Das Königreich Deutschland ist eine Vereinigung freier Männer (Bürger) und freier Frauen (Bürgerinnen). October 15at 05:09am Dit is de rede waarom wil hebben dat je met een bankpas betaald! Kookwekker 'verraadt' bedreigers Jumbo Geen vingerafdrukken of bijvoorbeeld dna-materiaal. Nee, het was de aankoop van een kookwekker die een vijftigjarige man de das om lijkt te hebben gedaan in het onderzoek naar de bedreiging van de Jumbo. Samen met zijn vijftienjarig zoon uit Groningen zit hij daar inmiddels voor vast. Twee keer werd een kookwekker van het merk Leifheit gebruikt bij de bedreigingen. De wekkers waren gekocht bij een Blokkerfiliaal in Groningen. 170 mensen kregen een bezoekje van de politie omdat ze zo'n ding hadden gekocht. De uiteindelijke verdachte kreeg daarom ook de politie over de vloer. Het is volgens de politie "een van de plusjes" in de verdenkingen die er in de afgelopen weken rezen tegen de man. De politie zat lange tijd met de handen in het haar in de zaak. De eerste keer dat de dreiger van zich liet horen, was begin mei. Ook op 8 mei, 11 mei en 29 mei verstuurt hij berichten om af te persen.
October 15at 05:03am The Man Who Discovered The Cause Of Cancer Wrote A Book On Curing It Dr. Otto Warburg was the man who discovered the cause of cancer, he was awarded the nobel prize in 1931 for his work. Initially it was my understanding that he discovered cancer but he actually discovered the cause which in my opinion is even more valuable than discovering cancer. Many people have recognized a problem, a disease, a tumorous lump growing on someone and labeling it a disease. The cause of that disease is even more important and relevant than the disease itself if you want to do something about it. His work came to be known as the “Warburg Effect” or the “Warburg Hypothesis” which basically entailed that cancer cells live off sugar (glycolysis) and that they also thrive in an anaerobic environment. These causes lead me to believe the opposite would help to reverse the cancer growth. What do you think? He’s one of the most relevant figures in our history when it comes to cancer, what causes it and how to really treat it. Most people have no idea who this man is though, why is that? is it because of what he has to say about cancer and about disease in general? There’s no question that he was a brilliant man during his time. The first man to discover the cause of cancer is somewhat like the first man landing on the moon! it’s just the micro and macro scale of things. His discovery led him to certain conclusions. These conclusions that he was led to may be true or false to you but i’m going to leave that up to you to decide. I trust this man (the discoverer of it) more than the American Cancer Society or any other medical organization though because he’s worked to get to a place of excellence and understanding of cancer. Large organizations that take your money for a ‘cure’ or to walk around in a circle wearing pink shirts haven’t done a whole lot with the BILLIONS of dollars poured in for research. Oddly enough Dr. Otto Warburg gave his two cents on what can be done to treat and heal cancer and what changes need to take place in the human body for the human body to no longer have cancer. Let me say that again! the man who discovered cancer shared practical information on how cancer can cease to exist based on his understanding of cancer in his research. So what was his thoughts on cancer? First, he was quoted as saying:
Beyond this Dr. Otto Warburg also said… “Cancerous tissues are acidic, whereas healthy tissues are alkaline. Water splits into H+ and OH- ions, if there is an excess of H+, it is acidic; if there is an excess of OH- ions, then it is alkaline.” “All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen – a rule without exception. “Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.” Dr. Warburg has made it clear that the root cause of cancer is oxygen deficiency, which creates an acidic state in the human body. Dr Warburg also discovered that cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen, as found in an alkaline state. Dr. Wargburg understood the importance of oxygen and an alkaline environment around the cancerous growth. He even went so far as to say that “No Disease, including cancer can live in an alkaline environment” too. So from Dr. Warburg some of the best cancer and disease prevention (and healing, according to him) advice would be to give your boxy more oxygen and an alkaline environment. How do you do that? More deep breathing. More nature. If you live in the city you are being bombarded by chemicals and decreasing oxygen levels. The country and nature have higher levels of pure oxygen and this was one of the keys according to Dr. Warbug to help the body be in an alkaline environment. Not only that but eating alkaline foods such as vegetables and fruits can help to alkalize the body environment as well. Believe it or not Dr. Otto
Warburg also wrote a book entitled “Cancer: It’s cause and it’s
Cure” which blows my mind. I recommend listening to the recent interview

stemmen mag zijn, is wel een recht waar de mensen voor gevochten hebben.
Maar wat is er met dit recht gebeurd? Tientallen jaren lang is het maar zelden voorgevallen dat de partij die we gekozen hebben zitting neemt . Vele jaren beslist de politiek zelf met wie zij samenwerken. Niet waar de burger voor kiest. Politici bekonkelen onderling hun positie maar uiteindelijk wordt van hogerhand bepaald wie zitting gaat nemen. Het is niet de burger die kan bepalen wie ons gaat vertegenwoordigen. Het zijn de machtige boven de politiek met hun geldbuidel die beslissen wie waar gaat zitten. Tot op heden is er niet één politieke partij die openheid van zaken geeft waar hun ‘grote’ geld vandaan komt. Niet één politieke partij heeft ooit hun vele beloften in de verkiezing uitgevoerd. Geld en manipulatie van de politiek is al zeer veel jaren bezig op ons eiland. Toch hebben wij burgers een belangrijke kracht in handen en dat is: Niet ingaan op dit politiek spel. Het spel van geld, vernedering en slavenhandel. Wij burgers worden anno 2015 nog als slaven behandeld! Dat zien we dagelijks doordat de mensen in de politiek ons laten verkommeren, ons vernederen en verkrachten. Slecht onderwijs, geen werkende ziekteverzekering, geen toekomst, geen behoorlijk bestuur en zo zou ik een zeer lange lijst op kunnen noemen. Het is genoeg geweest, de politiek
heeft gefaald en heeft zijn burgers laten vallen. Daarom roepen wij u
op niet te gaan stemmen. Geloof niet in de fabeltjes die u alsmaar te horen krijgt dat niet stemmen het weggooien is van uw rechten! Vraag dan naar welke rechten! Onze rechten liggen internationaal vast en die worden juist hier niet nageleefd! October 14at 05:01am 'Scientology heeft Tom Cruise, Kirstie Alley en John Travolta volledig in haar macht' Actrice Leah Remini heeft de Scientology Kerk niet alleen de rug toegekeerd maar nu ook de oorlog verklaard en slaat keihard terug. In haar boek klapt ze uit de school over de dubieuze methodes van de omstreden kerk en ook collega’s Tom Cruise, John Travolta en Kirstie Alley, alle drie al jaren fervent Scientology-aanhangers, ontziet ze niet. Leah Remini, bekend uit de RTL 5-comedy The King of Queens en haar realityserie op TLC It’s all Relative, klapte al eerder uit de school over de Scientology Kerk, maar heeft naar eigen zeggen ‘genoeg shit gezien en meegemaakt’ bij dekerk om een heel boek mee te vullen. En dat heeft ze dan ook gedaan. In Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology rekent ze definitief af met haar Scientology-verleden. De Britse Daily Mail tekende een aantal quotes op uit haar memoires, die ongetwijfeld veel stof zal doen opwaaien. “De nietsontziende indoctrinatie, chantage en de controle die ze uitoefenen op hun leden..." ‘Schijnheilige’ Leah is nog steeds niet helemaal bekomen van alles wat ze over zich heen heeft gekregen. Ze spuugt met name op de handelswijze van de Scientology Kerk. “De nietsontziende indoctrinatie, chantage en de controle die ze uitoefenen op hun leden. Mensen als Tom Cruise, John Travolta en Kirstie Alley, de kerk heeft ze volledig in haar macht.” Jennifer Lopez Eenvoudig was het overigens niet. Leah schrijft dat het geen beslissing over één nacht ijs is geweest, ze was niet voor niets dertig jaar lid. Met steun van haar goede vriendin Jennifer Lopez wist ze toch genoeg moed te verzamelen om uiteindelijk de stap te zetten, wetende dat de kerk er vervolgens alles aan zou doen om haar in een kwaad daglicht te stellen. Want als je al gaat, doe je dat in stilte. Zo ziet de kerk dat het liefst. “Als je daarmee naar buiten treedt, dan maken ze je zwart, dan krijg je het stempel mee van een ’slecht iemand’.” "Bij Scientology komt de kerk eerst en dan pas je familie, dat is wat je leert" Gezin Gelukkig heeft ze steun van haar gezin, dat ook lid van de kerk was. In haar realityserie zei ze eerder al dat ze haar dochter niet met de regels van Scientology wilde laten opgroeien. “Bij Scientology komt de kerk eerst en dan pas je familie, dat is wat je leert. Ik wilde niet dat mijn dochter daarin op zou groeien. De kerk wordt alles: je moeder, je vader, alles. Je bent totaal afhankelijk van de kerk. een bom’ Of Scientology stappen zal ondernemen tegen Leah is niet bekend. Wel verwacht een aantal Scientology-kenners, onder wie Tony Ortega, dat Leah’s verhaal zal inslaan als een bom en dat behoorlijk wat sterren het zweet inmiddels tussen de bilnaad voelt lopen.

05:18am De recent (vanaf de zomer van 2015) sterke toename van de migranten in Europa, is geen toeval. Het is gepland en georkestreerd door mensen van binnen de EU. Sky News meldde onlangs over handboeken (Sky Finds ‘Handbook’ For EU-Bound Migrants) die gratis worden verspreid aan migranten in Turkije. Deze handboeken bevatten alle informatie die migranten nodig hebben wanneer ze naar Europa komen, met inbegrip van alarm telefoonnummers in het geval ze in de problemen komen, zowel op land, als ook op zee. Het artikel vermeldt 2 websites Welcome to the EU en Watch The Med. Wij deden onderzoek naar de mensen achter de websites en hebben het volgende gevonden: De persoon die de ‘Welcome to the EU’ website heeft geregistreerd (wij gebruikten whois) heet Bernd Kasparek, gepromoveerd in Forensische Oceanografie, en gespecialiseerd inzake migratie en grenscontroles, zoals u kunt zien in deze presentatie: On the boarders of (human) rights. Refugees and the ‘Fortress Europe’. Hij publiceert ook wel met Sabine Hess, Prof aan de universiteit van Göttingen. Hier is een presentatie van haar: Multi-situated Ethnography. Deze mensen zijn vooral aan te treffen op communistische en groene websites, zoals in Duitsland bv: interview met Bernd Kasparek . Opvallend is dat er migranten worden gespot met plastic zakken van de groene beweging, zoals hier A Syrian refugee tripped up by a Hungarian camerawoman, die de zak al in zijn bezit heeft bij aankomst in Hongarije. De laatste informatie duidt erop dat de vluchteling overigens voor het radicale Al Nusra Front, de Syrische tak van Al Qaeda en gelieerd aan IS, actief was. De link met links wordt verder ondersteund door oa. dit artikel: Links wil mensensmokkel legaliseren. Dezelfde Bernd is ook gerelateerd aan andere websites, websites die zich vaak ‘verrijken’ met termen als ‘antiracistisch’, enz … Een van deze websites is Bayerische Flüchtlingsrat, een raad voor vluchtelingen in München, Duitsland. Interessant is het feit dat het gebouw waar deze raad is gebaseerd, is gewist op Google Street View. De ‘Watch The Med’ website is geregistreerd door een man genaamd Lorenzo Pezzani. Een presentatie van hem over refugees and ‘fort Europe’ laat zien dat hij een groot fan is van massa immigratie. Meer informatie over hem is bijvoorbeeld te vinden op de website delfina stichting : Hier lezen we: “Lorenzo is onderdeel van het onderzoeksteam over Forensische Oceanografie, een initiatief met Charles Heller, geproduceerd in het kader van het ERC gefinancieerde project ‘Forensische Architecture – Goldsmiths, Centrum voor Onderzoek Architectuur’ “: De ERC is een EU fonds. Dat we hier uit komen bij een EU fonds is mogelijkerwijs geen toeval. Peter Sutherland, VN baas voor immigratie, en voormalig EU commisaris, promoot niet voor niets massa-immigratie: EU should ‘undermine national homogeneity’ says UN migration chief. Hij heeft namelijk samen met Cecilia Mälmstrom, EU Commisaris, het beleidsplan opgesteld voor de immigratie binnen de EU: Europe’s Immigration Challenge Verder lezend op de delfina fundament pagina citeren we (vrij vertaald): “Forensic Oceanography onderzoekt kritisch het gemilitariseerde grens regime in de Middellandse Zee, en brengt de maritieme rechtsgebieden in kaart om het geweld tegen migranten op zee te documenteren.” Zij zien de grenscontroles dus als geweld tegen migranten. Het artikel eindigt met: “…, en is uitgegroeid tot een instrument in de strijd voor de vrijheid van beweging.” Dus deze mensen zijn voorstander van vrij verkeer zonder controle … Lorenzo Pezzani heeft diverse research studies uitgevoerd over migranten die de Middellandse Zee oversteken, bijvoorbeeld: Forensisch Oceanography Report . De informatie uit deze studies wordt waarschijnlijk gebruikt voor de handboeken, omdat deze mensen achter de sites zitten die de handkboeken máken. Tevens kan deze informatie van belang zijn voor de smokkelmafia, bv. van waar vandaan zij moeten vertrekken met de bootjes om op de juiste plek te geraken. Zo gebruiken ze, gezien hun agenda met de handboeken en de welcome websites, diepgaande studies om het voor migranten gemakkelijk te maken naar Europa te komen. Nog wel gesponsord met EU-geld voor hun ‘onderzoek’. Uit verder onderzoek is gebleken dat meer dan 70 domeinen gehost worden op dezelfde server (213.139.76.196). Deze leiden tot verschillende websites met soortgelijke kwesties over migranten, en veel van hen zijn interessant om verder te onderzoeken. Een zo’n website is bv. Border monitoring EU, weer gelieerd aan Bernd Kasparek. Ook de delfina foundation is nader onderzoek waard. Tevens rijst de vraag wie er achter de server zit die al de websites met gelijksoortige doelen een plaatsje op het web hebben gegeven.

