighbors about the dangers, and work together to fight against this coercive threat to our collective health. Op sommige locaties zijn tot dertien toerboten gezien, vechtend om de beste positie bij een dolfijnengroep, met tot zestig snorkelaars in het water Zwemmers en boten moeten in een zone van 2 zeemijl voor de Hawaïaanse kust voortaan op minimaal 45 meter afstand van dolfijnen blijven. Volgens de zee- en visserijdienst van de Amerikaanse overheid komen de zogenoemde spinnerdolfijnen daar niet aan voldoende rust toe en kampen ze daardoor met stress. Wetenschappers concludeerden dat ze sneller caloriëen verbranden, omdat ze continu waakzaam zijn vanwege de mensen om hen heen. Dat zou hun voortplanting kunnen schaden. Spinnerdolfijnen, bekend omdat ze om hun as draaien bij een sprong uit het water, jagen 's nachts en trekken zich overdag terug in laag water om te rusten. Als ze slapen, houden ze één hersenhelft actief, zodat ze aan de oppervlakte kunnen komen om te ademen. Omdat ze zwemmen in hun slaap, lijken ze wakker. Ze zijn daardoor kwetsbaar voor verstoring en pesterij, oordelen overheidsexperts, zeker nu het aantal dolfijnenuitjes voor toeristen de afgelopen jaren dramatisch is toegenomen. September 01at 05:05am The ministry decided to give the five therapies the benefit of the doubt The interior ministry has announced plans to give five complementary therapies including homeopathy the same status as conventional medicine. Homeopathy, holistic medicine, herbal medicine, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine will acquire the same status as conventional medicine by May 2017 when it comes to health insurance. After being rejected in 2005 by the authorities for lack of scientific proof of their efficacy, complementary and alternative medicines made a comeback in 2009 when two-thirds of Swiss backed their inclusion on the constitutional list of paid health services. As a result of the vote, these treatments are covered by basic compulsory insurance as part of six-year trial period from 2012-2017. However, they were all required to prove their “efficacy, cost-effectiveness and suitability” by 2017. In a statement released on Tuesday, the interior ministry said it had come to the conclusion that it was “impossible to provide such proof for these disciplines in their entirety”. They will thus be treated on a par with other medical disciplines, when it comes to health insurance. The ministry plans to continue allowing reimbursements of treatment costs by compulsory health insurance, provided they are administered by certified medical doctors. However, as is the practice for conventional medicine, certain controversial practices under these complementary therapies will be subjected to further scrutiny. The ministry has initiated a consultation process - open until June 30, 2016 - on the proposed modification of the regulations.