Although the goals of these efforts were to reduce the rate of late-stage disease and decrease cancer mortality, secular trends and clinical trials suggest that these goals have not been met; national data demonstrate significant increases in early-stage disease, without a proportional decline in later-stage disease. What has emerged has been an appreciation of the complexity of the pathologic condition called cancer. The word “cancer” often invokes the specter of an inexorably lethal process; however, cancers are heterogeneous and can follow multiple paths, not all of which progress to metastases and death, and include indolent disease that causes no harm during the patient’s lifetime. Better biology alone can explain better outcomes. Although this complexity complicates the goal of early diagnosis, its recognition provides an opportunity to adapt cancer screening with a focus on identifying and treating those conditions most likely associated with morbidity and mortality. October 12at 05:06am Chemotherapy Kills Cancer Patients Faster Than No Treatment At All chemo drug bagWishful thinking simply won’t deter from the fact that the cancer industry is just that: an industry. Doctors, drug companies, hospitals and other key stakeholders profit heavily each time a cancer patient submits to the conventional treatment model, which typically involves injecting chemotherapy poisons into the body, blasting it with ionizing radiation or cutting off body parts — or some barbaric combination of all three. It might rub some people the wrong way to state this, especially those who’ve had to watch a loved one die from conventional cancer treatment, but each of these supposed treatments don’t actually work, in many cases. Little-known science, which the medical-industrial complex has made it a practice to ignore or cover up, reveals that, despite what the medical industry often claims, chemotherapy in particular just isn’t an effective cancer treatment. Dr. Hardin B. Jones, a former professor of medical physics and physiology at the University of California, Berkeley, had been studying the lifespans of cancer patients for more than 25 years when he came to the conclusion that, despite popular belief, chemotherapy doesn’t work. He witnessed a multitude of cancer patients treated with the poison die horrific deaths, many of them meeting their fate much earlier than other patients who chose no treatment at all. After investigating this further, Dr. Jones found that cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy actually died more quickly, in most cases, than those who followed their doctors’ recommendations by getting the treatment. A few number-crunching efforts later and Dr. Jones exposed a fact that the conventional cancer industry doesn’t want the world to know about its multi-billion-dollar cash cow. “People who refused treatment
lived for an average of 12 and a half years,” stated Dr. Jones about
his study’s findings, which were published in the journal Transactions
of the New York Academy of Sciences. “Those who accepted other kinds
of treatment lived on an average of only 3 years.” Did you catch that? Refusing conventional cancer treatments and doing nothing resulted in cancer patients living more than four times longer than their more compliant counterparts. This is something you’ll never hear about from the mainstream media, which continues to peddle the myth that cancer patients somehow need poison injected into their bodies in order to survive and reach “cure” status. Dr. Jones’ study also found that the same is true concerning conventional treatments for breast cancer. Women with breast cancer who refused chemotherapy, radiation and surgery — and remained untreated — likewise lived four times longer than women who went under the knife or agreed to be poisoned with chemicals. As admitted in a more recent study published in the journal Clinical Oncology back in 2004, chemotherapy is really only effective about 2 percent of the time for all cancers. And this is based on the standard five-year survival rate criteria, which isn’t technically indicative of a cure — even though health authorities often like to claim it is. More on this is available here: A separate study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association back in 1979 found that many of the most common procedures for diagnosing and treating breast cancer, nearly all of which are still used today, have done nothing to lower breast cancer rates or increase survival for breast cancer patients. Two other studies, one of out Israel that was published in 1978 and another out of the UK that was published in The Lancet in 1980, came to similar findings. “Overall survival of patients with primary breast cancer has not improved in the past 10 years, despite increasing use of multiple-drug chemotherapy for treatment of metastasis,” explains the Lancet study, entitled “Failure of Chemotherapy to Prolong Survival in a Group of Patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer.” “Furthermore, there has
been no improvement in survival from first metastasis, and survival may
even have been shortened in some patients given chemotherapy.” There are solutions to treating cancer naturally, though, that don’t involve just doing nothing — which is still clearly better than going the conventional route.

Wie oefende druk uit om een zending wapens naar de regio te sturen? Begrijp je dan werkelijk niets over wie aan het vechten is in Syrië? Het zijn voornamelijk huursoldaten. Ze worden betaald begrijp je? Huursoldaten vechten voor die kant die het meeste betaalt. Dus ze bewapenen hen en betalen hen een bepaald bedrag. Ik weet zelfs wat deze bedragen zijn. Dus ze vechten en ze hebben wapens, maar aan het eind kun je hen natuurlijk niet zo ver krijgen om de wapens terug te geven. Dan ontdekken ze dat elders een beetje meer betaald wordt en gaan ze daar vechten. En bezetten de olievelden waar dan ook; in Irak, in Syrië. Ze beginnen met het winnen van olie en deze olie wordt door iemand gekocht. Waar zijn de sancties voor de partijen die deze olie kopen? Geloof je werkelijk dat de VS niet weet wie het koopt? Zijn het niet hun geallieerden die olie kopen van ISIS? Denk je niet dat de VS de kracht heeft om hun geallieerden te beïnvloeden? Of is het punt dat ze hun invloed daadwerkelijk niet wensen te gebruiken tegen hen? Dan rijst de vraag: “Waarom ISIS bombarderen?” In de regio’s waar ze beginnen met het winnen van olie en huursoldaten méér betalen, in die regio’s hebben de rebellen van het ‘geciviliseerde’ Syrische oppositieleger, zich onmiddellijk aangesloten bij ISIS omdat ze meer betaalden. Ik beschouw dit absoluut als onprofessionele politiek. Het is niet gegrond op feiten in de echte wereld. Ze zeggen: “We moeten geciviliseerde, democratische oppositie in Syrië ondersteunen.” En dus worden ze ondersteund en bewapend, maar morgen sluiten ze zich aan bij ISIS. Kunnen ze niet een stap vooruitdenken? Wij staan niet voor deze manier van politiek bedrijven door de VS. We beschouwen dit als verkeerd. Het beschadigt alle partijen, inbegrepen jullie (VS). Als het aankomt op beschouwing van onze nationale belangen zou ik heel graag willen dat mensen zoals u (VS-journalisten die de vragen stelden) op een dag uw overheid aansturen. Misschien kunnen we dan op de een of andere manier de situatie keren. Als dat niet gebeurt, wil ik op zijn minst vragen om mijn berichten bij uw overheid te bezorgen. Aan de President van de Verenigde Staten, de vicepresident en alle andere relevante personen. Vertel hen dat we geen confrontatie willen, of er ook maar enigszins naar op zoek zijn. Wanneer je onze nationale belangen begint te beschouwen in jullie acties, zal elke andere onenigheid die we ook hebben zichzelf reguleren. Dit moet gebeuren, niet alleen erover praten. U moet de belangen van anderen in beschouwing nemen, en u moet andere mensen respecteren. U kunt een ander niet “knijpen”, en alleen de voordelen in beschouwing te nemen van wat u dan ook nodig heeft. In de economie, in uw militaire activiteiten, in alles. Kijk naar Irak! De situatie daar is verschrikkelijk. Kijk naar Libië, en wat jullie daar hebben gedaan, waardoor uw ambassadeur werd vermoord. Waren wij het die dat deden? Jullie hebben er zelfs een Security Council besluit voor genomen om een vliegverbod boven Libië in te stellen. Waarvoor? Het besluit was genomen zodat Gaddafi’s luchtmacht geen vluchten meer konden uitvoeren om de rebellen te bombarderen. Dat was niet de slimste beslissing. Maar oké… Maar wat deden jullie zelf toen? Jullie begonnen het territorium van Libië te bombarderen. Dat is duidelijk een contravent van de Security Council resolutie. Het is zelfs ronduit agressie tegen een staat. Waren wij het die dat deden? Nee, jullie deden dat met blote handen en het eindigde met de moord op jullie ambassadeur. Wiens schuld is het? Het is jullie schuld! Is het een goed resultaat dat jullie ambassadeur werd vermoord? Het is eigenlijk een verschrikkelijke catastrofe. Maar kijk niet om je heen om iemand anders er de schuld van te geven als jij het bent die de vergissing heeft gemaakt. Je moet het tegenovergestelde doen; Stijg boven het oneindige verlangen om te domineren uit. U moet stoppen met acteren vanuit imperialistische ambities. Vergiftig niet het bewustzijn van miljoenen mensen; alsof er geen andere manier is dan imperialistische politiek. We zullen onze relatie met de VS nooit vergeten toen we hen steunden in de Oorlog van onafhankelijkheid. We zullen nooit vergeten dat we samen hebben gewerkt als geallieerden in beide wereldoorlogen. Ik persoonlijk geloof dat het geostrategische belang van Rusland en de VS in essentie hetzelfde is. We moeten ons focussen op deze verwevenheid.

Inspecteurs van het Bureau Telecomunicatie en Post (hierna, het BT&P) hebben in nauwe samenwerking met de experts van UTS/Setel en Digicel metingen uitgevoerd om te trachten deze storingsbron te lokaliseren. Hiertoe zijn er in het weekeinde door het BT&P en Digicel samen met een expert van Ericsson metingen uitgevoerd waaruit is gebleken dat vooral aan de zuidkust van Curaçao dit signaal opgevangen wordt. Er is door het BT&P contact opgenomen met het Venezolaanse reguleringsorgaan, Conatel, dat moet waken over de frequenties en vermogens die de diverse telecommunicatiebedrijven op hun grondgebied hebben. Momenteel is het BT&P in afwachting van een reactie van Conatel. Dit soort radiosignalen kunnen beïnvloed worden door de weersgesteldheid. De laatste dagen was de luchtvochtigheidsgraad boven zee bijzonder hoog waardoor de radiogolven een groter bereik kunnen hebben dan onder normale omstandigheden. Deze storing doet zich meestal voor in de middaguren. Hiermee zou verklaard kunnen worden dat de propagatie van deze golven door de hogere temparatuur beïnvloed wordt. Het BT&P zal in samenwerking met de genoemde bedrijven de situatie blijven monitoren om tot een definitieve oplossing te komen. Mijn commentaar Laat Bureau Telecomunicatie en Post maar eens meten hier op westpunt bij de radars zullen ze hun "storingsbron" vinden. Mooier nog Bureau Telecomunicatie en Post weet dit en speelt de domme. Jaren geleden (2006/2008) deed ik al diverse meldingen naar dit bureau maar wisten zgn de bron niet te vinden!

In a policy statement released Friday, the ministry advised state governments to reject any proposal to establish a dolphinarium “by any person / persons, organizations, government agencies, private or public enterprises that involves import, capture of cetacean species to establish for commercial entertainment, private or public exhibition and interaction purposes whatsoever.” Why? “Whereas cetaceans in general are highly intelligent and sensitive, and various scientists who have researched dolphin behavior have suggested that the unusually high intelligence; as compared to other animals means that dolphins should be seen as ‘non-human persons’ and as such should have their own specific rights and is morally unacceptable to keep them captive for entertainment purpose,” the ministry said. I was surprised to read about this the other night, since it happened back in May and somehow escaped worldwide attention and the 24 hour media hoopla. The effort to re-categorize Cetaceans (dolphins, whales, porpoises) as non-human persons has been gathering steam since a meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2011 where a group of philosophers, conservationists, and animal behaviorists attempted to gather wide support for a Declaration of Rights for Cetaceans from the scientific community. The Declaration: 1. Every individual cetacean
has the right to life. And what does it mean to say an animal has “rights”? “Unlike[…] positive rights, such as the ‘right’ to education or health care, the animal right is, at bottom, a right to be left alone. It does not call for government to tax us in order to provide animals with food, shelter, and veterinary care. It only requires us to stop killing them and making them suffer.” Seems reasonable enough. Considering dolphin intelligence has been long been established, this declaration doesn’t seem to be a particularly radical move. They exhibit self-awareness, use tools, cooperate to solve tasks, and very recently it was found that they possibly communicate to each other using individual names. The major real world implications of declaring them non-human persons would be the closing of dolphin and orca shows at marine parks, setting them free from aquariums and zoos, and a prohibition against kills, such as the one documented in Academy Award winning movie The Cove.

Een ervaren agent van de Nationale Recherche is aangehouden omdat hij ervan wordt verdacht geheime opsporingsinformatie te hebben verkocht aan de onderwereld. Dat bevestigt het Openbaar Ministerie aan RTL Nieuws. De politie heeft de man tien dagen geleden aangehouden. Hij zou op grote schaal 'zeer gevoelige' informatie hebben doorgespeeld aan internationale drugsorganisaties en criminele motorclubs, zoals No Surrender en Satudarah. De agent - die volgens de NRC opereerde 'in het hart van de recherche' - zou de onderwereld in de regio Oost-Brabant stelselmatig hebben geïnformeerd over lopende strafrechtelijke onderzoeken. NRC schrijft dat bij politie en justitie wordt gesproken van 'het grootste justitiële schandaal sinds de IRT-affaire' uit de jaren 90. Toen bleek dat de politie zelf in drugs handelde. Informatie over de aanhouding zou niet publiek zijn gemaakt in belang van het onderzoek naar de agent. Dit gaat over ‘campaign financing’. Iedereen weet dat bedrijven en miljardairs middels donaties op legale wijze politieke partijen opkopen. Vervolgens kopen ze ook de media op, zodat zij niet alleen de economische macht bezitten, maar via hun politieke handlangers ook de politieke macht. De USA is het schoolvoorbeeld. Maar wat nu? De Hoge Raad van Brazilië steekt hier een stokje voor! In een recente 8-3 beslissing hebben ze deze politieke koehandel verboden. Is die Hoge Raad wel goed bij zijn hoofd? Het ging zo lekker! Waar haalt die Raad de euvele moed vandaan om zich te mengen in de politiek? Rechters zijn immer niet democratisch verkozen. Zij zijn dus niet gelegitimeerd om deze legale politieke corruptie een halt toe te roepen. Dat moet de politiek doen! Deze drogredenering zou onze Hoge Raad in Den Haag te berde brengen. Maar de Braziliaanse Hoge Raad stak toch wel zijn nek uit. Waarom? Omdat als we moeten wachten op de politiek om zijn eigen vuil op te ruimen, we lang kunnen wachten! Anders gezegd, als het Gerecht het niet doet, doet niemand het! Hieronder de motivering van de Braziliaanse Hoge Raad. Haagse Raadsheren, let op! “The influence of economic power culminates by turning the electoral process into a political game of marked cards, an odious pantomime that turns the voter into a puppet, crumbling in one blow citizenship and democracy”, aldus Raadsvrouwe Rosa Weber in dit doorbraak arrest. Waarom besliste de Braziliaanse Raad zo? Juist, ter bescherming van de democratie! Want de politiek weet niet eens meer beter! Dit inzicht moet doordringen in de rechterlijke macht wereldwijd. Onze rechters moeten ophouden zich te verschuilen achter toverspreuken die door de Hoge Raad zijn bedacht om toch vooral van de politiek af te blijven, waardoor de politiek zijn corrupte spel rustig kan voortzetten. En het Gerecht wordt vaak toch gedwongen om politieke uitspraken te doen. Twee voorbeelden. Vlak vóór de verkiezingen van maart 2015 op Bonaire sprak ons Hof van Justitie twee lokale politici vrij. Normaal neemt het Hof zo’n megazaak in beraad en doet dan uitspraak bijvoorbeeld twee weken later. Deze keer deed het Hof dat niet. De uitspraak werd onmiddellijk gedaan … pal vóór de verkiezingen. De politieke invloed was aanzienlijk. Ander voorbeeld. In december 2014 wees ditzelfde Hof een rechtszaak tegen de Staat der Nederlanden af, waarin gevorderd werd om het niveau van de AOV in BES op te trekken naar het niveau van de AOW in Nederland. De politieke invloed ook van deze uitspraak was aanzienlijk. De partij die deze rechtszaak al enkele jaren actief had gepromoot, verloor de verkiezingen. Met andere woorden of men nu wil of niet, het Gerecht kan niet altijd afzijdig blijven. Wij zeggen hoort niet afzijdig te blijven. Maar dan moet het Gerecht wel weten waar we heen moeten en waarom. Beter is het daarom dat het Gerecht zijn eigen rol herziet. De rechterlijke macht moet op subtiele wijze de leiding nemen en de gemeenschap leiden naar echte democratie. Zowel politieke als economische democratie. Het Gerecht heeft niet het morele recht om met de handen gekruist te blijven wachten totdat de ‘have-nots’ massaal gaan rebelleren. Wanneer dat gebeurt wordt alles kort en klein geslagen, zonder enig perspectief op een redelijk alternatief. Wanneer het Gerecht echter optreedt, is er nog een kans op beschaving. De eerste reacties op deze serie Open Brieven zijn al binnen. Men kent het patroon. Eerst negeren, dan belachelijk maken, dan bestrijden en ten slotte zeggen: ‘Het was mijn idee!’. October 08 at 05:26am DO NOT MICROWAVE FOODS Facts About Microwaves That Should Forever Terminate Their Use Microwaves are a source of electromagnetic energy (a form of nonionizing form of radiation) electronically generated. When penetrating the aliments, they trigger an inner rotation of the water molecules inside the food. This rotation triggers a friction between the molecules and the result is a rapid growth in temperature. Microwaves use super-fast particles to literally radiate the contents of water inside food and bring it to boil. Not only has microwave use been linked to causing infertility in men, but it also denatures many of the essential proteins in the food making them virtually indigestible. Most animals will only consume food in its natural, unprocessed state, but humans actually go out of their way to render food nutritionally worthless before eating it. Think about all the prepackaged and processed foods we purchase and consume annually. It’s no wonder the state of our health is in dire straits. Microwave ovens work physically, biochemically and physiologically, producing ions and various free radicals, which destroy viruses and bacteria, but not toxins and microtoxins. The experts have concluded that food cooked in microwaves loses between 60% and 90% of its vital energy and, at the same time, the structural disintegration processes accelerates. Also, the nutrient substances are altered, leading to digestive diseases. These microwaves can increase both the number of cancerous cells in blood and the number of stomach and intestinal cancerous cells. Microwaves leaking radiation is a serious issue. Serious enough for the FDA to set legal limits on the leakage permitted by every microwave manufacturer. However, the only way to completely eliminate the radiation dangers associated with microwaves is not to use one. Microwave radiation has been known to cause cataracts, birth defects, cancer and other serious illnesses. Because of these causes the microwave ovens were banned in the Soviet Union in 1976. Soviet scientists found that the microwave exposure decreases the ability of some vitamins to by absorbed by the human body, dramatically accelerates the structural disintegration of all foods and reduces the metabolic stress of the alkaloids, glycosides and galactoses. In 1991, the Swiss Doctor Hans Ulrich Hertel made a study that demonstrated that cooking or heating food presents much greater risks for health than the traditionally cooked food. He found that people who ate microwave prepared food recorded losses in the hemoglobines and lymphoites. In 2003, a Spanish governmental study elaborated in Murcia demonstrated that the vegetables and fruits cooked in a microwave lost a percentage of 97% of the substances that contribute to reducing the incidence of coronary heart diseases. In Dr. Lita Lee’s book, Health Effects of Microwave Radiation — Microwave Ovens, and in the March and September 1991 issues of Earthletter, she stated that every microwave oven leaks electro-magnetic radiation, harms food, and converts substances cooked in it to dangerous organ-toxic and carcinogenic products. In Comparative Study of Food Prepared Conventionally and in the Microwave Oven, published by Raum & Zelt in 1992, at 3(2): 43, it states: “Artificially produced microwaves, including those in ovens, are produced from alternating current and force a billion or more polarity reversals per second in every food molecule they hit. Production of unnatural molecules is inevitable. Naturally occurring amino acids have been observed to undergo isomeric changes (changes in shape morphing) as well as transformation into toxic forms, under the impact of microwaves produced in ovens.” There are no atoms, molecules or cells of any organic system able to withstand such a violent, destructive power for any extended period of time, not even in the low energy range of milliwatts. Microwaves quickly destroy the delicate molecules of vitamins and phytonutrients (plant medicines) naturally found in foods. One study showed that microwaving vegetables destroys up to 97% of the nutritional content (vitamins and other plant-based nutrients that prevent disease, boost immune function and enhance health). Dr. Hertel was the first scientist to conceive and carry out a quality clinical study on the effects microwaved nutrients have on the blood and physiology of the human body. His small but well controlled study showed the degenerative force produced in microwave ovens and the food processed in them. The scientific conclusion showed that microwave cooking changed the nutrients in the food; and, changes took place in the participants’ blood that could cause deterioration in the human system. Hertel’s scientific study was done along with Dr. Bernard H. Blanc of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and the University Institute for Biochemistry. 12 Enumerated Effects of Microwaves 1. A breakdown of the human “life-energy field” in those who were exposed to microwave ovens while in operation, with side-effects to the human energy field of increasingly longer duration; 2. A degeneration of the cellular voltage parallels during the process of using the apparatus, especially in the blood and lymphatic areas; 3. A degeneration and destabilization of the external energy activated potentials of food utilization within the processes of human metabolism; 4. A degeneration and destabilization of internal cellular membrane potentials while transferring catabolic [metabolic breakdown] processes into the blood serum from the digestive process; 5. Take a look around you at every person that still uses a microwave. The largest majority are unhealthy and overweight. The more you use the microwave, the worse your nutritional state gets, and the more likely you are to be diagnosed with various diseases and put on pharmaceuticals which, of course, will create other health problems that lead to a grand spiraling nosedive of health. Of all the natural substances — which are polar — the oxygen of water molecules reacts most sensitively. This is how microwave cooking heat is generated — friction from this violence in water molecules. Structures of molecules are torn apart, molecules are forcefully deformed, called structural isomerism, and thus become impaired in quality. This is contrary to conventional heating of food where heat transfers convectionally from without to within. The following is a summary of the Russian investigations published by the Atlantis Raising Educational Center in Portland, Oregon: – Microwaving prepared meats sufficiently to insure sanitary ingestion caused formation of d-Nitrosodienthanolamines, a well-known carcinogen. – Microwaving milk and cereal grains converted some of their amino acids into carcinogens. – Thawing frozen fruits converted their glucoside and galactoside containing fractions into carcinogenic substances. – Extremely short exposure of raw, cooked or frozen vegetables converted their plant alkaloids into carcinogens. – Carcinogenic free radicals were formed in microwaved plants, especially root vegetables. Russian researchers also reported a marked acceleration of structural degradation leading to a decreased food value of 60 to 90% in all foods tested. Among the changes observed were: – Deceased bio-availability of vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics factors in all food tested. – Various kinds of damaged to many plant substances, such as alkaloids, glucosides, galactosides and nitrilosides. According to Dr. Lee, changes are observed in the blood chemistries and the rates of certain diseases among consumers of microwaved foods. The symptoms above can easily be caused by the observations shown below. The following is a sample of these changes: a.. Lymphatic disorders were

Farmers used growth chemicals to make their crops bigger, but ended up destroying them instead. The farmers used the growth accelerator forchlorfenuron. Even the melons that survived tended to have fibrous, misshapen fruit with mostly white instead of black seeds. MSNBC reports: “Chinese regulations don’t forbid use of the substance. It is also allowed in the United States for use on kiwi fruit and grapes … About 20 farmers and 115 acres of watermelon around Danyang were affected … Farmers resorted to chopping up the fruit and feeding it to fish and pigs”. This may sound like a joke, but it’s real alright. Seems the use of a chemical growth accelerator, forchlorfenuron, has been implicated in the widespread “exploding melon” phenomena. Forchlorfenuron is a so-called “plant growth regulator,” registered with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 2004 for use on grapes, raisins, and kiwis. According to the EPA Pesticide Fact sheet, the chemical is to be applied to the flowers and/or developing fruit during early post-bloom to improve fruit size, fruit set, cluster weight, and cold storage. The fact sheet explains that the chemical “acts synergistically with natural auxins to promote plant cell division and lateral growth.” According to MSNBC, the Chinese farmers incorrectly applied forchlorfenuron to the fruit “during overly wet weather and… too late in the season, which made the melons burst.” Indeed. Melons have been exploding by the acre. Another article published on May 24 by The Epoch Times, specified that the seeds used were “quality watermelon seeds” imported from Japan. Of the 20 farmers in the affected Chinese province, 10 of them used these imported Japanese seeds. It’s unclear whether all of the farmers whose crops blew up had also used forchlorfenuron. But ruptured melon-heads are not the most concerning aspect of this story. There’s also the question of consumer safety. Although no specific health hazards are mentioned in any of the articles covering this story, they do allude to the fact that there may be cause for health concerns. MSNBC writes: “The report quoted Feng Shuangqing, a professor at the China Agricultural University, as saying the problem showed that China needs to clarify its farm chemical standards and supervision to protect consumer health. the report underscores how farmers in China are abusing both legal and illegal chemicals, with many farms misusing pesticides and fertilizers.” Forchlorfenuron is in fact legal, both in China and in the US. But should it be? According to the EPA pesticide fact sheet, forchlorfenuron is not necessarily harmless, neither to the environment nor to animals and potentially humans. Side effects revealed in animal studies included: -Increased incidence of alopecia
(hair loss) They also categorize forchlorfenuron as “moderately toxic to freshwater fish on an acute basis.” One of the tell-tale signs of a fruit or vegetable that hasn’t been grown by entirely natural means is their inherent lack of flavor. It may look plump and ripe, but once you bite into it, it’s anything but a flavor sensation. This is because while growth enhancers like forchlorfenuron stimulate cell division, making the fruit grow faster, it also drains it of flavor. This is actually rather logical, if you think about it. Flavor is a sign of ripeness, which only comes with time. Many unripe fruits and vegetables are virtually tasteless. In the case of watermelons,
those treated with forchlorfenuron are very large and brightly colored
on the outside, but the color of the flesh is more white than deep red.
Other telltale signs are white instead of black seeds and fibrous, and/or
misshapen fruit. (Note, this is for regular watermelons, which have black
seeds. Seedless watermelons typically have tiny white seeds.) This is an area that doesn’t get much press. While many are now aware of the fact that CAFO raised meats are loaded with hormones, few would imagine that fresh produce would be laced with hormone additives as well. But they are. According to Zheng Fengtian, a professor of agriculture from Renmin University, hormones can increase yields by 20 percent or more, and are therefore “widely used.” Some of these hormones you might never expect to make their way onto your plate, such as oxytocin—a hormone that acts as a neuromodulator in your brain; often referred to as “the love hormone,” or “bonding hormone.” It’s released naturally in large amounts in a woman’s body during childbirth, but has also been synthesized biochemically and is available as a prescription drug to induce labor—and is, apparently, being illegally injected into fruits and vegetables in some countries… Last summer, an Indian health minister, Dinesh Trivedi, warned about the illegal use of oxytocin in fruits and vegetables in India. Apparently the hormone allows produce to gain weight and ripen sooner. Injected produce also appear plumper and fresher. According to Trivedi, the hormone is being used on: -Pumpkins FoodSafety.com also reported
that the drug, although banned for public sale in India, was widely available
from fertilizer and pesticide vendors. Potential side effects of consuming
oxytocin-laced produce include: Other growth promoting agents used in fruits and vegetables include: Ethylene (used to ripen mangoes) While ethylene is considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe), calcium carbide “may contain traces of arsenic and phosphorus, both highly toxic to humans,” according to one industry source, and most countries do not allow its use. Interestingly enough, one of the Chinese farmers whose melons exploded reportedly used a formula containing a mixture of growth enhancers, sweetening agents, and “a calcium solution.” So it’s not clear whether the formula used on the exploding fruits contained calcium carbide in conjunction with the forchlorfenuron. Whatever the case may be, the results are clearly not good. If you’re still vacillating on the issue of going organic, I hope this information spurs you into action. If you eat conventionally grown produce, not only are you exposing yourself and your family to a variety of pesticides; you may also get hormones and chemical growth promoters—all of which have the potential to devastate your health, especially that of young children. Remember, conventional produce sold in your local supermarket comes from all over the world! So you cannot brush off this information as being a potential threat affecting just the region in which the produce was grown. Organic foods also contain higher amounts of nutrients, so you’re getting “more bang for your buck,” when seen from a nutrition standpoint. One four-year long European-Union-funded study found that: -Organic fruit and vegetables
contain up to 40 percent more antioxidants Last but not least, if you’re any kind of food aficionado, meaning if you like flavor, organic foods simply cannot be beat. When it comes to produce, your absolute best bet is locally-grown organics. That’s truly the best of both worlds. However, if you can’t find locally grown organics, opt for USDA certified organic, but not imported organic, over the conventionally grown variety. Just be aware that wilted organic produce is not going to provide the nutrition that a fresh one will, even if it’s conventionally grown, so freshness is also key. There are some exceptions to the all-organic rule, which may be welcome news if you cannot afford to buy everything organic. It is based on the results of nearly 43,000 pesticide tests. Organic fruits and vegetables are by definition grown without the use of pesticides. But some find the expense of organic foods prohibitive. Of the 43 different fruit and vegetable categories in the Guide to Pesticides, the following twelve foods had the lowest pesticide load when conventionally grown. Consequently, they are the safest conventionally grown crops to consume: Broccoli The biggest study ever into organic food – a four-year EU funded project called the Quality Low Input Food (QLIF) project – found that organic food is FAR more nutritious than ordinary produce, and can help improve your health and longevity. You're likely to hear more about this again, once they publish their findings in full, which is expected to occur by the end of this year. This study may have considerable impact, as its findings may even overturn government advice – at least in the U.K. – which currently states that eating organic food is no more than a lifestyle choice. For example, this study found that: Organic fruit and vegetables
contain up to 40 percent more antioxidants The researchers even went so far as to say that eating organic foods can help to increase the nutrient intake of people who don't eat the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Food grown in healthier soil, with natural fertilizers simply has to be more nutritious. It is common knowledge -- though knowledge that is greatly suppressed in the United States. But science is catching up, making suppression of this fact more difficult to sustain. A 2003 study in the Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry, for example, found that organic foods are better for fighting cancer. And in 2005, scientists found that, compared to rats that ate conventional diets, organically fed rats experienced various health benefits, including: Improved immune system status Does this mean that you should ditch all of your conventional produce and meat, and only buy certified organic foods? Well, yes … and no. What Should You Buy Organic? Aside from the fact that organic food contains higher levels of vital nutrients, organic foods are also lower in other residues and compounds that are seriously detrimental to your health, such as herbicide- and pesticide residues. Additionally, the use of pesticides and herbicides in conventional farming practices contaminates groundwater, ruins the soil structure and promotes erosion. They've also been linked to the mysterious "colony collapse disorder" that threatens pollinating honeybees around the world. With that in mind, buying or growing as much organic food as possible is not only best for your health, but for the health of the entire planet. That said, however, certain fruits and vegetables are subjected to far heavier pesticide use than others. And with food prices rising, many are looking for ways to buy the healthiest foods possible at the lowest cost. One such way would be to focus on purchasing certain organic items, while "settling" for others that are conventionally-grown. This is where the EWG study of pesticide residue on produce really helps. Of the 43 different fruit and vegetable categories tested, these 12 fruits and vegetables had the highest pesticide load, making them the most important to buy or grow organic: Peaches Conventionally-grown strawberries, in particular, were found to be highly toxic due to a poisonous blend of pesticides in a previous 2007 EU study as well. But be VERY careful as the list above is for fruits and vegetables. Non-organic meats have far higher concentrations of pesticides than all of the fruits and vegetables. And the highest concentration of pesticides is actually in non-organic butter. So if you can only buy one organic food item it should be butter. Next priority would be meats and once those are addressed, you will want to focus on the fruit and vegetable list above. Locally-grown organics are your absolute best bet, but bear in mind that many times buying locally-grown food is your best choice even if it's grown conventionally, as the environmental impact of shipping organic produce across the globe can cancel out many its benefits. Organic farming standards are also questionable in many parts of the world. These Conventionally-Grown Foods are Low in Pesticide Residue -- But Watch Out For GMO Varieties! While you may have heard about the most common GMO food sources, such as corn, many people are clueless about JUST HOW MUCH of your produce is now available in GMO varieties. And, perhaps even worse, just how many deliberate GMO field trials are actually going on, all across the world. A perfect example of the repercussions of this practice can be seen in Hawaii, where non-GMO papaya seed supplies are now so seriously contaminated by GMO seeds that at least 50 percent of organic seeds test positive for GMO! That means you have a greater than 50/50 chance of buying GMO even when buying organic Hawaiian papaya… Although the U.S. does not require GMOs to be labeled, you can still find out whether or not your produce is genetically engineered, by looking at its PLU code. For example: A conventionally grown product
carries a 4-digit PLU code (Ex: conventionally grown banana: 4011) Here are a few other fruits that are LOW in pesticide residue, and therefore good candidates to purchase as conventionally-grown, however, double-check to make sure you're not buying a GMO variety. Avocado – A new GMO avocado
variety is scheduled to be introduced this year that is immune to "stress"
and pests, per an Indian state report published in March, 2008. Pineapple -- GMO pineapples, designed to produce greater levels of proteins, vitamins and sugars may already be on the market. Australia applied for pineapple into environment all the way back in 2002. The pineapple is called "Smooth Cayenne," which has delayed flowering and herbicide resistance. It also contains the tobacco acetolactate synthase gene (suRB) from Nicotiana tabacum. Kiwi -- The transgenic variety of kiwi fruit is the Actinidia deliciosa from Italy. October 08 at 05:01am Top EU court rules data sharing pact with US invalid LUXEMBOURG (AP) — Europe's top court ruled Tuesday that data stored on U.S. servers is potentially unsafe because of government spying, a blow to companies such as Facebook that might need to change the way they handle private data from the region. The court's decision declares invalid a pact allowing thousands of companies to transfer to the U.S. information on users in the European Union's 28 countries — such as when someone clicks "like" on Facebook or an advertisement link. The case was brought by an Austrian law student in the wake of revelations by former U.S. National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden of the extent of the NSA's surveillance programs. Max Schrems complained that U.S. law doesn't offer sufficient protection against surveillance of data transferred by Facebook to servers in the United States. The verdict could have far-reaching implications for companies operating in Europe as well as for the region's ailing economy. The decision does not mean companies have to immediately stop transferring data to the U.S. Rather, it opens up the possibility that European regulators will be inundated by complaints by consumers, making it hugely difficult to do business. "The message is clear — that mass surveillance is not possible and against fundamental rights in Europe," said Schrems after the ruling. Companies, he added, "cannot just aid foreign spies and get away with it because they fall under European jurisdiction." The so-called "safe harbor" agreement has allowed companies to send data on users from the EU to U.S. since 2000. That includes information on how users behave online, such as what pages they visit and where they spend money. Since its creation, the agreement has helped facilitate Internet businesses, such as social media, which rely heavily on user data. Facebook and Google, for example, earn money from advertising that relies on data on how users behave on the Internet — what they search for and what they click on. But the revelations of NSA spying have provoked a backlash from European consumers and governments. In a separate case, for example, Google is being forced to consider Europeans' requests to delete from its search results links to content that they find offensive or inappropriate. The European Commission, the EU's executive branch, has tried to revise the "safe harbor" agreement over the past two years and expects Tuesday's ruling will support that effort. "Today's judgment is an important step towards upholding Europeans' fundamental rights to data protection," said European Commission Vice President Frans Timmermans. "In the light of the ruling we will continue this work towards a renewed and safe framework for the transfer of personal data across the Atlantic." Schrems, the Austrian student, complained to the data protection authorities in Ireland, where Facebook has its European headquarters, that his information was not safe on U.S. servers. Irish authorities initially rejected his complaint, pointing to a 2000 decision by the EU's executive Commission that under the "safe harbor" agreement, the U.S. ensures adequate data protection. In Schrems' case, the Irish data commissioner will now be required to "decide whether ... transfer of the data of Facebook's European subscribers to the United States should be suspended on the ground that that country does not afford an adequate level of protection of personal data," the court said. In a statement, Facebook said it's now "imperative that EU and U.S. governments ensure that they continue to provide reliable methods for lawful data transfers and resolve any issues relating to national security." The statement noted that the European court's advocate general "himself said that Facebook has done nothing wrong." Later, in the famous scandal, Putin (on Roman Abramovich's instructions) blackmailed Skuratov with these tapes and tried to persuade the Prosecutor-General to resign. In that conversation, Putin mentioned to Skuratov that he himself was also secretly video-taped making sex at the same bed. (But of course, he did not tell it was pedophilia rather than normal sex.) Aangezien men na de Franse tijd in 1814 behoefte had aan een nationaal volkslied werd in 1816 door admiraal Van Kinsbergen een wedstrijd georganiseerd, waarbij het Nederlandse volk zijn eigen volkslied kon kiezen. In 1817 werd ‘Wien Neerlands Bloed’ – dat was gecomponeerd door Johann Wilms op een gedicht van Hendrik Tollens – met zeer grote meerderheid door de Nederlanders gekozen als het officiële Nederlandse volkslied. Echter, in augustus 1932 werd het democratisch gekozen volkslied op bevel van koningin Wilhelmina afgeschaft en vervangen door het Oranjelied ‘Wilhelmus’.
Iedere Nederlander werd verplicht dit lied te kennen, en op de scholen werd het erin gestampt. Kinderen die het niet wilden zingen, of het van thuis niet mochten (in de regel kinderen uit ‘rode’ gezinnen) werden van school gestuurd. Aanvankelijk voor de duur van 3 dagen, maar voorgoed indien ze halsstarrig bleven weigeren.
Maar er waren destijds ook scholen waar bewust geen aandacht aan het ‘Wilhelmus’ werd geschonken. Met name in Friesland waar ze hun eigen volkslied “Fryslân Boppe” trouw wilden blijven, maar ook daar werd de druk dusdanig opgevoerd dat ook de Friezen er niet meer onderuit konden komen.
Op Koninginnedag in 1932 (destijds nog op 31 augustus) kreeg de politie opdracht er streng op toe te zien dat het ‘Wilhelmus’ werd gespeeld. Nadat was gebleken dat een militaire kapel in Utrecht toch het ‘Wien Neerlands Bloed’ had gespeeld, volgde er een diepgaand onderzoek door de legerautoriteiten.
Voor de goede orde: de eerste
twee regels van ons oorspronkelijke volkslied (“Wien Neerlands bloed
door de aderen vloeit; Van vreemde smetten vrij”) had niets met racisme
te maken, maar met de jarenlange Franse bezetting (“vreemde smetten”).

It may “feel” like your friend when it comforts you (due to the beta-endorphin rush in your brain), but sugar is really your ENEMY. Truth be told, regular consumption of sugary foods is one of the worst things that you can do for your health. Modern scientific research has shown us, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that sugar in your food (in all its myriad forms) is taking a devastating toll on your health. Take a look at the sugar consumption trends over the past 300 years: In 1700, the average person
consumed about 4 pounds of sugar per year. In 1890, only 3 people out of 100,000 had diabetes. In 2012, almost 8,000 out of every 100,000 people was diagnosed with diabetes! The “sugar rush” has been targeted at our children. American children are consuming about 10 times as much sugar as they were in 1900, especially in the form of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), which is the average American’s greatest source of calories! Highly addictive HFCS contains fructose and glucose, but they are NOT bound together (as they are in table sugar) so the body doesn’t need to break it down. Therefore, the fructose is absorbed immediately, going straight to the liver, which turns it into fat (VLDL and triglycerides). According to Dr. Joseph Mercola: “Fructose also tricks the body into gaining weight by fooling your metabolism (it turns off the appetite-control system). Fructose does not appropriately stimulate insulin, which in turn does not suppress ghrelin (the “hunger hormone”) and doesn’t stimulate leptin (the “satiety hormone”), which together result in your eating more and developing insulin resistance.” This process also suppresses the immune system. But just because you avoid HFCS doesn’t mean that you’re in the clear. Excess intake of ALL processed sugars results in compromised immune function (decreasing the white blood cells’ ability to destroy bacteria), obesity, and diabetes. And if that’s not enough, keep in mind that sugar is HIGHLY addictive! That’s right! Dr. Serge Ahmed of Bordeaux, France, has been working with rats and giving them the choice between cocaine and sugar. Guess which one wins, time and again? That’s right … sugar! It turns out that the sweet taste of sugar is more rewarding than the high of cocaine. You see, sugar produces dopamine – a happy, feel-good chemical – in the brain. People get addicted to eating sugar, whereby they need it to feel “normal” and they undergo “withdrawal” if they cut sugar from their diets. A presentation was made at the FTC workshop by Lee Tien, senior staff attorney for the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF). Key statements in the presentation and follow-up panel discussion include the following: “I’m not really a cheerleader for the Internet of Things. Now we’re not discussing government surveillance today, but I think all consumer privacy advocates, anyone who thinks about the privacy issues thoughtfully, is going to have an eye on what data about household activities or personal activities the government could end up obtaining, either directly from the devices or from IoT providers, whether using legal process or other less savory means. Smart meters are a good example. This is an area where EFF has been very active … recognizing in California that there was a lot of serious privacy issues around the granular energy usage data. I like to use this quote from Siemens in Europe a few years ago where they said, you know, we, Siemens, have the technology to record energy use every minute, second, and microsecond, more or less live. From that, we can infer how many people are in the home, what they do, whether they are upstairs, downstairs, do you have a dog, when do you usually get up, when did you get up this morning, when you have a shower. Masses of private data. And obviously, this is a European perspective, which is especially solicitous of privacy, and yet the ability to make those kinds of inferences from energy usage data is clearly there. … The thing that is interesting here is that, while there are real privacy risks, very, very few consumers seem to be aware of them. Indeed, when I spoke at a public utility lawyers’ conference about a month ago and we talked about the subject, along with the utility representatives, nobody in the room had any idea that there were privacy issues. And so the thing that — one of the issues I think we have to face is that the modern consumer just doesn’t know that much about what can be learned from their data and therefore a lot of the notice and choice issues that we normally rely on for consumers to protect themselves, that’s going to be a problem. … People have a tendency to underestimate what can be done with it. … Mr. EICHORN: Lee, let me follow-up on a point that you raised earlier about the dragnet, because a lot of the products we have been talking about here for the home are products where I, as the consumer, go out and affirmatively seek it out and hook it up and connect it to my smart phone or whatever. So, talk about the dragnet a little bit. Mr. TIEN: Well, I mean obviously I have been working in a smart meter environment, so that’s one where, certainly in California, consumers don’t have a whole lot of choice. The PUC has basically allowed PG&E and the utility to simply install smart meters. So that is sort of the classic example where you are instrumenting homes, with or without consumers’ real consent. And it becomes part of what sociologists would call the furnished frame, as opposed to something that you deliberately chose to bring into the home environment; it’s just there. The variation on a furnished frame in the Internet of Things is that you don’t really understand what it is that you brought into the home. You know you brought in an internet connected device, but as I mentioned before, you have no idea what the implications of it are. … People just don’t understand how various kinds of big data operations can analyze the data to bring much more out of it than you ever would have expected. And so this is not necessarily — and it’s not targeted because it’s not like, gee, I want to know about you. It’s that here’s a lot of data that’s become available, through the fact of embedded sensors. And I’m — it’s really a larger issue in the built environment overall. … But it just produces these very, very large masses of data, which you can do all sorts of really fascinating analysis of, but the implications of that are that, even if you’re not being targeted, it can be figured out, many, many interesting things about you, that you might not want, or probably don’t want, anyone who has access to the data to be able to figure out. Mr. EICHORN: So, there were a couple of reports that came out yesterday, white papers basically, and they both suggested a similar thing which is that the Internet of Things presents some new challenges to notice and choice. And one conclusion that they both supported was that basically, because of the potential new uses of information that may occur to companies after collection, that sort of the idea of specifying the purpose for what you are collecting information is sort of passé. They found that baking, griddle-cooking and, yes, microwaving produced the lowest losses, while boiling and pressure-cooking were the hardest on antioxidants. Frying was somewhere in between. The percentage of antioxidants lost with each method depended on the vegetable and the antioxidant tested, but artichokes were particularly durable, keeping most of their radical-scavenging properties regardless of cooking method. The amount of antioxidants lost in the microwave ranged from none at all to over 50 percent, which was found in the case of nuking cauliflower and measuring an antioxidant that protects against certain fat-soluble radicals. In a few cases, cooking vegetables in a microwave actually increased the amount of antioxidants: After a round in the microwave, carrots, celery and green beans contained more of an antioxidant that fights a radical known as ABTS. The real culprit for lost nutrition isn't how you heat veggies, but how much water you use, the researchers found. Boiling and pressure-cooking cause nutrients to leach out of veggies and into the cooking water. When it comes to preparing vegetables, the authors concluded, "water is not the cook's best friend." gevallen en niemand kan precies vertellen waarom. In april namen alle
partijen in de Tweede Kamer een motie aan van mij en VVD-collega André
Bosman, voor een groot onderzoek naar de verbondenheid tussen onder- en
bovenwereld. Tussen de politiek en de (illegale) gokindustrie, waar crimineel
geld wordt witgewassen. Mogelijk met betrokkenheid van Nederlandse accountants. Curaçao en Sint Maarten
zijn prachtige eilanden, met prachtige mensen. De bezoeker raakt al snel
verliefd op de kleurrijke cultuur en de vriendelijke omgang. Maar wie
de eilanden beter leert kennen, ontdekt al gauw een heel andere wereld.
Terwijl veel bewoners gebukt gaan onder diepe armoede, genieten veel buitenlanders
van hun belastingvrije rijkdom. De eilanden zijn overspoeld met accountants
en fiscalisten. Hebben talrijke speciale economische zones en belastingvrije
regelingen. En een (illegale) gokindustrie die in geen verhouding staat
tot het aantal toeristen. Deze infrastructuur is niet alleen interessant
voor multinationals, maar ook voor internationale criminelen, die hier
graag hun geld witwassen. Dat geld stroomt ook naar de
bovenwereld, naar de politiek. Theo Heyliger, de belangrijkste politicus
op Sint Maarten, kon bij verkiezingen beschikken over 3 miljoen dollar
– dat is zo’n 150 dollar per kiezer. Gerrit Schotte, de eerste
premier van het autonome Curaçao, staat terecht voor het aannemen
van geld van Francesco Corallo, casinobaas op Sint Maarten. Critici die
wijzen op de verbondenheid tussen onder- en bovenwereld, zoals de blogger
Judith Roumou op Sint Maarten, worden opgepakt en geïntimideerd.
De populaire politicus Helmin Wiels op Curaçao, die in mei 2013
aankondigde dat hij de onderwereld wilde aanpakken, werd kort daarop vermoord.

en Sint Maarten – net als Aruba – onderdeel zijn van het Koninkrijk,
zijn wij binnen dat verband verantwoordelijk voor goed bestuur. Het blijft
onze taak om ernstige misstanden aan te pakken. Maar ik wil het ook niet.
We kunnen de bevolking op de eilanden niet zomaar in handen geven van
de criminelen. In 2010 heeft een meerderheid van PvdA, CDA, D66, ChristenUnie
en GroenLinks onze waarschuwingen in de wind geslagen, dat de eilanden
niet klaar waren voor autonomie. Nu moeten we alsnog optreden, nu het
zoveel erger is geworden. Komende woensdag bespreekt
de Tweede Kamer de begroting voor Koninkrijksrelaties. Alle partijen zullen
moeten concluderen dat de situatie nu slechter is dan ooit. Dat alle wetten
die we hebben gemaakt, niet hebben voorkomen dat de onderwereld de bovenhand
kreeg. Dat al het geld dat we hebben geïnvesteerd, gewone mensen
op de eilanden niet een betere toekomst heeft gegeven. Het onderzoek naar
de verbondenheid tussen onder- en bovenwereld heeft geleid tot voorspelbare
reacties: sommige bestuurders op de eilanden beschuldigen Nederland van
een nieuw kolonialisme. Ik denk eerder dat de onderwereld de Antillen
heeft gekolonialiseerd. Veel mensen op de eilanden geeft het optreden
van Nederland enige hoop, zo laten ze ons in ieder geval weten. Hoop dat

We can’t leave the people on the islands in the hands of big criminals It isn’t really a festive celebration, the anniversary of the new countries Curaçao and St. Maarten, which became autonomous countries within the Kingdom on October 10, 2010. Poverty has increased enormously, as well as the crime rate. The world of organised crime seems to have taken over the government by buying votes and bribing politicians. In a very short period, the governments of Curaçao and St. Maarten have fallen and nobody exactly knows why. Last April, all political parties in the Dutch parliament voted in favour of a motion tabled by my VVD-colleague André Bosman and me calling for an investigation into the relationship between the criminal underworld and the legitimate society. That investigation mainly focuses on the relationship between politics and the (illegal) gambling industry where a lot of money is being laundered, possibly with involvement of Dutch companies. Curaçao and St. Maarten are beautiful islands, populated by beautiful people. The visitor quickly falls in love with the colourful culture and their friendly people. Upon getting a better understanding of the islands, one soon finds a different world: while many people are living in deep poverty, many foreigners are enjoying their tax-free wealth. The islands are overrun by accountants and tax specialists, and have special economic zones and special duty-free rules. With an (illegal) gamble-industry that is disproportionate to the number of tourists. The financial infrastructure is not only used by multinational companies, but also by international criminals who like to launder their dirty money here. Some of this dirty money also flows to the legitimate society and to politics. Theo Heyliger, St. Maarten’s most important politician, in the past seemed to have three million US Dollars available for elections, which is approximately US $150 per voter. Gerrit Schotte, the first Prime Minister of autonomous Curaçao, is at this moment in Court for allegedly taking money from St. Maarten casino boss Francesco Corallo. Critics who point out the connection between underworld and upper world, like the St. Maarten blogger Judith Roumou are being arrested and intimidated. The popular politician Helmin Wiels on Curaçao, who in May 2013 announced that he wanted to deal with the underworld, was killed shortly thereafter. The question who ordered his murder is still under investigation. In the corridors of the Dutch Parliament many conversations about the islands end with a sigh: “If only we could get rid of them.” Fact is that we can’t. As long as Curaçao and St. Maarten, and the same goes for Aruba, are part of the Kingdom, we are still responsible for good governance, and it is our task to tackle serious injustices. I don’t want to get rid of the Islands. We can’t leave the people on the islands in the hands of the big criminals. In 2010 a vast majority in the Dutch Parliament ignored the warning by the Socialist Party that the islands weren’t ready for autonomy. Now we still have to get into action with a criminal investigation that puts our political relation under pressure. Next week Wednesday, the Second Chamber will discuss the 2016 budget for Kingdom Relations. Parties can only come to the conclusion that the situation is worse than ever. That all the laws we made haven’t prevented that the underworld got the upper hand. That all the money we invested hasn’t made a difference and didn’t give ordinary people much hope for a better future. The criminal investigation has led to predictable reactions: some politicians on the islands accuse the Netherlands of new colonialism. However, I tend to believe that it is the underworld which colonised the Antilles. Many people on the islands tell me that the actions of the Netherlands give them some hope. back to normal by US scientists Cancer cells have been programmed back to normal by scientists in a breakthrough which could lead to new treatments and even reverse tumour growth. For the first time aggressive breast, lung and bladder cancer cells have been turned back into harmless benign cells by restoring the function which prevents them from multiplying excessively and forming dangerous growths. Scientists at the Mayo Clinic in Florida, US, said it was like applying the brakes to a speeding car. So far it has only been tested on human cells in the lab, but the researchers are hopeful that the technique could one day be used to target tumours so that cancer could be ‘switched off’ without the need for harsh chemotherapy or surgery. "We should be able to re-establish the brakes and restore normal cell function,” said Profesor Panos Anastasiadis, of the Department for Cancer Biology. “Initial experiments in some aggressive types of cancer are indeed very promising. “It represents an unexpected new biology that provides the code, the software for turning off cancer." Cells need to divide constantly to replace themselves. But in cancer the cells do not stop dividing leading to huge cell reproduction and tumour growth. The scientists discovered that the glue which holds cells together is regulated by biological microprocessors called microRNAs. When everything is working normally the microRNAs instruct the cells to stop dividing when they have replicated sufficiently. They do this by triggering production of a protein called PLEKHA7 which breaks the cell bonds. But in cancer that process does not work. Scientists discovered they could switch on cancer in cells by removing the microRNAs from cells and preventing them from producing the protein. And, crucially they found that they could reverse the process switching the brakes back on and stopping cancer. MicroRNAs are small molecules which can be delivered directly to cells or tumours so an injection to increase levels could switch off disease. We are now working on better delivery options.” Cancer experts in Britain said the research solved a riddle that biologists had puzzled over for decades, why cells did not naturally prevent the proliferation of cancer. “This is an unexpected finding,” said Dr Chris Bakal, a specialist in how cells change shape to become cancerous, at the Institute for Cancer Research in London. “We have been trying to work out how normal cells might be suppressing cancer, and stopping dividing when they form contacts with each other, which has been a big mystery. “Normal cells touch each other and form junctions then they shut down proliferation. If there is a way to turn that back on then that would be a way to stop tumours from growing. “I think in reality it is unlikely that you could reverse tumours by reversing just one mechanism, but it’s a very interesting finding.” Henry Scowcroft, Cancer Research UK’s senior science information manager, said: “This important study solves a long-standing biological mystery, but we mustn’t get ahead of ourselves. “There’s a long way to go before we know whether these findings, in cells grown in a laboratory, will help treat people with cancer. The chain letter went on to state that anyone who didn’t sign up to this service would have all their photos sold to evil corporations who would use the images in adverts for haemorrhoid cream, Fianna Fáil posters, and hardcore pornography. “And of course, the only way to prevent this is to post a status on Facebook saying that you don’t agree to these terms,” said Zuckerberg, who has just about had it with this shit by now. “Do you people even read this crap before you copy and paste it? Or does it just punch your moron button hard enough to get a reaction? Honestly, do you think our legal team combs through the profiles of the billion or so Facebook users, looking to see did they post some garbage about whether or not you consent to the terms of some made-up bullshit? Door dat niet aarden van de hoogspanningsmasten slaat er bij elke onweersbui vele schakelkasten en travos !! Men wil GEEN geld uitgeven op bandabou voor een deugdelijk . October 03 at 05:43am Het voorgeschotelde beeld van gezond zijn Je kunt geen krant of blad openslaan of het gaat over hoe je er uit moet zien en hoe gezond die persoon is die weer een of ander middel heeft gevonden voor eeuwige gezondheid of blijvende schoonheid. Zelfs bij de grootste bladen, websites en video pagina's, die alles op natuurlijke basis menen te promoten, kom je raadselachtige uitspraken tegen maar ook vele twijfelachtige advertenties. Laatst zag ik in een van onze grootste health freak bladen zeer opmerkelijke advertenties van cosmetica en producten vanwaar je weet dat er veel dierenleed, veel geld en een vieze wereld achter zit en waar deze producten op zeer discutabele manieren tot stand zijn gekomen. Ook zie je bij de meest "spirituele" hoeken in de pers of internet het snakken naar materialisme, peperdure auto's en huizen. Dat allemaal naast de woorden "loslaten", "een zijn" en "spiritueel" zijn. De luxe sauna's, voor jan met de pet onbetaalbaar, vliegen je om je oren. Daarnaast zie je foto's van zogenaamde gezonde zielen die als je hun energiewereld doorziet, lege bronnen zijn vol ellende en veelal verslaafd aan vele pepmiddelen die zogenaamd gezond zijn. Praten we nog niet over het eten wat aangeboden wordt op deze video's, pagina's en bladen. Je tenen trekken bij elkaar als je alle supplementen ziet, alle kruiden en toeten en bellen die dan weer aangeprezen worden door sterk gephotoshopte personen die pretenderen het eeuwig gezond leven te hebben. We leven al velen eeuwen in een dimensie die totaal niets meer met leven en gezond leven te maken hebben. We bevinden ons midden in "handel", in alles wat maar geld op kan brengen. Het ware leven en de ware voeding van de mens wordt maar mondjesmaat vrijgegeven en de "geheimen" van gezond zijn worden alsmaar verzwegen. Dat allemaal omdat het ware leven en de ware eeuwige gezondheid niet zit in capsules, luxe, pillen of extravagante locaties. Het ware leven en gezondheid brengt geen geld op en is voor niets te verkrijgen. We zien dat bij die oudjes die alles wat luxe en alles wat geldmakende middelen laten voor wat ze zijn. Ze zijn sereen, één met moeder natuur en leven nog vele jaren in een geweldige wereld. Het handje eten is genoeg om hen het absolute te bieden en alle gezondheid die zij nodig hebben. Nee, hun hoofd staat niet naar "mooi" en "gezond" zijn. Deze zielen zijn puur, ze zijn gezond, wat een ander er ook van denkt. Het is het binnenste, het pure wat de mens maakt. Ziektes en pijnen zijn allemaal een gevolg van het gif wat dagelijks ingenomen wordt, de "mindset" en de manier van leven. Als mensen klagen over pijnen is het wat zij zelf innemen en hun eigen lichaam aan doen. Al deze zogenaamde reguliere en alternatieven zijn niets meer als hopen dat de persoon hun portemonnaie trekt om weer geld te spenderen in een of ander wondermiddel of behandeling. De pure gezondheid zit in elk mens maar het is de mens zelf die oneindig bezig is in een cirkel van ziektes en pijnen wat gekoppeld is in deze dimensie aan geld, macht en luxe. Alle gezondheid heb jezelf in de hand. De stap daar naar toe is je totale eetgedrag omgooien. Het eten van kunstvoedsel, vlees en alle vormen van chemicaliën zal uit je eet- en leefpatroon gehaald moeten worden. De meest effectieve weg is je te gaan begeven in de rauwe groenten en fruit wereld samen met noten die niet bewerkt zijn. In deze 3 hoofdgroepen zit alles wat je lichaam nodig heeft zelfs het water waar men denkt liters per dag van te moeten drinken. ALLES zit in deze driemusketiers. Al het kunstvoedsel, alcohol en drugs en ook spoortje dit spoortje dat, kunnen vervallen omdat deze geheel overgenomen worden door bovengenoemde eetgewoonte. Heel sporadisch worden deze goedkope geheimen vrijgegeven. Een van de pioniers was dr M. Gerson die nu diverse klinieken heeft die alle zieke mensen beter maakt met zijn dieet (tot kanker toe) wat gebaseerd is op rauwe groenten, fruit en noten. We praten ook hier over rauwe groenten, fruit en noten dat in de vorm van sappen maar ook via rauwkost. Een van de belangrijkste zaken is dat je zout en kruiden laat vallen. Deze halen 80% van de kracht van rauwe groenten en fruit weg. Ook is het belangrijk dat groenten en fruit niet verwarmd worden. Ook dat haalt de voedingswaarde drastisch naar beneden. Attempts to push for changes in other countries based on ideological preferences have led to “tragic consequences and degradation rather than progress,” said Putin in his speech to world leaders and policy makers gathered at the UN General Assembly’s anniversary 70th session in New York on Monday. “We should all remember what our past has taught us,” Putin said. “We, for instance, remember examples from the history of the Soviet Union.” It seems however that some are not learning from others’ mistakes, but keep repeating them, he said, adding that “the export of so-called ‘democratic’ revolutions continues.” “I cannot help asking those who have caused this situation: Do you realize now what you have done?” he asked. “But I am afraid the question will hang in the air, because policies based on self-confidence and belief in one’s exceptionality and impunity have never been abandoned.” He cited the example of revolutions in the Middle East and Northern Africa, where people have wished for change. However, instead of reforms and the triumph of democracy and progress “we’ve got violence, poverty and social disaster, and human rights, including the right to life, to which no weight is given.” “Rather than bringing about reforms, aggressive foreign interference has resulted in the brazen destruction of national institutions and the lifestyle itself,” he said. A single center of domination emerged in the world after the Cold War era ended, Putin stated. Those who were at the “top of this pyramid” were tempted to think that “if they were so strong and exceptional, they knew what to do better than others." “Therefore they do not have to reckon with the UN, which instead of automatically authorizing, legitimizing the necessary decisions often creates obstacles or in other words ‘stands in the way’.” Russia believes that attempts to undermine the authority and legitimacy of the United Nations are “extremely dangerous” and could lead to the collapse of the entire system of international relations, the Russian President said. Speaking to the world leaders and policymakers gathered before him, he urged for unity in the further development of the UN.

Besides, the Islamic State did not just come from nowhere. It was also initially forged as a tool against undesirable secular regimes,” he explained. He described it as “hypocritical and irresponsible” to turn a blind eye to the channels through which terrorists are financed while making declarations about their threat to the whole world. “We believe that any attempts to play games with terrorists, let alone arm them, is not only short-sighted, but ‘fire hazardous.’ This may result in a global terrorist threat increasing dramatically and engulfing new regions of the world,” he said. The efficiency of models he has built, which have also been independently built and tested, is as high as 250%. In November 2014, I made one of many visits to the laboratory of Paramahamsa Tewari. I had seen the basis for the RLG design in September of 2010. Mr. Tewari showed me a stiff conductor about a foot long which was allowed to rotate at the center and connected at each end with small gauge wire. A magnetic circuit was placed under the conductor. When a current was allowed to flow through the conductor it rotated, due to a torque induced on the conductor according to Flemings Left Hand Rule and standard theory, verified by experiments at the dawn of the electrical age. With a simple rearrangement of the magnetic circuit, the same current produced no rotation – the torque was cancelled. I later duplicated the setup and experiment on my workbench. It is ingenious and lead to his breakthrough, the invention of a reactionless generator with greatly improved efficiency.
During the November testing I witnessed two tests of efficiency on the new model in Tewari’s lab. The second test was several percent better than the first and produced 6.6 KVA with an efficiency of 238%. A second set of stator coils was not connected yet but is expected to increase output to 300%. This is a 3 phase, 248 volt Hz, AC synchronous generator operating at 50 Hz. State of the art, true RMS meters on the input and output that measured KW, KVA, and power factor confirmed the readings of meters we had supplied for tests I observed in April of 2014. We were able to visit a 130-acre factory site of one of the top electrical machinery manufacturing companies in India. At this site the company manufactures rotating electrical machines, including generators. When the chief electrical engineer first saw the drawings and design of the RLG he knew immediately what it meant for efficiency! Because of their confidence in the design, and the results of the tests on the smaller model, the company has assembled a self-excited machine designed to produce 20 KVA. When we arrived at the factory a vice president of the company, the factory general manager, and the chief engineer greeted us. We then inspected the new machine and met the engineering design team assigned to this project. They are electrical and mechanical engineers who design and build conventional generators with output as high as 500 KVA. They are very enthusiastic and understand the breakthrough. A second machine rated at 25 KVA is now under construction at this company in India.
During a visit to witness tests in December of 2012, we were guests of the engineering director of a large utility company, and we toured a generation facility which the director pointed out was ready for RLG systems as soon as they are scaled to the required size. In March 2015 we returned to India for licensing discussions. Current plans call for introductory models to be marketed at 10 KVA and 25 KVA. A second company is involved in manufacturing discussions and the Karnataka Power Corporation, which supplies Bangalore, is investigating the use of 200 KVA units in a wind farm application as described in the April 7th edition of Asia Times. October 02 at 05:44am Besef Op een gegeven moment kwamen we vlak bij een slachthuis te wonen en hoorden we vrij regelmatig het hulpeloos geschreeuw van de dieren die daar naar toe gebracht werden om geslacht te worden. Met grote vrachtwagens kwamen de schreeuwende en paniekerige dieren bij ons langs. Door merg en been hoorde je hun laatste poging om niet als een staatsgevangene veroordeeld tot de dood, naar de dood te worden gebracht. Dagelijks vallen er buiten de menselijke lijken er zeer veel dierlijke lijken om zogenaamd het ras mens te dienen. Door deze beelden werd mijn vlees eten minder maar ik meende nog steeds vlees te moeten eten. Wonend op een eiland waar de lokale mensen als beesten vlees verscheuren en menen dat ze per dag een varken moeten verorberen anders zijn ze geen man, nam ik steeds minder en minder vlees. Een alternatief, vis, nam ik voor een tijd totdat ik ging duiken en zag hoe een vis leefde en zijn natuur was waar hij verbleef. Op dat moment werd het vis eten ook steeds minder want bij elke beet in dat vlees zag ik deze vis nog zwemmen in zijn wereld.
Tot op dat moment dat er meer en meer informatie binnen kwam over het leven simpel met groenten en fruit. Toen wel over gingen naar groenten en fruit verdwenen alle klachten die er in de loop van de voorgaande jaren langzaam maar zeker de kop op staken. Het leven op groenten en fruit is een leven wat niet te vergelijken is daar je geen pijnen meer kent en je geen hulpmiddelen nodig hebt om zogenaamd "een goed leven" te hebben. October 02 at 05:32am Andere dimensie Vannacht werd ik plotsklaps wakker van iemand (iets) die aan mijn voeten zat. Ik keek rond en er was geen kamer, geen bed, niets om me heen. Vreemde bewegingen van soorten tentakels waren het enige wat ik kon zien. Geen lichte vlekken, geen ramen, geen deuren en buiten de tentakels die geheel om me heen waren in de verte een plafondfan die verweven was in deze tentakels. Voor een geruime tijd keek ik wat er om me heen gebeurde en in die lange tijd kwam ik langzaam weer terug in deze wereld. Langzaam maar zeker kwam naar boven wat de reden was dat vanuit die wereld mijn voeten werden gepakt om me wakker te maken. Geen boodschap was er op dat moment maar deze kwam later toen ik mijn dagelijks leven weer oppakte. Ik besef dat ik vele woorden heb gesproken, vele woorden heb geschreven en dat de huidige wereld overspoeld wordt door beelden, woorden en ellenlange verhalen hoe de wereld is en hoe deze gaat worden. Ik deed er tot vandaag aan mee en publiceer dagelijks stukken. Ook vele bewijzen zijn er gepasseerd in de tijd dat ik zaken open brak. Maar wat blijkt, de huidige mens is in een dimensie en niet meer actief bezig met zijn eigen leven. Alles hangt aan techniek en koude spinsels. Geen gevoel, geen ware liefde en geen besef wat de ware menselijke dimensie nog is. Door de vele reizen die ik heb mogen maken in dimensies besefte ik net dat ene niet en dat was dat je de huidige mens niet meer kunt bereiken. Zelfs grote sprekers, bekende mensen, groten van deze tijd, praten tegen robotten die verslaafd zijn aan ziek makend voedsel, techniek en vele vormen van drugs. Het praten en woorden overleggen tegenover een muur is het verspelen van energie van het ware leven. Na 59 boeken geschreven te hebben, vele lezingen gedaan te hebben en vele discussies gevoerd te hebben en gevochten tegen de groten van deze tijd, de mensen die de wereld in handen hebben, is het duidelijk dat de ware kracht zit in een andere dimensie die niet in de huidige wereld aanwezig is. Een wereld die momenteel verslaafd is aan techniek, drugs en een verziekt systeem. Dat ik vannacht wakker werd gemaakt en ik kennis maakte met een "vreemde" dimensie die ik nog niet eerder had mee mogen maken, die mij de "core" heeft laten zien van het bestaan. En dat is niet deze mensheid, niet deze wereld, niet de pauzen en hun ziekelijke geloven, ook niet dit systeem. De ware kracht is nu duidelijk en ik ben blij deze meegemaakt, gevoeld en gezien te hebben, om te beseffen dat de huidige mensheid niets meer is dan een valse dimensie in een illusionaire wereld. Wat er nog gaat komen laat ik over aan deze dimensie. Wel is het me duidelijk dat ik niet langer energie moet steken in de huidige menselijke illusie. October 02 at 05:08am Life After Death Is Real, Concludes Scientific Study Of 2,000 Patients In the largest such study ever conducted, researchers have found evidence that consciousness continues even after brain activity has ceased. This evidence of life after death came from a study led by researchers from the University of Southampton and published in the journal Resuscitation. “Contrary to perception, death is not a specific moment but a potentially reversible process that occurs after any severe illness or accident causes the heart, lungs and brain to cease functioning,” lead researcher Dr. Sam Parnia said. “If attempts are made to reverse this process, it is referred to as ‘cardiac arrest'; however, if these attempts do not succeed it is called ‘death.’ ” Nearly 40 percent of those
interviewed recalled experiencing some form of awareness after cardiac
arrest (being pronounced clinically dead). The AWARE (AWAreness during REsuscitation) study sought to use the scientific method to investigate the experiences typically described by the imprecise terms near-death experience (NDE) and out-of-body experience (OBE). Researchers interviewed 2,060 patients who had survived cardiac arrest from 15 hospitals across Austria, the United Kingdom and the United States. “In this study we wanted to go beyond the emotionally charged yet poorly defined term of NDEs to explore objectively what happens when we die,” Dr. Parnia said. The researchers found that 39 percent of cardiac arrest survivors interviewed described a sense that they had been “aware” following cardiac arrest. But many had no specific memories associated with the perception. “This suggests more people may have mental activity initially but then lose their memories after recovery, either due to the effects of brain injury or sedative drugs on memory recall,” Dr. Parnia said. Of those who reported a perception
of awareness, only 2 percent described an experience consistent with the
popular idea of an OBE, such as seeing or hearing events taking place
around their bodies. Nine percent reported experiences consistent with
the popular idea of an NDE, such as feelings of warmth or the presence
of a light. Forty-six percent, however, reported experiences that were
not consistent with either an OBE or an NDE, including fearful or persecutory
experiences. Perhaps the study’s most significant finding was what may be the first-ever clinical confirmation of an OBE. In this case, a 57-year-old social worker accurately reported things that were happening around him after his brain activity had ceased. “This is significant, since it has often been assumed that experiences in relation to death are likely hallucinations or illusions,” said Dr. Parnia said, “occurring either before the heart stops or after the heart has been successfully restarted, but not an experience corresponding with ‘real’ events when the heart isn’t beating. “In this case, consciousness and awareness appeared to occur during a three-minute period when there was no heartbeat. This is paradoxical, since the brain typically ceases functioning within 20-30 seconds of the heart stopping and doesn’t resume again until the heart has been restarted. Furthermore, the detailed recollections of visual awareness in this case were consistent with verified events.” The man’s memories were not only accurate but even helped the researchers place his experience in time. “The man described everything that had happened in the room, but importantly, he heard two bleeps from a machine that makes a noise at three minute intervals. So we could time how long the [experience] lasted for,” Dr. Parnia said. “He seemed very credible and everything that he said had happened to him had actually happened.” “The researchers are to be congratulated on the completion of a fascinating study that will open the door to more extensive research into what happens when we die,” wrote Dr. Jerry Nolan, editor-in-chief of Resuscitation.

The phrase New World Order is largely derided as a sophomoric conspiracy theory entertained by minds that lack the sophistication necessary to understand the nuances of geopolitics. But it turns out the core idea — one of deep and overarching collusion between Wall Street and government with a globalist agenda — is operational in what a number of insiders call the “Deep State.” In the past couple of years, the term has gained traction across a wide swath of ideologies. Former Republican congressional aide Mike Lofgren says it is the nexus of Wall Street and the national security state — a relationship where elected and unelected figures join forces to consolidate power and serve vested interests. Calling it “the big story of our time,” Lofgren says the deep state represents the failure of our visible constitutional government and the cross-fertilization of corporatism with the globalist war on terror. “It is a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies: the Department of Defense, the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency and the Justice Department. I also include the Department of the Treasury because of its jurisdiction over financial flows, its enforcement of international sanctions and its organic symbiosis with Wall Street,” he explained. Even parts of the judiciary,
namely the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, belong to the deep
state. A complex web of revolving doors between the military-industrial-complex, Wall Street, and Silicon Valley consolidates the interests of defense contracts, banksters, military actions, and both foreign and domestic surveillance intelligence. According to Mike Lofgren and many other insiders, this is not a conspiracy theory. The deep state hides in plain sight and goes far beyond the military-industrial complex President Dwight D. Now, Lofgren notes, these CEOs want to complain about foreign market share and the damage this collusion has wrought on both the domestic and international reputation of their brands. Under the pretense of pseudo-libertarianism, they helmed a commercial tech sector that is every bit as intrusive as the NSA. Meanwhile, rigging of the DMCA intellectual property laws — so that the government can imprison and fine citizens who jailbreak devices — behooves Wall Street. It’s no surprise that the government has upheld the draconian legislation for the 15 years. It is also unsurprising that the growth of the corporatocracy aids the deep state. The revolving door between government and Wall Street money allows top firms to offer premium jobs to senior government officials and military yes-men. This, says Philip Giraldi, a former counter-terrorism specialist and military intelligence officer for the CIA, explains how the Clintons left the White House nearly broke but soon amassed $100 million. It also explains how former general and CIA Director David Petraeus, who has no experience in finance, became a partner at the KKR private equity firm, and how former Acting CIA Director Michael Morell became Senior Counselor at Beacon Global Strategies. Wall Street is the ultimate foundation for the deep state because the incredible amount of money it generates can provide these cushy jobs to those in the government after they retire. American exceptionalism, or the great “Washington Consensus,” yields perpetual war and economic imperialism abroad while consolidating the interests of the oligarchy here at home. Mike Lofgren says this government within a government operates off tax dollars but is not constrained by the constitution, nor are its machinations derailed by political shifts in the White House. In this world — where the deep state functions with impunity — it doesn’t matter who is president so long as he or she perpetuates the war on terror, which serves this interconnected web of corporate special interests and disingenuous geopolitical objectives. “As long as appropriations bills get passed on time, promotion lists get confirmed, black (i.e., secret) budgets get rubber stamped, special tax subsidies for certain corporations are approved without controversy, as long as too many awkward questions are not asked, the gears of the hybrid state will mesh noiselessly,” according to Mike Lofgren in an interview with Bill Moyers. Interestingly, according to
Philip Giraldi, the ever-militaristic Turkey has its own deep state, which
uses overt criminality to keep the money flowing. By comparison, the U.S.
deep state relies on a symbiotic relationship between banksters, lobbyists,
and defense contractors, a mutant hybrid that also owns the Fourth Estate
and Washington think tanks. Perhaps. At present, discord and unrest continues to build. Various groups, establishments, organizations, and portions of the populace from all corners of the political spectrum, including Silicon Valley, Occupy, the Tea Party, Anonymous, WikiLeaks, anarchists and libertarians from both the left and right, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and whistleblowers like Edward Snowden and others are beginning to vigorously question and reject the labyrinth of power wielded by the deep state. Can these groups — can we, the people — overcome the divide and conquer tactics used to quell dissent? The future of freedom may depend on it.

The data gathered provides the FDA with scientific data they claim will prove the worth and potential success of the treatment: -Phase One: Safety determination of new treatment -Phase Two: Response determination of a certain cancer to new treatment -Phase Three: Verify that standard treatment is less effective than new treatment -Phase Four: Find more specific information about the new treatment after it has been approved for human use In addition to prescribing Antineoplastons, Dr. Burzynski’s clinic analyzes 24,000 different genes and then prescribe petro-chemical based medications and diet changes based on their individual needs. This is in direct contrast to the traditional treatment a Western Oncologist would prescribe. These and other doctors are trained to prescribe medicines which are the most likely to work for most people. The individual treatment Burzynski gives his patients have become much easier now through advancements in study of the human genome. Recently US Government agents, members of the big pharmaceutical companies and other individuals worked with one of Burzynski’s own research scientists to file eleven patents on the very research of Antineoplaston medical technology. One must wonder if Dr. Burzynski’s practice is such quackery, as the mainstream would have us believe, why would these individuals seek to patent the integral part of the treatment? The patents were not awarded to the individuals attempting to hijack them, but only after a Grand Jury found no reason to bring criminal proceedings against Burzynski. This was the establishment’s fourth witch hunt. They’d tried to incarcerate him three other times for using the same technology they were quickly trying to patent.

bears little resemblance to the meat our ancestors ate. And this has profound
health implications that most people don’t realize. Throughout most of human history, if you wanted meat for dinner, some of your tribesmen had to go hunting. Eventually humans figured out how to domesticate animals. Then, if you wanted meat for dinner, you had easy access to a cow, sheep, or goat that had spent its life grazing on wild grasses and other natural food sources. You can see from this timeline
that it wasn’t terribly long ago that we stopped relying totally
on hunting. For example, it was only 8,000 years ago that we domesticated
the cow. Our ancestors could then have organic, grass-fed beef for dinner
anytime they wanted! After World War II, American meat production became a big business. Free-range animals eating the food that nature intended for them became a thing of the past. Most cattle now spend their days in feed lots and are given hormones designed to get them fatter faster. The lucky ones are fed a diet of corn, or maybe soybeans. However, most mass-produced cattle and other farm animals are regularly fed diseased animals (sometimes of the same species), manure, and even plastic. They legally can be fed road kill, dead horses, and euthanized cats and dogs. This sick food leads to sick livestock, which is why antibiotics are needed to keep them alive until they make it to slaughter. There was a news item recently about a farmer feeding the cattle candy because corn had gotten too expensive! How nutritious do you think that beef will be for the humans that consume it?

October 01 at 05:16am Professor natuurkunde: “Global warming is de grootste pseudowetenschappelijke fraude die ik ooit heb gezien” Op internet is momenteel veel aandacht voor een ontslagbrief die emeritus hoogleraar Harold Lewis enkele jaren geleden kort voor zijn dood stuurde naar de voorzitter van de American Physical Society (APS), het grootste wetenschappelijke genootschap van natuurkundigen ter wereld. In de brief schrijft Lewis dat hij 67 jaar geleden lid is geworden van het genootschap, toen het nog niet onderhevig was aan corruptie, iets waar president Eisenhower al voor waarschuwde. Toen Lewis lid werd, waren er nog maar weinig natuurkundigen die zich lieten leiden door geld. Lewis schrijft dat we vandaag de dag in een heel andere wereld leven. Onderzoek wordt gedaan om geld binnen te halen en grote namen zijn van het toneel verdwenen. Het geld wordt gebruikt om banen te scheppen en vervolgens nog meer geld te genereren. Lewis was in eerste instantie trots om lid van de APS te zijn, maar die trots werd langzaam maar zeker omgezet in schaamte. Hij zag zich dan ook genoodzaakt om zijn ontslag in te dienen. Climategate Veel wetenschappers zijn volgens Lewis corrupt geworden door global warming, een fenomeen dat hij omschrijft als de grootste pseudowetenschappelijke fraude die hij in zijn lange leven heeft gezien. Het is een industrie geworden waar vele biljoenen euro’s in omgaan. Hij roept iedereen die hieraan twijfelt op de documenten rond Climategate te lezen.
